made my first real page today! it’s about the various shops in the game! the inspiration behind this one is that I was already looking into documenting every story mode level’s shop data in preparation for routing full story/full chapter runs of v1.1.5 since you can carry weapons between levels and it might in some cases be faster to pass by a shop, and I happened to find that there’s actually a lot of interesting info to be found about shops. I then went on to look at all the vortex shops too, since I may as well be thorough, and now I have all the things that weren’t parts of events (I’ll get to that at some point too, don’t worry). still missing some info though, check the bottom of the article to see how you can help me out!

I kept having thoughts of The Dark Master possessing Dan The Man. And the player themself is forced to use Josie since Dan is unable to play. Another thing is that Josie, The Geezers, The Light Master and some of the villagers try to free Dan and take down Dark Master.

Oh yeah and The Dark Master is my favorite villain of the series. Yeah... I most often root for villains/antagonists depending on their ranks and sins.

"Ground Under Metal" Elevator Pitch

Title: Ground Under Metal

A cross between Armored Core and Jetpack Joyride. The player will have optional mech vehicles with different attributes that allow for ways of completing the level (Haven't decided if i want it to be levels or endless running) .

The player races along as a side scroller and depending on their mech choice can jump over or crash through walls, or buildings. Then with their gun choice shoot enemies (with either machine gun style, rapid fire, or one-shot heavy fire) that come continuously from the right side at the player.

Three key selling points:

9 different types of play styles. With the choice of three mechs and three guns

Feel powerful. Whether its spectacularly crashing through buildings or weaving in between enemy shots

Challenging fast pace gameplay. As the game is played for longer, the more enemies spawn in and the gameplay gets faster.
