My personal experience at the flying fish was really good! I went last week with my family who love seafood, me on the other hand I don't like seafood that much. That's why I was very surprised they even had a non-fish dish which was a good surprise ! I also think the owner, the old lady is very funny and kind. Their short presentation really explained to me me why they openend the restaurant and how passionate they were about it. They really did everything untill the smallst details and it was very entertaining to listen. I also liked the story behind the restaurant's name. The intro could have been shorter but I liked it anyways because it was so fluent. Even the powerpoint was worked out into the smallest details. Good team!

Hello, I am Dries Noens, 28 years old and I’m the chef of Hastalapasta. I already cook for 10 years in restaurants. When I was a little boy, I dreamed of being a chef in a restaurant. When I turned 18 I got an offer for being the chef of a restaurant from a friend. I accepted the offer and worked their for 8 years. I really like pasta and wanted to be the chef of a pastabar. Now I’ve got a pastabar with my friends.
