considering the historical influences in the fashion of Dishonored (and the extent of nsfw fanfiction this fandom has) I’ve been thinking about the layers that would be, realistically, part of the daily dress

which means: dishonored seems to honour the importance of a vest in a properly dressed gentleman’s or lady’s wardrobe

vests were, and I cannot stress this enough, a mandatory part of an outfit, to the point of men wearing only vests if they could not afford a fully tailored suit (trousers + vest + jacket) and a new shirt and opting to only wear a fake collar under the vest for the illusion of a full outfit

shirts were underwear, so to speak. there were no occasions in ‘polite society‘ where one could only wear a shirt without a vest on top.

this is something we see mirrored in both dishonored games, though the style of the vests and clothing have somewhat changed, they still follow the same rules of vests worn with every outfit, as far as we can tell. (we could argue that Jessamine is not wearing one, or that some higher class women aren’t wearing vests under their buttoned up jackets, but since we don’t really see underneath we can’t judge.)

we see the vests be worn even by the Whalers in the first game (which in itself brings up many questions. are whalers, the actual whalers that capture and kill whales, held in high enough regard by the society that they made a vest part of their uniform? or is it merely something that is worn by all? something that every citizen of sound mind would don, were they to leave their house?)

there are a few exceptions to this, of course, but this whole thing came to be by asking a simple question

does the Outsider wear a vest under his leather jacket?

now, in the first game, his jacket is unbuttoned just enough for us to get a good enough peek at what lies beneath. which is to say: there is no hint of a vest underneath. judging by the vests in the first game, the fashion was that the vest would go up high, often covering collarbones or even having a standing collar. what we see on the Outsider is just... an unbuttoned shirt

it’s much the same in the second game, even if we examine his final concept art, his outfit consists of a shirt (more or less underwear) with most of the top buttons unbuttoned, and a jacket on top. no hint of a vest underneath

If Science Sans branched out from Undertale's timeline/universe as its own AU (doesn't become as Classic/Undertale!Sans in the future) and be any role related to science not limited to being a scientist (eg. psychologist, doctor, time traveller) → "Science Sans"

You *could* say I'm the original creator of "Science Sans" after inventing many ideas for the AU community ("Yandere"/Evil!Sci, Sci-Ko and his alters, Japanese!Sci, Doctor!Sci etc.) — especially if basing him on my version with his birthday on February 10th

There's so many people who created "Scientist Sans" before I joined the fandom, but I'm one of the earliest creators who created their own version of "Science Sans" (often ships with Underfell Sans) along with others back long ago when the scifell community on Tumblr was very active (2016+)

However, anyone can own their version of "Science Sans" or "Scientist Sans" (eg. Crayon Queen is the owner of her CPAU version of Sci)

Ok so hear me out. This is legit crack headcanon at this point, but since I've been thinking about this since MLC ep 5 came out. So.

Alan and Heart bonding. Heart finding an unlikely friendly mentor thing in Alan. (Like Li ming found in Wen)

Why? I honestly have no clue other than the fact that I love First and Gemini and Fourth and also Alan and Heart and I WANT MY FAVS TO INTERACT.

And for plot reasons Li ming is there as Heart's emotional support bf and also Heart's parents are still not as fluent as Li ming in TSL so he gets to tag along. But both sit outside of the loan room.

Anyways, when Heart's parents are there they have the documents for the loan thing and I'm not 100% sure but for education loans you have to show proof of the place you have to study at and stuff. Heart's parents forget that one of the folders is with Heart and then go over to him to get the folder and that's when Alan notices the parents signing at Heart.

It piques his curiosity but doesn't really comment on it. Then Heart's mom brings Heart to thank Alan or something (listen this is legit a stream of consciousness, i haven't thought of stuff in detail so far) and Alan to everyone's surprise greets Heart in sign. And Heart, the absolute best boi that he is, lights up like a chandelier out of joy. Even Li ming looks at Alan approvingly lol.

Anyways Alan puts the incident out of his head as he focuses on his own life and getting over his heartbreak and getting to know Gaipa over the dates disguised as 'handing over documents'.

Then a few weeks later he comes across Li Ming and Heart while he's visiting Gaipa at his stall where the two are buying bubble tea. Gaipa introduces Li ming and Heart and while Alan's face does a thing when he learns of Li ming's relation to Jim he lets it go because it's not the kids fault.

also a favorite “play” method or tactic that goro uses is becoming “your mirror image.” 

the mirror isn’t a necessity to show a “reflection” ... but it does add a creep factor he likes given people are already so distrustful of their own reflections. he likes to bend or distort reality, so he typically uses this technique (this “trick”) mostly for fun, but sometimes to move a “plot” along. it’s a way to a) challenge someone, who better than themselves? and b) to have fun, it’s boring having ji-hun and deng (and others) do everything. so, while he doesn’t do everything himself, there are some things he still enjoys doing, and he likes to “get out in the field.”

Author's Note: I was up at 2 AM last night writing in my notes app because this idea struck me. This is my first time writing headcanons, but as always, I’m inspired by some of the fantastic ideas of other content creators!

Content Warning: You have a child with your partner, and they sleep in bed with you. There is also a brief mention of breastfeeding. This will not be for you if you’re sensitive to those things. This is pure fluff.

How the Hashira sleep with you and your 9-month-old between you

Contains: Rengoku, Uzui, Iguro, Shinazugawa & Tomioka 

Kyojuro Rengoku 

Kyo was meant for this. There’s no reality in which Kyojuro doesn’t want to be a father to as many kids as you’re willing to give him. His arm is always wrapped around you both—having you and the baby in the same room as you all sleep, being able to provide comfort, body heat, and a sense of protection, brings him so much joy. 

Kyojuro wakes up periodically during the night to look at you both as you sleep. He will also pay extra attention to checking on your child, placing a large hand on their small frame and feeling the rise and fall of their chest; he’ll smile to himself—his child is happy, healthy, and safe. 

Rengoku is also great at soothing the baby when they wake up: “Shhh, little one. Let’s let mommy sleep.”

when seungcheol opens the front door of your house, it seems like everything is upside down. the living room looks like a mess with your daughter's toys all spread out - he was kind of guilty about this, i mean, she didn't really need that many toys to play with.

“Las cosas que haría por ti.” (The things I would do for you.)

A yelp comes from your lips as you fall back, caught by surprise by the springiness from his bed. You push yourself up on your elbows, you look up at him to see him staring right down at you. The two of you were already nude.

Miguel crawls forward on the bed, he looks over your hickey littered neck and the bruise already forming on your hip. His eyes then came into contact with yours, he stopped when he was on top of you and pushed you back to lay back on the bed.

He takes your arms and moves them upward until your wrists are pushed against the headboard. You can feel the weird substance of Miguel’s webbing retrain your wrists.

His tongue runs over his lips as he grabs your legs, spreading them further. He didn’t tease or give any kind of warning, he slammed right into you.

Miguel let out a growl like sound, his pace quickened immediately which earned more and loud moans from you.

“Quiero todo de ti.” (I want all of you.) Miguel hissed, his hands moving to clutch the headboard as he slammed right into you, over and over again. You can hear the headboard slamming against the wall.

“Te quiero solo para mi.” (I want you to myself only.)

That’s when you heard the crack and your arms fall from the headboard, it makes Miguel stop his moment and click his tongue in annoyance.

“Dammit, Miguel!” You groan, “I just bought this frame!” You look at the damage, carefully moving away from the splinters and broken pieces of the wood, “Seriously?”

“You should’ve bought a better frame.”

“I shouldn’t be buying more frames if someone could watch their strength.” You retort, “Untie me.” You sit up and push your tied wrist to him.

He grabs your wrists, “No puedo controlarme cuando estoy contigo.” (I can’t control myself when I’m with you.) He uses his claws to pry off the webbing.

“Great! Now I have to get a new frame.” You get up from bed and gather your clothes.

“Where are you going?” Miguel asked, grabbing his clothes and putting them on when he’s following you out the door.

You manage to put on your clothes, “To buy a new frame.” You grab your keys and put on your shoes.

“Can’t that wait?” But Miguel doesn’t follow you when he steps out the door.

“No.” And you shut the door, off to buy a new frame. You leave Miguel feeling frustrated.
