Repost from @lizknightcreative • My last day in Vietnam and few last moments captured in the sketchbook. I went to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum yesterday. It was very quiet, only a few people taking pictures. I walked the streets too navigating through the endless waves of motorbikes, cars and people. Cross walks mean nothing even though they are painted on the road. The lower sketch is right down the road from the hotel. Little shops, foods and coffee. The wiring system up in the sky is total chaos, wires strung back and forth and loose ones just hanging down. Heading home tonight. Thank you #Vietnam it has been pure joy to get to know you. And it must be said again.... thank you to the amazing women ~ @annasartfoodculture and @mysquiggles for hosting and inspiring our group to see the world by sketching, eating local and being in every moment.
