QUICK TIP: Before leaving your country load  up at Walgreens or CVS (Local pharmacy) even a Dollar Store ( Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Dollar General) with health  maintenance items you Would normally Use at  Home ( US or Other Country)

Example- before my Departure I grabbed first aid kits, ibuprofen, exedrin, theraflu, and vitamin C Combo drink packages, women specific items,  and of course covid era items .
