I thought I'd share a project I decided to work on. Last night was pretty rough so as a pick me up I made a cozy cosplay for a con next weekend. I even added some details apart from the original design. Mosr of the patches are hand sewn on. This is the Halloween design from My Hero Academia. I've still got to remake the bow but rhis is it so far

Woohoo! Deku is ready for some candy! I’m curious why he decided to dress up as a ghost...maybe cause he is shy? I actually got some trick-or-treating candy while wandering the neighborhood with friends and their kid. 😆🤤🍬🍫🍭 I’m so happy with how this turned out. I decided with 6 hours to go that I wanted to make it. ✂️ 🧵 It took a couple hours just to find the materials at Hobby Lobby and various discount stores, then I had to finish up some art business stuff, then a couple hours to make the outfit and get into cosplay makeup and all. Fastest turn around ever 😅😂 It was also a huge boost for me. I get so caught up in wanting to be super productive and it not working, the. beating myself up and feeling like I can’t get anything done. It’s something I’m working on, but this spontaneous cosplay really cheered me up....the race to the finish was intense but I was so happy once it was done hehe. What about you? What’s a fast cosplay you’ve done and do you stress or feed off of the adrenaline making it?
