Dear Deo,

We started writing this letter weeks prior to your day for all the good reasons. For many of us, there was a pause in our friendship for a while leading to a great absence. For others, this was just a wonderful first encounter. No matter what point in the trajectory we met, it would be fantastic to revisit it all, wouldn't it? We can only hope to make your 10th brighter!

You came to us as quiet and warm as your eyes look. A delicate flower with many, many, layers of kindness, readiness, marvelousness, and friendship to peal. Pause or not, to us you remain just as beautiful and enchanting as before.

It differs from eye to eye, but even in the rush or in the silence of it all, ours are always on you. Each with a different characteristic... Each with a painting, that rests incomplete, but is always ready to receive a new stroke or a new color.

Because you are always there; quiet, soft... And your loveable way of coming to us whenever worried, whenever curious, is something we always tremble in joy with. You have a way of making yourself heard and remembered with so little, yet so much. That is your greatest strength.

And to you, our lovely pink rose, one that can be so remarkable and special, we want to wish the most beautiful of days. With hands tied by the longest thread, we can only hope our presence in each other's lives are as steady as the love you deserve in your life. Always there, as ready and unconditional as you.

May your life be just like you envision it to be, and may your wishes spark true while we share many moments more along the way.

No matter what happens, our arms will always be open for you. Steady, even if the waves shake us up and down. And we can only hope you bloom in our garden too!
