todays hell project: dismantle this to reseal the edges and make it water tight
#my dad convinced me to not seal it water tight when i put it together#and it leaked like crazy onto the leopard geckos tank and the stand and the carpet and left weird red deposits so uh#have to fix that 🙃 yippee!#its ok tho im hoping now it will get humid better and that some of the fragile plants will like it better#by fragile i mean ferns#which i always kill

Going to test drive a caaaar tomorrow 🚗🚗🚗
#personal#Our shitty truck is on its last legs and we've had to borrow my mil's car for the last week 🙃#Because it broke down in the middle of the road and had to be towed to the repair place#Where they kept it for 6 days before going ''we can't fix it take it away''#I think we're going to end up selling it#But either way we need another car stat so!#This will be my first car! ☺️#I hope this one is good bc I'd love to not have to go through hoops with the car-buying process#We're still in the midst of the house-buying process 😩#We should be closing in the next 2 weeks#So it's gone like this:#May - get married#June - get served 60 days to leave apt bc landlords got bought out by gentrifying flippers#July - endless house hunting + end up adopting a cat#August - offer on house is accepted + packing to move + car dies + buy new car + see if we'll be able to close before need to be out of apt#If not we'll have to either stay at a hotel or with my mom in the interim and have all our belongings in storage#Yippee wahoo etc right#Good grief I'm tired#What ISN'T happening right now

Things in my current fandom I want to read but I don't want to write: Dead doves.
Things in my current fandoms I want to write but I think nobody would be interested in them but me: Maybe something about Ida and Raphael's daughter.
You can recognize my writing by: Long chapters, as I've been told ;). Also the themes seem to be very similar, no matter for what fandom I write. Loss of autonomy, a lot of introspection, the protagonist being "sucked" into a system that hates her, etc.
My most controversial take (current fandom): Mmm...I have plenty for every fandom I'm in, but I think I'll keep them private.
Top three favourite tropes: Hurt/comfort (especially emotional), developing relationship, codependency.

#my rambles#vent#just got this thing 2 days ago#and a tire is completely flat 🙃#I. spent all my money on the car#how am I supposed to pay for a fucking custom tire fix on the damn thing. it’s NEW the tire should not have fucking went flat#how am I supposed to get to work#not to mention I fucning DROVE on it for like 15 minutes at 60mph. I probably bent something. I probably fucked something up
