being seth dickinson's exordia's biggest fan while straight up not even really liking it is hard work but somebody's gotta do it.
#gd. i read some desperate glory and liked it but wanted to fix it but somehow thinking about fixing it#has just trapped me in the exordia zone.#it's the perfect book. all the pieces fit together smoothly. it accomplishes what it seems to be trying to accomplish#i CAN'T figure out how to cut even half of the legendary 40k words that need to be cut#AND YET. IT'S NOT GOOD.#WHY DID HE DO ANY OF THAT!!!!#i wish my book club would READ it....just bc i've told them it's 600 pages and also not good shouldn't stop us...#personal#exordia
