i want to make a whimsinoia villain that's like a rival business to meow meow's circus i thought it would be funny if he went after lola every chance he got to try and steal her for his own profits his whole thing is that he shows up at the most unexpected moments .. so like: lola is being served dinner.. a waiter lays down a plate of yummy food.. she looks up to thank them and- "hey lola! so about my business." ITS HIM
