What did you think your apocalypse outfit would be?

Jumpsuit, jumpsuit, cover me xD A simple black jumpsuit with functional pockets and a bit wide trousers and a middle-length hooded cape with some violet, wine red and bronze delicate ornamental stitching as accents on the edges, laced boots and... and, damn it, these earrings even though they’re sold but in alternative universe I wear such xD

What’s your actual apocalypse outfit been?

oh lol very prosaic: rather grey pijama or grey hoodie with the same colour sweatpants and a beige terry towel robe because I constantly feel cold no matter what I wear

What do you miss the most?

Seeing the tiny company I work for having any success, being able to normally go to the post office and send away presents to my friends, going to the cinema to see movies on weekdays which only 2-4 people attend and have the blasting quality almost all for myself lol But it used to be a great escape from stressing atmosphere anyway, i really seek some kind of solace in places...

What do you miss the least?

Queueing in the tax office and banks, overcrowded streets, the amount of people on bank holidays rushingg back and forth does make me feel very weird.

What can people do to help you?

Idk, tbh, but collabing for some creative project, giving music recommendations or just sharing music, and tagging would always be great :)

What are you enjoying about it?

Having a lifestyle like me is now officially adopted worldwide aka I have an excuse why I don’t go anywhere thus feeling less of an introverted outsider xD

What are you going to do that you never have time to do usually?

Difficult to say, to be honest... I don’t feel like i have more time right now, I wish I did though somehow...

me: The runner video sees Yannis battling his shadow self through a surreal landscape with water, light and open fields symbolising different emotional depths, levels of awareness of this shadow self and varying degrees of willingness to engage.

Yannis and his shadow rep, both dressed identically in yellow, a color typically representative of warmth and positivity has a darker couterpart of cowardice, betrayal, egoism, and madness. These are attributes that we all encompass and are mostly kept at bay but can easily emerge with a dishonest assessment and poor integration of these darker aspects of the psyche. They travel through the scenes, Yannis running from his shadow, refusing to address internal issues at certain times in life until forced to, as the shadow reaches out to attack and take him down and at other times choosing to address known negative aspects of his psyche at his own behest and amelioration. The struggle one must endure to know themself and continually acknowledge the weaknesses and less attractive aspects of their personality is difficult and humbling. Once admitted, attempted and pursued a broader perspective of the human condition is attained to then meld into a truer assessment of external realities. The video shows Yannis emerge from this battle to be flung into a burning countryside representative of the world at large. As he takes in the destruction its clear it isnt enough anymore to address ones own weaknesses and become the best version of the imdividual and create a full life, but that the wider problems we face as a collective, our infrastructure and literal structure necessary to our survival, is on fire and cannot be ignored. Despite best efforts, and what could and really should be our only real objective as humans, to become our best selves to then manifest goodness in the world, we are encumbered with having to address the failings of those that came before us. Its a masterful reminder that the challenges we face are immediate and already nearing their peak as soon as we lift our field of vision from the myopic personal to the wider view. In this day and age when modern conveniences are at our fingertips, information is plentiful and easily attainable and by all accounts life should just steadily improve, we are at our most indulgent, least secure, feel less capable and are regularly overwhelmed by the truths that we must face. So get your shit together folks. FOALS say so

5: go on a six hour road trip with (no car radio, you choose who drives), sit next to on a six hour plane flight, sit across from on a six hour train journey

I would say Yannis for the road trip, but that will not work unless we choose a self-driving car or drive in the middle of nowhere haha. He can’t drive I think, and although I have a license, I drive like your worst nightmare. Idk who of them can drive actually? So, Yannis, pack your bags, we are driving around somewhere in the wilderness then...

Edwin seems like a really calm and smart person, let’s pick him for the plane flight because I hate flying and it will be much better with such a chill neighbour.

Let’s pick Jack for the train journey. They are quite monotonous but great for talking. I feel like he would tell a bunch of unbelievable tales from his travels and be a really funny companion. Thank you so much for asking! :)

I’ve got tagged by @handsomeronnie and actually answering this like... a week? after being tagged because I have just resurrected, so... really sorry for being this late to the party but now I’m back to blogging and overall being here! 

Considering all of that and the fact that I listen to very different music overload lately which makes it difficult to decide on only 4 albums, I decided to make it double for both forever faves and current, hope no one minds lol
