Just letting y’all know if you ever don’t see me on here for a few days, I’m fine. I just take breaks for my mental health sometimes, especially with the state of things. Thought I should make that clear since there’s a lot of scary things going on right now. I don’t want anyone to get the wrong idea.
#growing up is realizing you don’t owe everyone an immediate response#and anyone who thinks you have to be online 24/7 and regularly post your opinions about everything going on in the world#has probably never made any meaningful contributions to any cause they’ve claimed to support#take care of yourselves and stay safe#take breaks if you need to#don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for doing so#I promise anyone who does isn’t a good person#and is probably low key ableist tbh#mine
