QUICK TIP: Before leaving your country load  up at Walgreens or CVS (Local pharmacy) even a Dollar Store ( Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Dollar General) with health  maintenance items you Would normally Use at  Home ( US or Other Country)

Example- before my Departure I grabbed first aid kits, ibuprofen, exedrin, theraflu, and vitamin C Combo drink packages, women specific items,  and of course covid era items .

***The last Thing you want to be is sick in a foreign country****

For my particular Journey,  i knew that i Would be leaving Summer for Fall within a 24 hour period and Ending up in Spring within a matter of Weeks so..........

1st :: I Took my vitamin C before & after my flight As a profilactic / immune boost

2cnd:: upon arrival with Jet lag already in play , i Decided to give my body the Extra Rest it required to tackle any possible attempts at infiltration (attacks) by Taking Theraflu.  Stay Ready.
