i think it’s also important to note that anais was not a passive member of what happened — she chose to enter the cafe after bobbie, she chose not to identify herself to hanne, she went with bobbie even after she refused to allow anaïs to check on hanne. she is also going to have to evaluate her own choices, because now, these actions really have consequences.

Liv, Hanne and even Elias are so kind to Otis this season. I know he has gone through a lot, but it still doesn't justify all of his action. They just worried about him and yet Otis treat them like a garbage.

bobbie, bobbie, bobbie. after last night’s clip with anaïs, where she explained why hanne has such principles against weed, she proceeds to whip out her stash in front of hanne. while i understand she sees hanne as a hypocrite, bobbie didn’t ask to smoke first in a group setting, and obviously disregarded hanne’s feelings.
hanne, hanne, hanne. after being disregarded by bobbie, she lashed out, took the weed, and threw it in the trash. was that completely appropriate on her part? no, the weed did not belong to her, and obviously costs bobbie money. (p.s. i loved hanne’s outfit in today’s clip)
which brings us to anaïs… the passivity isn’t going to last her much longer. eventually, she’s going to have to choose a side, and that’s going to have consequences. hell week is coming! interesting to see if we learn more about bobbie — where does she get her money from? how does she know that girl from the cafe? why does her mom struggle to trust her? why is she more of a loner? time will tell.

i do feel bad for hanne — it can be incredibly difficult to see your best friend doing something that literally fucked up your cousin, and to basically see anaïs do a 360 when it comes to things like alcohol and drugs. however, we are in anaïs’ perspective, so we obviously have more context to the things going on, and what is happening to her with her parents’ divorce & the high of a new relationship with bobbie. and of course, hanne has also taken advantage of anaïs’ kindness at times, so i do hope all these things are addressed in the four weeks we have left. while i struggle with wtfock’s writing more often than not, i can at least understand where everyone is coming from in this season. hope they’re able to communicate sooner rather than later <3

the thing for me is that bobbie says she isn’t going to change — which is fine, but the bigger issue is that she specifically chose to trigger hanne. i think tomorrow, everything might blow up in anaïs’ face — the lies to her parents, the drug and alcohol use, bobbie and hanne’s conflict. something is coming, i can feel it.

i had a feeling since the season description was released that anaïs and bobbie were probably going to be illustrated as a toxic or bad relationship in the end. for the entire season, the writers have shown that this is anaïs’ first romantic partner, and her first sexual experience. anaïs doesn’t know any different. i think it’s also important to note that earlier in the season, when the two first got together, bobbie was continually pushing anaïs to go public, and was even using finn to antagonize her and make her come out — i honestly think we glossed over that a bit too much. i think it just further reinforces bobbie’s disregard for others’ feelings and wellbeing, as long as she gets the outcome she desires. she put hanne in the hospital, and was still able to sleep soundly, she didn’t want anaïs to call ada, and to skip work and stay with her. the red flags are red flagging.
of course, bobbie is 16 years old, but her age shouldn’t shield her from the fact that she needs to take accountability for her actions and get help for her substance abuse, as well as therapy to learn more appropriate coping mechanisms & to talk about her family and her family structure.
i honestly hope anaïs and bobbie are apart at the end of the season, because i think it would be important for teenagers to see that it is okay not to be the fixer or the solution to someone’s needing help, and that it is important to encourage specialized, professional help and support that these kids aren’t equipped to handle. but do i have faith in these writers? 🤷🏼♀️
i hope this made sense, i literally just woke up.
(ps: if these writers also bring anaïs and finn together romantically, i think it could be an interesting contrast to her relationship with bobbie… similar to nora’s relationships with alejandro and jorge vs her relationship with miquel in skam españa s3.)
(pps: i am not an anobbie or bobbie anti, i honestly just think it’s better at this point if they work on themselves individually as people. they could always reconnect in future seasons! i am also a person who has lost my own father young, and seen how addictions can take a toll on people you’re close to, so i have a lot of sympathy for both bobbie and hanne!)

yeahhhh, anaïs, you might need to reevaluate this relationship. pretty sure hanne has head trauma from that, and bobbie refused to let you go back and help your best friend, who i don’t think was conscious after that hit from bobbie running by.
i also genuinely hope bobbie is allowed to reevaluate her relationship with weed, because now i think this has entered substance abuse territory.

stop sending hate to nona and stop commenting on her appearance. she is an actress doing her job, she is not in charge of the script. as i noted in my previous post, hanne has now confirmed that her cousin is now institutionalized due to a psychotic break & it’s related to their continued cannabis use. as the screenshot i shared said, clinicians do agree that there is some connection between cannabis use causing adverse mental affects. however, these connections are still very complex & still not fully understood.
while i understand many people partake in cannabis use without adverse affects or reactions, it’s important to note that wtfock is a show meant to target teenagers and young adults, and it’s important to highlight both positives and negatives of partaking in alcohol and drugs, and what is being portrayed on screen through anaïs, bobbie and hanne is important for young audiences to see.
so please, when talking about the new clips, remember that this is a fictional show, these are characters, and wtfock is supposed to be geared towards younger audiences, who are still finding themselves, and refrain from attacking the actors & the things they have no control over, i.e. the script, and their appearance.
