#haruaki and saki are hard to draw!

I did have a Death Mark Valentine’s day in the works but due to outside factors and my little brain, it never came to fruition! It was going to be little segments of the characters giving chocolate gifts to Yashiki, similar to my birthday fic for him!

I am sad that I never got it done but instead I drew some silly little doodles to go along with the snippets/ideas I wrote! So here they are!

And wow, wouldn't I make a great partner? Dropping Valentine’s day gifts *checks date* six days late! xD

Happy late Valentine’s day!! <3

While his memory for dates wasn't the best, even he knew that his birthday was at least two weeks away. So what was the occasion?

The young boy’s eyes flicked to meet his own but then instantly returned to burning a hole into the checkered tile floor. Jumping on that chance, Yashiki looked to Moe for help. Wearing an expression of panic, she attempted to silently mouth two words to him, pushing out her pointer fingers and repeatedly drawing a certain shape, one with two curves that ended in a point. Finally the neurons in his brain sparked an answer and Yashiki quickly returned his attention to Tsukasa, reaching out and taking the box from his grip.

"Oh, I hadn’t realised it was Valentine’s day already. Thank you, Tsukasa. These are..."

"Gratitude chocolates. Of course."

"Ta-da! These are my gratitude chocolates for you! I put a lot of thought into picking them!"

"Ah. Thank you, Moe. They certainly look very... chocolaty."

"Don’t they?! Also they're filled with this incredibly delicious strawberry creme that's so smooth! I hope you like strawberries, mister Yashiki!" Moe’s big eyes sparkled as she spoke. "And look! There's two of them, you know what that means? It means you can share them with that special someone!... does he even like chocolate, though? Hmm, no, he would eat it for you, I’m sure of it."

Shou and Ai show up to the mansion, Ai wearing some of Shou’s clothing as a disguise. Ai presents Yashiki with a bottle of fancy chocolate milk. She remarks that he needs to look after his bones as he's getting older, grabbing his arm and shaking it.

Shou shoves a clear bag of different chocolates at him, pouting and trying to play it cool. He states that he doesn’t know much about 'sweet shit' and so made a mixture. Ai lightly teases him, comparing his mixed bag to his heart filled 'mixed emotions' like a pure-hearted maiden. The pair start bickering.

Christie invites Yashiki out for afternoon tea. She slides him a rectangular box of pistachio flavoured nougat coated in milk chocolate. He thanks her, surprised and remarks that he doesn’t have anything for her. She laughs, bluntly stating she wouldn’t want anything from him. The gift was more of a thank-you for not involving her in any more of his supernatural nonsense. She presents a single white chocolate heart from Suzu, and adds that Eita had passed along some weird looking, idol-themed snack for him but she had binned that, believing Yashiki wouldn’t want anything so suspicious from someone like him.

Haruaki and Saki are waiting outside the mansion, bickering with each other. Haruaki hands Yashiki a bag of chocolates he made himself, boosting that he added a secret ingredient to help heighten his spiritual powers. Saki shoves a single strawberry pocky stick at him, acknowledging that something awful could have happened to her because of her possession by 'mushroom man' and so she owes him something.

Haruaki also passes along chocolates from Michiho and Douryou, who couldn’t be there due to student council duties. He purposefully places his chocolates on top, wearing a smug smile.

Daimon calls Yashiki at the mansion, sounding more poorly than usual. He asks if Hiroo has dropped off any homemade chocolate from him. Yashiki says no, and Daimon warns him not to eat anything. The call ends.

Annnnd, I hadn’t even thought about Mashita’s section so the fic would have crashed and burned anyways!

Still, I got several WIPs lined up so I better get to work!! <3
