Seonghwa SFW Alphabet

seonghwa x gn!reader

w: none, just tons of fluff really This is a late birthday post but it's okay!

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

I think Hwa would be super affectionate

loves cuddling, holding your hand, hugs, literally everything

all of this happens in private though, I think he’s a bit more cautious with PDA due to his job so he would probably stick to small forms of affection in public like hand holding or linking arms.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

He’s a friend you only just met and somehow you feel like you’ve known him your entire life

He’s a bit more shy and reserved as a friend but loves to go out and do things!

“Let’s go to the mall!”

After the hangout right before he drops you off you just sit in the car in front of your house talking for another two hours, it was during one of these talks he confessed to you

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

you wouldn’t even have to ask him twice he’s ready to hold you

likes when you drape yourself over him with your head on his chest

loves to cuddle while watching shows and movies the most

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

I definitely see Hwa as one of the more domestic members of Ateez

He want to settle down with you for sure!! but I think he would want to go at a slower pace than the other members might

I think he would want to move in together quickly but marriage and kids won’t happen for some time

He’s really good at cleaning, this much we know

cooking is something he struggles with a bit more but he can follow a recipe well!!

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

I think this would be incredibly difficult for him. I see Seonghwa as someone who is very in tune and concerned about the feelings of the people around him.

Having to break up with you, knowing it would hurt you literally kills him.

He would probably meet you in person in a private place and tell you everything honestly.

He’d probably cry with you and you guys could probably end things without any hard feelings

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

Going along with the domestic one, Seonghwa craves commitment and consistency

He loves the idea of marriage and knows he wants to get married, Hwa is a romantic and looks at most of his relationships with that end goal in mind. He doesn’t date around too much

That being said he wants to take things slow and be able to focus on his career as well.

Def the type to get you a promise ring, so you know he wants to propose in the future!!

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

insanely gentle!!!

Seonghwa tends puts your emotions and feelings first, it’s part of his protective nature

he works hard to make sure you live comfortably and knows just how to cater to your needs

man’s would beat him self up if he knew he ever hurt you both emotionally or physically

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Like I mentioned above, this boy just loves to hold you

He’s super warm and hold you so tight sometimes it’s overwhelming how much love he gives

the type to squeeze you tight and rock you back and forth

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

Definitely says it sooner than some of the other members, probably about two-three months in. Seonghwa picks his partners wisely and when he knows he knows

He makes it clear to you though that he doesn’t expect you to say it back.

He understands it’s earlier than most and doesn’t want to pressure you in anyway

He just wanted you to know how he feels!!

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

Very Jealous!!

He’s definitely one of the more jealous members ‘cough’ Joong ‘cough’ yunho

I could see this beings the cause of some fights and arguments early on

It comes from a place of concern and care, he just loves and cares about you so much that the thought of seeing someone sweep you away makes him upset

he knows you’re a catch!!

when he does get jealous he tends to stay closer to you and becomes a bit more touchy and affectionate so the other person knows who he is to you

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

You get two kinds of kisses with him

either soft pecks that he likes to place all over your cheeks and nose before pecking your lips repeatedly or

deep open mouth kisses, they typically aren’t super messy, not a lot of tongue or anything but you truly feel all of him

likes to hold your cheeks to tilt your face up to him

loves when you kiss his bare shoulders and the back of his neck, picture you waking up in the morning and he’s standing shirtless in the bathroom

loves when you come up behind him and litter his shoulders in kisses, it tends to boost his confidence about his own body

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

He loves children! There’s been multiple instances where we’ve seen his reaction to children

but i always think of that picture of Hwa, Joong, and Wooyoung all kneeling around that little girl and Hwa literally has the biggest smile on his face!

He’s really good with children though he tends to spoil them a bit

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Definitely on the quieter end

on the mornings he can spend with you i see it going two ways

One being incredibly lazy, you guys stay in and cuddle till noon and make a nice breakfast together

he brings you coffee or tea to warm your body up

an early morning sunday cleaning day

wakes you up with loud music playing like your mom used too, you know as soon as you hear the speaker turn on what’s about to go down, don’t worry too much though he’ll definitely reward you for your hard work;))

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Loves to stay up and do things with you, whether it be bingeing episodes of some drama, playing card games or making cookies, these are some of the moments he treasures the most

You guys have matching pajamas and he likes to do skincare together!

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

I see Seonghwa as someone who tends to open up quickly without realizing he’s telling you his entire life story, he likes to talk when he’s comfortable!

He cares about you and trusts you quickly, so he tends to share easily, though I could see him getting a bit insecure if you don’t do the same

Though he feels better about things as soon as you guys have a discussion about boundaries and trust

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

He head a lot of patience, I think you have too in order to be an Ateez members

it’s part of the qualifications

THOUGH HE IS AN ARIES SO

i think he gets frustrated and irritated quickly but rarely gets full on angry

he just needs some cuddles and quiet time and he gets right back to his happy self

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

Literally everything

Seonghwa is so incredibly attentive it surprises you sometimes

Not only will he remember the big things but he makes note of all the passing comments you make

The name of that coworker you don’t get along with is embedded in his head, how you don’t like foods with too much sugar will always come to mind when buying you snacks

He just thinks about you all the time

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

Tying back to what I said during the “nights section” he likes to have home dates with you

His favorite one has to be the night you guys got a little too tipsy and tried to make a cake, the keyword being tried

that moment is probably tied with time he came home and saw you talking on the phone with his mom, you two were just talking about your days but he truly never felt more in love then

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

So protective!!!

He loves being your knight in shinning armor

He truly hates the idea of someone upsetting you and works hard to help keep your mind in a good place

I think he would also really like the same attention back, knowing that you’re looking at for him puts his heart at ease

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

this ties into his attentiveness, He knows just what type of dates and gifts you like, are they big displays of affection? he’ll make a whole show, would you prefer something small? only you two will ever know about it

he likes to plan dates out, so even though you may live together and hang out all the time he is still going to plan a weekly date night

Seonghwa loves to wine and dine so expect some pretty nice dates

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Hwa can get incredibly self conscious and insecure, this can cause quiet a few issues

like the fights around jealousy, he stops thinking he’s good enough for you

or he may think he’s putting in way more effort than you and gets upset

as long as you guys are honest with each other this usually can be fixed with a long conversation

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Seonghwa likes to look good for you

after some time he doesn’t put in an insane amount of effort like in the beginning, but he still likes to dress up for you

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

I want to say yes, He really struggles to be without you and has a hard time when you guys are apart
