This game has left a huge impact on me in ways that most others haven't. It had helped me get through hardships in my life, and inspired me to come up with amazing things surrounding it. I have also got to meet a lot of amazing people!

Bugsnax has meant so much to me that I've had commissioned @esdoesart to do this beautiful piece (based on @dani-k-k's illustration that I love with a passion) to celebrate!

Thank you Young Horses for giving us this delightfully adventurous game! And thank you @esdoesart for this fantastic commission! I cannot help to think how grateful I am at all the people I've become friends with over the past year! It means the whole world to me! 😄

The Pinatas from Viva Pinata™ and the Bugsnax fron Bugsnax™ are obviously contemporary relatives, since they are very similar creatures both found living exclusively on certain islands, where Bugsnax evolved parasitism, while the Pinatas instead developed a more symbiotic relationship with other creatures

Lalalala gotta make an emotional charged post for today because I CAN!!! ✨✨✨

So….4 years of Bugsnax and 2 years for me being in the community. And I gotta say, I’m immensely proud to be apart of it :3

Just because of this silly game, I’ve learned to overcome and push against my depression and anxiety, allowed myself to be kind to myself and others, be emotionally open, found an interest in psychology, and learned to accept the imperfections of myself.

And I can’t forget the wonderful people I’ve met and made murals and friends with! I still remember the day @orbits-the-watchman first followed me after posting some art because like DUH their art is amazing and honestly inspired me a lot to draw grumps since they seemed pretty hard to tackle at first since like…look at them they look like felt covered trash cans (but i still love em all the same).

And I honestly believe that I’ve gotten better with art since 2022 because of how much I actually draw :3

And of course, I’ve met people that I’ve gotten closer with genuinely see them as close friends that mean the world to me. @astronomergrump is wonderful and has helped me through a lot of the stress I’ve been going through as of late and that means everything to me, luv ya you silly goose <3

Never thought this game would make me this emotional and allow me to become a better person overall and sorta escape that sense of loneliness I’ve had in my life prior to 2022. Of course things aren’t entirely perfect and things got bumpy here and there, this is still the most comfortable I’ve been in a community since like…ever :)

Okay yall are free from my emotions being spilled on top of yall, love you all :3

With today being Bugsnax’s 3rd anniversary, I finally have the motivation to post this :D!! I always get so stressed about writing a good captions mentioning all the extra things I wanted to. But today I came home from school and had a (relatively small) autistic meltdown, so I’m just gonna post this and be done.

I'm so happy I discovered this game back in March. I fell in love with the characters, stories, designs, and soundtrack. What's even better, I found great friends and found better purpose to draw because of Bugsnax!

Can't wait to see what Young Horse does next!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 3 years already!! I don’t even know where to begin 😂 I’ll keep it short and just say thank you, to Young Horses for such a fantastic game and to all of the new friends I’ve made in the fandom! I owe a lot to this game (as silly as it sounds), and I can’t wait for whatever Young Horses has in store for us next!

Happy 3rd Anniversary, Bugsnax!

I know I’m a day late but whatever. LOL

But I wanna get sappy here for a bit.

When I entered the fandom a year ago, I was going through a bad time.

I was in a creative slump, and going through a bad breakup after a 3 year relationship.

To say this game helped me, is an understatement.

I’m one of those people that in order to feel better about myself, I have to help other people. So helping these gay muppets go through not only just catching random bugs that look like snacks, but to hear their problems and their issues, really helped me feel not alone in the situation I was in. The ending made me tear up, once they go through their own epiphany, it made me realize how happier I was doing my own thing.

So thank you Bugsnax, for so much! And here’s to another great year!

HAPPY 4TH ANNIVERSARY BUGSNAX!

Wow, I can't believe it's been four years since the game that changed my life came out. Good god!

My love and passion for these silly little muppets and snack bugs has not and will not cease. No other game has ever left an impact on me the way Bugsnax did, and I will never forget it!

I've had commissioned @dragonsaltartales to do this beautifully-colored illustration based on @extrotheplushfurry's amazing concept of Angelic Lizbert and Eggabell. Here they are comforting my OC, Sam Sandefur, in these troubling times. I will say that this may be what happens at the end of my version of Bugsnax, as it's an all bittersweet piece.

I want to say thank you to Young Horses and the fans for keeping this amazing game alive, and helping me find a life worth living! And thank you @dragonsaltartales for this wonderful commission! I cannot help to think how grateful I am to be a part of a community like this! There is nothing special like it!

I want to give every one of you a hug! 🤗

Thank you bugsnax for genuinely keeping me alive. Thank you for the wonderful friends that i likely don't even deserve, thank you for giving me new things to draw, thank you for helping me get out of my shell.

This game is great and a lot of the people you meet here are as well. sorry for not drawing as much bugsnax anymore, just been having a bad mental health time these past few months. hopefully i will get back on track and maybe even get snaxter rolling again, i do have something waiting ;) but that does have to wait.
