i'm actually kinda proud of how they turned out! ofc tehre's some details that i couldn't do in vanilla dai, like marinette's full kaddis paint or harrier's jewelry or just their outfits in general but in terms of face structure this is actually very close to how i see them
bonus varric not even trying to hide his pining (can't blame him tho, harrier is a legit snack):

Lots of discussion about which bird has the most beautiful high-contrast plumage on my other post so I say we put it to a vote. Who’s your pick?

Bird of the Week: The African Harrier-Hawk! 🪶
Tumblr media
The African Harrier-Hawk (Polyboroides typus) is a raptor that can be found in rainforest areas of western Africa. They are opportunists by nature, and will feed on insects, small mammals, other birds’ eggs, and small reptiles.
Tumblr media
A unique feature of the African Harrier-Hawk is its flexibility as a hunter. They can be observed clinging and hanging from branches, cliffs and nests, allowing themselves to reach hard to access prey and raid nests.
Tumblr media
African Harrier-Hawks are members of the genus Polyboroides, harrier-hawks. There is one other known species in this genus: the Madagascar Harrier-Hawk.

feral
--|-|--
"Skip! Skip, listen to me! Think about what you're doing!"
The raptorial shriek he got in response was not the kid he knew.
Her deep brown irises were narrowed to animalistic slits, teeth bared as she tried to wrestle him out of the sky. She was looking for a meal, and she had found one.
"You're better than this, Skip, snap out of it!"
He couldn't take his eyes off hers; the silver accents of her uniform bottoms and the primal look in her eyes was harrowing. To become feral was like a disease, starting slow until it overtook your mind completely. He had seen many synths succumb; not even the highest-ranking Diamonds were immune to it.
But his kid...
They spiralled towards the dusty grassland below. Not sixteen hours ago they were skipping rocks, the pastime that had borne her name, and now she didn't know him.
She warned him, she warned him days ago, he knew it. He had joked and she did not laugh.
"Skip, please!"
