a couple of the nurses are friendly and will say gm and even remember my name major shoutout to them . but most kf the nurses literally will not look at housekeepers in the hallway and will get annoyed when we are just doinh our jobs like. Do you want us to just let the residents rooms get dirty. can you fuck off

#i had 1 nurse get bitchy at me for not changing a guys bed Bc he was asleep in it and iur rules are we try to wake them up as best we can #we arent allow3d to touch residents obviously so modt of what we can do is stand in the doorway and go HELLO. HELLO. SIR? HOUSEKEEPING.#and if they dont wake up we close the bedroom door and clean everything we can. yk #and it used 2 be if they wouldnt wake up we could call a nurse to come help wake them up 1. half the time they wouldnt come 2. the other #half the time they were so fuckjnh rude. and then they were like You cant ask us to help anymore. and then get pissy when the bed isnt #changed. like wow yeah itd be awesome if somebody whos job is to help make sure the residents are where they need to be could help resident #s get out of the room while were cleaning. i wish there was someone whos literal entire job is that.
