Behind these humble doors at Hangar 76 Co-Op is a true hidden gem. Having recently opened this last Spring, this 14,500 square-foot former warehouse has been transformed to encompass the new @tippingpintbeer brewery operations and taproom. Plus @carruthcellars urban winery’s fourth tasting room and main production facility. The two also share an expansive outdoor garden space, that will be quite magnificent when soon finished! ~swipe~ to see one of the tastiest #dryirishstouts I ever recall drinking! 🤎👏🏼 I truly can’t wait to go back and try more on the beer menu from Tipping Pint, along with a wood-fired pizza from Stoaked Pizza! I’ve been a friend to @carruthcellars for many years, and their wine is always perfectly delicious. I chose the “Smooth and Silky” flight which included medium to full body reds. Also, be sure and try the winery’s signature cheese and charcuterie boards! Transformation Tuesday ..... on a Saturday!! 7 months ago I embarked on a journey I had been putting off for too long. The journey of taking care of myself. I was Introduced to a personal trainer that has been with me every step of the way, dedicating himself to my goals while keeping me accountable! Thank you @hangar76inc!!! Looking back, the only thing im sad about is how long I allowed myself to be so unhealthy.

The photo on the left was taken by my lovely sister, and while I was very unsatisfied with my back boobs and the size of my ass; I fell in love with the beauty of the photo.

Last weekend I took a trip home and wanted to recreate it. As I'm sure you can tell, the water was much colder this go around but beyond that, I am just so motivated by the amount of progress I have made!

I find stability in knowing that this change is long term. I'm not on a diet, I'm not doing a workout challenge, I've made a lifestyle change. I will never go back to the way I lived before, and because of that I know my path only continues upwards from here!! And that knowledge, is more comforting than I can even explain to you.
