A real hero is dumb and bad at their job, a real hero is in charge of protecting one whole city and still messes up, a real hero manages to let the villains escape on more than one occasion because their love interest is kind of in danger.

It was a really nice tv-show, even if Hakan and Zeynep waited the last episode to get together.

Also, why waiting for the last episode to tell us the story about those immortels and why they wanted to destroy Istanbul and not another city?

Those immortels are really interesting because they are not vampire either, so what are they? Demons? But only Valeria has super power.

And why Faysal was the only one being able to procreate with a woman and not the others?

Can we presume that Okhan is not really dead?

Guys PLEASE I started watching The Protector on Netflix and I’m LOSING MY MIND bc there’s NO ONE to talk about how BADLY THEY ARE SCREWING WITH MY MAIN BITCH ZEYNEP she is a BAD ASS TOUGH GIRL QUEEN who HAPPENS to cry sometimes but is SO PRETTY AND COOL and I would HAPPILY let her KICK MY ASS and I rlly wanna KILL hakan will someone please watch this show so we can talk about it I think I’m going insane

Whumpers monthly, issue #2

I’ve got some stabbing for you from “The Protector” :) It’s one of my favorite tropes. Yet, this is a bit cheating. The first gif is rather throwing knifes but I still liked it. Season 4, episode 5, Sami is hit by a knife, his other comrades (which I cut out here) are killed by a shuriken and a slit throat. It’s been a trap to weaken the Protector by killing off his friends. Spoiler: Sami survives.

The second one is the tragic death of Levent, the Protector’s brother. He’s controlled and he knows it, and when he’s urged to attack Hakan once again, he remembers in flashbacks the torture he went through and knows that he will always be used as a tool. He chooses death, forcing Hakan to kill him. Or rather killing himself by the use of Hakan. Season 3, episode 2.

Just started The protector season 4 today and!!!!

im so mad!!This is the show I have been waiting for since it was announced back in 2017!!

 I can’t believe it took 3 whole seasons for us to see Hakan go back and forth in time. I really thought the entire show would have been based on the premise based on when they first announced the show.

Season four is so gripping, the pacing and acting is so much better.

 I love the scenes from ottoman era. Boran’s scenes remind me of his days on Kosem. I’ve been waiting for Cagatay to make a period drama for ages so this is such a treat.

And gosh Hakun and the Vizier have so much chemistry!!! my gosh i think this is the best ship this show came out with so far. 

I’m also loving the medcezir throwback with Taner and Miray (only serenay was missing dksfjaskdfj). Gah this is exactly what season 1 or even season 2 should have been like.
