waiting for the griddle to get hotter than the day has been
#i have a flat (ish) piece of sheet steel that i put on the grill to cook burgers#have found the flavor is better than straight on the grill because the drippings caramelize and stay with the patties#but it still gets smoked when i close the top so best of both worlds#the grill has seen better days#i have an old water heater i may remake into a grill but that's so far down the list of things to do so like never
