FTF Shorts: Not Even Close!
A vs show where the longer analysis and set up is skipped in order to briefly explain why a certain fight is nowhere near close.
This Week's Fighters....
Son Goku vs Oz!
Conditions:
A complete composite of Goku pulling powers and feats from every single official continuity. Crossovers not counted for either.
Breakdown:
Alright, the first thing we have to look at when discussing this fight is stats. Now, I could stand here all day going over their lower end feats, such as Calculester destroying the moon, Piccolo drstroying the moon, or Damien punching the sun, etc. But, frankly, both of these characters scale so high that doing so would just be pissing in the wind. Both of these characters scale to the higher echelons of their cosmologies, so it's best to just take this from the top.
Cosmology:
While the baseline Dragon Ball universe is already exponentially larger than our own, Dragon Ball Heroes goes the extra mile by giving Goku a massive multiverse to scale to.
It's been stated that the continuity of Heroes has infinite alternate histories with infinite timelines and infinite worlds.
Resting on top of all of that is the Crack of Time, a superdimensional realm existing around the entire multiverse that is above time itself.
Problem is, Oz can match it.
Oz is an ancient eldritch diety created by the Nothingness, designed to destroy the entire multiverse, with is stated to contain infinite timelines. Zoe refers to the ancient gods created by the Nothing by their old names. Zoe is the embodiment of Despair but then gave up that name to become Zoe. Oz is the embodiment of Fear, but gave up that name to become Oz. An alternate timeline version of Oz, who didn't abandon its calling like he did to live like a mortal, even attempts to urge them to bring about "the end of all things".
What's more, we know definitively that these universes contain the 5th Dimension, which Oz can reach by.... partying really hard.
I couldn't find a let's play to screenshot. Sue me.
This by itself would already put Oz on par with Goku, as Oz has several feats that would scale him to this level. Becoming one with all reality, turning reality off and on again reducing it to nothing, eating a sandwich with literally everything in existence on it, and etc. Gag feats? Sure, but no one blinks when Spongebob does it.
However, it gets exponentially worse for Goku from here, thanks to the Metaverses.
See, the Metaverses are infinitely smaller digital realities with dimensional structures different from the baseline universe (as stated by Polly). There are countless, possibly infinite, amounts of Metaverses with in each other, constantly traveling downwards. Oz and friends travel down these Metaverses for hours on end without finding the bottom and aren't even sure if they've found the bottom by the end of it.
Polly: THIS is the third dimension everyone keeps hyping up? I'm not a fan. Go deeper!
This means that every individual universe within Monster Prom has unquantifiably countless dimensional layers within them. And Oz was specifically created to destroy an infinite amount of these universes. That's..... a level of jacked that Goku simply cannot match.
Speed is much simpler. Both can move and fight in realms beyond time so immeasurable. Overall advantage goes to Oz due to an infinite stat gap that Goku cannot close or make up for.
Powers:
So, if Goku can't close the strength gap directly, could he circumvent it? While Dragon Ball may be known for being raw brute force, but Goku still has plenty of tricks up his sleeve. Hakai that deletes you from existence across time, Mafuba to seal you away, and even 4th wall awareness of his own, being able to damage the manga panels and draw power from the audience.
The most damning of all of these powers, however, is the Key Sword, a powerful blade created by the Gods to seal away the Demon Realm. Ability sealing, complete control over time itself, and the immunity against the effects of Dark Ki, which distorts the laws of physics and alters the very laws of reality. If fully unlocked, the Key Sword can even seal you away in the Eternal Time Labyrinth, a realm outside of time that even Mechikabura with all of history absorbed into him couldn't escape. It's big enough to seal away entire universes even!
Does Oz have counters to this? Well, yes. What it comes down to is how being an abstract concept works within the realm of Monster Prom.
If an abstract concept is either killed or removed from its home reality, that reality will begin collapsing and eventually cease to exist. This is explained by Faith and Joy when she discusses the many deaths of Hope, who is the embodiment of.... well, Hope.
Faith: The rules are cryptic.. but to some extent you're the embodiment of humankind's Hope, and so if you died... it will be the end of everything.
Faith: He knew about all of this, and so he took us by suprise and
killed Hope...the First Hope. The fabric of reality weakened and Hope as a concept disappeared from the equation.
This applies even if the character is even removed from their home reality, as when Evil Hope left the Evil Dimension, that Dimension started crumbling and eventually ceased to exist. So, Eternal Time Labyrinth is a no go. This means that Goku can't kill Oz or even remove them from the fight without nuking himself from existence.
Everything that wouldn't fall under that umbrella would get nullified by either the infinite strength gap or by Oz simply...... becoming one with all reality. Let's see Mafuba seal away *existence itself*, idiot.
Polly: Here's how ya do it: first, imagine nothingness. Now,imagine something-ness. Now, ask yourself.. how different are they really?
Polly: Don't be so sure, boo. The lines of physics in this world are not so cleanly drawn.
Polly: The existence of the multiverse and interdimensional travel prove that fixed existence in one Space is a total myth.
Polly: The Human Realm and Monster Realm overlap they just exist on a different quantum level or something. Who's to say how many other realms sit on top of ours?
Polly: what does it even mean to be "here" and not "there"? Aren't we all just atoms and stardust being yanked around by gravity and magic?
Polly: How is wishy-washy-ass reality gonna stop us frow being in
the monster truck RIGHT NOW?!
And, sense Goku can never win, he'll inevitably never lose. Oz would just eat his sanity, or eat the concept of Goku making him never exist or steal Goku's narrative importance to the plot itself and make himself the new protagonist of Dragon Ball. Goku can shrug off reality warping, but the plot itself warping on him? Nada. Dark Ki has simply never demonstrated that level of bullshit.
Counterarguments
Aren't a lot of these gag feats?
Yes. But I just don't consider that disqualifying. Monster Prom is about 90% silly gags and 10% lore. If the verse is gag centric, gags counting should be the norm. It's basically how scaling toon force works. It's not the same as, say, Hercule surviving get smacked by Cell, where Dragon Ball at that point is primarily trying to take itself seriously. You have to meet the work at its own level.
Should Oz scale to Zoe?
Yes. While Zoe does slaughter the entire cast, Oz included, in the Prank Masterz ending, they are still comparable. For example, taking the "Fight the Dark Deity" option at the end of the Totem Route successfully will have Oz, well, successfully fight off Zoe. Both characters were created by the Nothingness to destroy all reality so it stands they'd be at least somewhat comparable.
Isn't Hope's death collapsing reality just because of the True Power?
Oh, boy, here we go. The True Power is the ultimate being of the Monster Prom verse. It created and sustains all reality and the endless universes there in. Oz does not scale to it, even at their best.
In Aaravi's secret route in Monster Camp, The Owl reveals the true nature of the True Power and then speculates as to where it is now.
Key word, speculates. He doesn't know for sure and is completely transparent that all his theories, including the Hope connection, might not be true. He knows it created infinite timelines, as stated in the scans above, but that's all that's definitive.
Joy and Faith meanwhile are experts in magic and multiverse travel who have been saving the world for years now. I simply see them as a more reliable source on Hope's condition, as they've seen it first hand several times now.
As it stands, Goku just doesn't have the raw power, nor the hax to keep up with this eldritch high schooler. Between this and HA Dio, Oz is one step closer to soloing anime.
This Throwdown's Winner is....
Oz!

continuing with the theme Yandere! Bulma. You know what would be worse?
Bulma is a selfish possessive person on the verge of being delusional towards the reader. After communicating with the gods, she meets the reader and takes them to the bathroom, it's not just “you. Bathroom. Now”, the woman literally drags the reader into the bathroom to pick up a washcloth and independently scrub someone else's touch, not her or Team Z's, off their skin. It's either neat and gentle or rough and painful depending on Bulma's mood. Think of the “no touch” thing that's hard to get around when you have to hold onto an angel/kaioshin to teleport away.
It literally instills a nasty “touch-bath” habit, like the reader is a tame dog that's been mauled in the mud.
Bulma would have probably drugged the reader with drugs-medicines to keep them from going anywhere, but that idea was pushed to the back of the drawer. As was the idea of a tracking chip/collar.
The reader knows about the dragon pearls, they'd love to wish for them to disappear or for Bulma to forget they exist, but the pearls are all over the world but the radar itself is located at Bulma's. This is dangerous.
The reader begins to avoid contact with anyone, touching anyone. Ignoring the problem (from friends or anyone else) has a negative effect on the psyche, the reader is on the verge of hysteria.
Bulma's excessive affection and love makes the situation worse. Perhaps there is something else that should be noticed but is unnoticed or erased from memory under stress and moral violence.Perhaps, imagine, the reader is in the company of Zeno or Whis and Beerus and they are tactile. Because humans are social creatures. Perhaps before, the reader is just like an human from nowhere they would have forgotten about before, now their friend and interlocutor, the gods don't understand human problems and were in no hurry to deal with it, thinking it would pass.
The gods are tactile, they enjoy the companionship and presence of the reader, but it's stressful for the reader because the gods are definitely followed by a “bath”. The reader freaks out, catches a panic attack and the gods are just at a loss. Though if the reader starts asking for “arrange a hakai in their direction”, it will confuse them even more. Zeno would rather erase Bulma than get rid of his interesting human. The reader sobs in the arms of an angel(Whis or Daishinkan) or god, snuggling up with him because they no longer care that a nasty loofah interaction will follow after they get home Bulma has literally turned the gods against herself.
This starts to look like My Boyfriend Game yk?
(Good game for the twisted minded ones like me)

Inge Sjasaris
B A S I C S
Name: Inge Sjasaris (pre-EW), Inge Grymkoelwyn (post-EW)
Nicknames: none
Age: In her sixties
Nameday: 5th Sun of the 2nd Umbral Moon
Race: Viera
Gender: Loaded question given that I've never bothered posting about her tribe, but long story short: she's fine with being called a woman. In our modern western ways, she'd be more akin to genderqueer. In her people's way, it's hard to translate so she never bothers. Honestly any pronoun is technically fine by her, it'll never be completely right anyway.
Orientation: Whatever, but more female leaning overall.
Profession: Mercenary, alchemist
P H Y S I C A L A S P E C T S
Hair: I've yet to find a satisfying mod for what I have in mind but curly and mid-long, black, badly cut 'cause she tends to do it herself whenever the length annoys her too much. Rarely tied though, she doesn't like the feeling (hence the terrible haircuts)
Eyes: Grey
Skin: Dark brown, with some freckles
Tattoos/scars: A tattoo left by Louisoix's spell between her shoulder blades. Many scars scattered on her body, most faded though and none too remarkable.
F A M I L Y
Parents: Both alive, never named them x)
Siblings: Two unnamed sisters and one brother, which she doesn't know is a brother because she left before he hit puberty. He's called Solrunn and is played by @inah-ffxiv (who also plays her wife)
Grandparents: I didn't flesh out the family tree so far so.... no idea
In-laws and Other: She's married to Yersinia Bordetella (which isn't her real name if you wonder after reading Inge's family name above) Also in a relationship with Y'shtola.
Pets: None
S K I L L S
Abilities: The notable ones would be magic enhancing/debuffing (and healing but if you don't get hit, it's even better), war surgery, alchemy (mostly potions), botany and bow hunting. She can hear the Elementals too
Hobbies: Reading smut and romance. That's about it, she loves her job as an adventurer and doesn't take much time off.
T R A I T S
Most Positive Trait: Steadfast and kind
Most Negative Trait: emotionally constipated and prone to reproach people their recklessness before doing the exact same fucking thing five minutes later (But it's different because she knows what she's doing™)
L I K E S
Colors: she loves bright colors in general but mostly wears neutral/earthly colors herself (as to not make a target of herself). Doesn't have a clear favorite
Smells: damp soil, forests, quite a lot alchemical agents, tea, campfires
Textures: Leather, smooth polished wood, soft wool
Drinks: Tea, tea and more tea
O T H E R D E T A I L S
Smokes: Recreationally. Did you know the Twelve will approve of your union even if you're too high to remember the entire day? Should you get lucky enough to meet them, they'll even mention it /shudders
Drinks: Tea and water. Occasionally maybe some fruit juice. Never any alcohol, it makes her sick
Drugs: Nothing other than what I mentioned above
Mount Issuance: Inge's actually in the Twin Adder and got her chocobo through them. The bird doesn't have an actual name, she whistles to call it/give it orders and mostly uses it as a beast of burden rather than a mount. Her yol is in the care of the Mols. She didn't want to take it away from its natural environment, but she visits sometimes.
Been Arrested: Never. To say that she's always a law-abiding citizen might be pushing it though...

I’m not as versed with writing quality so I never understood why people so heavily criticized the Future Trunks arc in Super.
What about that arc is bad or doesn’t make it work?
This is actually really hard to answer because it's a case of the two versions being VERY different and thus having their own unique set of problems. I'll say that it probably started with its inception, as this was not an organic Toriyama arc. He didn't originally have the idea. Shueisha and Toei came to him asking if there was a way to get Future Trunks involved in this series, as he was a popular character still. Without getting too bogged down in the details, a large part of the issue revolves around Trunks sort of getting Gary Stu'd a bit. He got his own special "transformation" in Super Saiyan Rage (which has yet to be fully explained, though it appears to be a case of simply being able to briefly draw out all of his power for a fast, hard strike), he learns the Mafuba by watching a cell phone video of it, and he can even use Spirit Bomb energy to make a Super Blade for his sword seemingly out of nowhere. It's just messy. There are still things to like in the arc, like Trunks getting to meet Gohan's family and see how differently things went for him here, or getting to see Krillin's family and how 18 had changed, or even Goku's reaction to learning his family's fate in this alternate timeline or Vegeta basically driving his son to stand and fight. Some great moments. But unfortunately, it does get bogged down in that murkier writing. The manga has its own set of issues. For one, Trunks starts even MORE Gary Stu'd, literally being able to simply increase the multiplier of SSJ2 to match Goku at SSJ3 (and pushing Goku to dip into Super Saiyan God to win because apparently he 'hates to lose'). Then making him Kaioshin's apprentice and saying that the apprentices of Kaioshin all have healing powers that they lose when taking on said role... which comes into play then with Zamasu, who is seen using the Time Rings, so he must be a Kaioshin now, yet he retained his healing ability, which would require him to still be an apprentice. After that point, Trunks... is actually sidelined pretty quickly, so much so that the manga version is often called the "Goku Black" arc as opposed to the Future Trunks arc there. He falls by the wayside, really only stepping in to heal Goku or Vegeta, when he gets to the present he just plays video games with Mai and never gets to meet Gohan or his family, and least not in any meaningful way that we're allowed to see, Goku seems completely unphased by the revelation Zamasu murdered his wife and son in his own body and rather makes a joke about having to avenge HIMSELF, Goku somehow learned Hakai from seeing Beerus do it once, does it exactly once, somehow misses a guy less than three feet in front of him (cue Mushu.gif)-
-and then, come the final battle, Trunks has to use the tiny bit of energy he has left to heal Vegeta JUST enough to allow him to stand under his own power, only for Goku to find himself in trouble and cowering a bit in the face of two Fused Zamasus, so Vegeta... rushes in, rescues Goku, and actually summons enough energy to do one big attack and obliterate both Fused Zamasus, who were apparently at full power. So being healed JUST enough to be able to stand allowed him to mysteriously summon the energy to solo kill Fused Zamasu twice over. But that didn't work because Starfish Effect and a scene likely meant as a callback to Return of Cooler-
-and THAT"S when they hit the button to summon Zeno. And that's the short version for both, there's honestly more problems and weird narrative decisions within, such as Time Travel and Bulma's treatment in the manga, but that alone could fill up entire other posts.
Suffice it to say, both versions very much have issues with pacing, characterization, and some contradiction.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes 21-24
tfw probably something is bad happening right now.
This is the “Universe Creation” arc of SDBH, which features more of the Time Patrol than what we’ve seen in the first 19 episodes. I’m guessing that’s why the Episode 20 special was made, so viewers would recognize characters like Chronoa and Xeno Pan when they showed up here. Anyway, the story begins with the Divine Tokitoki Bird going missing. Chronoa’s main duty as the Supreme Kai of Time is to look after the bird, so she mobilizes the Time Patrol to find him. Unfortunately, the Time Patrol in this show is just six people.
Turns out, the bird is on Earth, and he shows up right where Goku and the boys are training or whatever. Moments like these feel like something out of a teenager’s fanfic. Like, here’s all the characters I wanted in my story, and I just plopped them all in Bulma’s backyard and they’re sparring because why not. Then the plot device shows up right in front of them, two seconds after it went missing. Like, don’t even try to make this feel natural, we’ve got to get this thing moving.
Trunks and Pan arrive next and find Tokitoki, which would seem to make this a really dull story. The only tension is that most of the characters are confused about Trunks being different from the version we’ve seen in the first 19 episodes. Vegeta explains that it’s an alternate Trunks from a “different dimension”, like the Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta they encountered on the Prison Planet. Vegeta also says that they’ve met this version of Trunks before, but he never elaborates. So why is Xeno Trunks confused, then? Also, why doesn’t anyone ask about Xeno Pan? You’d think she’d raise some interesting questions.
Then all twelve Gods of Destruction show up. Overkill much? They’re here to destroy Tokitoki.
Beerus fires a hakai blast, but Tokitoki just blows it away with his wings. “You came here to kill me, catboy? You better make it count. Better finish me in one shot. What’s wrong? I’m right here. Come and get this work.”
Beerus explains that he had a premonition of a mysterious bird appearing in Universe 7 to destroy the entire multiverse. And Tokitoki’s a bird, and this is Universe 7, so it sure seems like Tokitoki’s been caught red-handed of the imaginary crime that Beerus saw in a dream. Yessir.
I’m not even sure why Beerus is explaining himself. Look, he came here to destroy Tokitoki. So let him do it. No, Trunks, don’t bother defending the bird. He can fight his own battles. Go kill him, Beerus. He’s not going anywhere. You and your eleven pals, go destroy him. All at once. Unless you’re all a bunch of punk-ass bitches. No, that couldn’t be it.
They don’t do a damn thing, and then Tokitoki just nopes out and leaves. Then they all find their missing spines, and when they realize they can’t follow Tokitoki because they can’t sense his energy, they decide to destroy the Earth for aiding and abetting Tokitoki. What a clownshow these guys are. Maybe Hearts couldn’t have killed Grand Zeno, but he probably would have made short work out of these idiots.
But Beerus tells them to hold off, since this is his universe. He’ll handle things, and so Goku and the others conclude that their only chance is to fight Beerus.
Meanwhile, Fu watches on, joined by his new pal, Dogidogi. He’s like a fake evil version of Tokitoki, I guess.
So the gang on Earth fights Beerus for a bit, and then Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta show up and warn them about something more important happening right now.
These creepy roots are spreading across the skies of Earth, and they’re draining the planet’s energy. The Gods of Destruction turn their senses to their own universes and find that the same thing is happening to every planet everywhere. So they withdraw to look after their home territories.
Then Fu and Dogidogi show up, and Beerus realizes that Dogidogi is the “bird of catastrophe” from his premonition. Fu explains that the Universe Seed Hearts used in the last arc has now germinated into a cosmic tree, and it’s drawing energy from the twelve universes.
Vegeta correctly deduces that Hearts was an unwitting catspaw in Fu’s plan. Hearts sought to use the Universe Seed as a weapon, but Fu wanted to see the seed grow.
Fu’s objective is to create a new universe. I’m not sure if the tree will become a universe, or maybe the tree will produce a new universe like some kind of fruit. All that really matters is that his plan depends on the tree draining all the other universes, which the good guys can’t allow.
Fu leaves, and some of the gang begin to grow weak from the tree’s effects, so Beerus uses his own power to blunt the effects. However, he can’t keep this up for long, so he’s counting on the others to resolve this crisis.
Meanwhile, Fu has a conference with his own team of guys. One of them is his mom, Towa, although she doesn’t say or do anything here, so I’m not sure what to make of this.
So this is your standard group of movie villains and GT castoffs. We have Super 17, Bojack, uh... some guy in a labcoat...
... Turles, who literally takes a bite of his Tree of Might Fruit in every scene he’s in...
And fuckin’ Cooler’s back. I guess he’s sticking with being on Fu’s team, not that he’s ever going to explain any of this. Seriously, he’s been all over this show and yet he’s barely done anything.
Bojack picks a fight with Turles, because I guess he’s still sore with the Saiyans for his defeat in Movie 9, but Turles is no pushover. Anyway, Fu convinces them to stand down, explaining that he plucked each of them from the moments right before Goku and the others defeated them, all so they could join Fu’s team and get a second chance at life in the new universe Fu is creating. The prospect seems to be enough to convince Bojack and Turles to get along.
I kind of want to go off on a tangent about this particular selection of Movie villains, but I should probably hold off, since there’s still a few more that will show up before this is over.
So the good guys basically split up into two groups. Xeno Trunks and Xeno Pan go with Goku and Vegeta, while Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta go off on their own. Trunks’ group ends up in... some place, where they get ambushed by Bojack and Turles. Yeah, there’s a pretty sharp decline in animation quality here. I feel bad for Bojack fans.
Meanwhile, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta go to hell, where they meet a mysterious contact who summoned them here. It turns out to be this scientist guy from Fu’s team, and all he wants to do is fight them.
Okay, so this dude refers to himself as “Dr. W,” and all he really does is swing that big metal thing on his right hand, which shoots energy blasts that move in unpredictable paths. All he really wants to do is to analyze and record the boys’ fighting styles with his cybernetic eyepiece.
I’m pretty sure this guy is supposed to be Dr. Wheelo from DBZ Movie 2, but for some reason Toei or Bandai wanted to swap out the brain-in-a-robot-body design with this version. Did Fu supply him with a new body? Or is this not the Wheelo we knew from Movie 2? I’m pretty sure these questions never get answered. It really doesn’t matter, because this fight sucks, and either this guy is Wheelo, or he’s not. If he is Dr. Wheelo, then he sucks for being Dr. Wheelo, because I hate Movie 2. If he’s not Dr. Wheelo, then he’s just some rando they stuck in this show for no reason, which is pretty dumb.
Anyway, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta fight the guy at Super Saiyan 3 and get nowhere.
So they turn Super Saiyan 4 and shoot their big energy beams at him, but they have no effect.
In the other place, Dogidogi uses his powers to paralyze the good guys, which allows Fu to capture Tokitoki and escape.
Not sure what it says about Fu that he can subdue Tokitoki when Beerus seemed to be powerless against him. Oh well.
In Hell, Dr. W escapes Goku and Vegeta and heads for a broken down machine in a cell. He announces that he has collected all the data he needs on Goku and Vegeta, and will now input it into the person he’s speaking to...
... Janemba. So I guess that machine there is the spirit cleanser machine that broke down in Movie 12. How would Dr. W be able to share his data files with Janemba? How would he even know how to do this? Did Fu already recruit Janemba, or did he send Dr. W down here with instructions for reactivating him? I don’t get it.
Okay, so let’s talk about the movie villains. Assuming Dr. W is Wheelo, we’re missing the following classic Z movie bad guys:
Garlic Junior
Lord Slug
Android 13
Z-Broly
Bio-Broly
Hirudegarn
Does that mean anything? I feel like Lord Slug gets to be involved in these things more often. He was in the Hatchiyack OVA, for example. They usually pass over Garlic and Wheelo, and I always assumed this was because they weren’t popular enough to be worth the effort. Z-Broly’s kind of too big for this sort of thing, and Bio-Broly flat out sucks, so no mystery there. Hirudegarn is kind of difficult because he’s a rampaging beast, so he doesn’t fit with the whole henchman thing. As for Android 13, well, maybe Toei decided they liked Super 17 better, and they didn’t want two androids on the team.
Anyway, this whole story makes no friggin’ sense. You can just grow universes from seeds now and Fu is making a new universe off the corpses of the old universes, and not even the Gods of Destruction can stop it. Even accepting all of this, wouldn’t this be a job for the Grand Zenos? I mean, it’s clearly too big for anyone else to handle, and if Fu gets his way, the entire multiverse dies. You’d think that would warrant some attention.

I love one piece, and I love creating stories and "what ifs" and finally I am going to share one of my favorite AUs I made for One Piece.
This is an extremely Marco centric OP au. Now I created a more cannon complient post of Marco's backstory.
But This is gonna be its own whole thing and I have a lot for it, under the cut. NOTE: This is both a Naruto x One Piece AU (sorta not really, it's complicated) and involves an OC of mine heavily.
This first post is gonna mostly be about the OCs role in the AU
At the end of the 4th Shinobi War the final battle features a smaller force against the being known as Kaguya ((not an alien)), among these shinobi is one Kaida Uzumaki.
((Lots to say about her but ultimately she is Naruto's twin and instead of Minato she held the yang half of Kurama until Naruto lost the yin half and she had her father's edo-tensei help her remove the yang half to give to Naruto.))
During this battle while Kaguya keeps ripping open gates/holes into various dimensions, realities, and times. Kaida and Naruto almost get trapped in one. In order to make sure Naruto isn't trapped Kaida basically makes the sacrifice play and ends up on the wrong side of a closed portal, trapped and alone.
Months later she finds out she is pregnant, this immediately changes any plans she made before - most because not only does she have to earn enough for both her and a baby but with a baby she will not be able to truly focus the time and energy necessary to find a way home. So she does what she is best at, being a shinobi - or in this new world an assassin.
Or she thinks its a new world, but she can still hear the song of Uzushio. And the more she looks at the hidden secrets, and the forgotten ruins the more she realizes that she didn't get sent to a new world but a new time, far far into the future (at least 7-800 years by her estimations). Her home and people forgotten.
Kaida both makes a name for herself as a masked assassin and by her 18th birthday becomes a mother. ((the first battle of the war starts on their 17th birthday but ends in December)) She gives birth to son, with her blue eyes and her father’s blonde hair – she has no idea what to name him until one of the people she translates an old saying from before the time of the villages and names him for it, Iwoar mokaru-thu heaki, Sui-theisan hakai corera... – mokaru, she names her son Marco.
((War forges blades, Peace breaks them; but a blade Forged in Peace will keep its purpose true.))
Eating his fruit at the age of 4 she finds there is much she has to change in his training, but Marco lives in the care of his mother, learning of her world and his heritage, training under her, until he is 13 years old. When she is killed Marco is left alone hunting to retrieve the only thing left, the family sword she reclaimed, along this hunt he meets an older pirate who insists he should not be alone, and both helps him and takes him in – a man by the name of Edward Newgate.

Neo Edo, Ki-Stone and Kaikishi connections
another little wayward thought i've kept pushing back in my head to post about it another time: the way the connection between both our younger Usagi and the Ki-stone is pictured and then the original, older Usagi, how these things connect in the story and wordl. (Fanramble)
when Usagi first touches the Ki-Stone, he describes it as "like if you had a friend, who was lighting " and seems to be visibly fine after the Ki-stone pushes him away from the connection (or it seems more like; he's so taken aback to see Miyamoto Usagi in the same space as him, he just "wakes himself up from it" but doesn't look worser than usual).
But you'll notice that 1) his pursuers (newfound friends) + Spot are all ALSO lying on the ground, smoking from being zapped by the Ki-stone, and 2) Tetsujin who was touching Usagi on his shoulder to stop him is "not a ghost" - "transmuted into another plane of existence" - so basically we can say that as a kindness, the Ki-stone "transmuted" him instead of just killing him. So we can assume that usually touching the Ki-stone either kills or zaps the person.
But Usagi is basically fine, save for maybe feeling a bit hurt by the push-back onto the temple floor. Most of the next times he connects to the Ki-Stone again, it's by his yo-yo. Did the Ki-Stone, recognizing Usagi as a familiar rabbit, or even recognizing him as Miyamoto Usagi's descendany, know he would need this yoyo? Did she know Usagi could solve the 1000-year old problem delayed by Usagi's ancestor by killing the shogun and trapping all spirit-farers?
We also see in ep 6 "Nobody likes A Ninja", the ninja trying to list the Ki-Stone get zapped back as well. Side-note: we don't know if they just get a bit "burnt" like the main cast in ep 1, or if they're actually dead here after.
Whatever the case, the Ki-stone can't be touched directly without harm to the physical person. The way the fake scroll bait is used by the Neko Ninja also makes me think that Tetsujin, knowing that Fuwa would want to steal it, also made the scroll in a way he could punish the Neko Ninja a little, but without killing them (i know it's maybe not that important since they're technically enemies, but Tetsujin's whole outfit makes me thing that he'd approach it peacefull, or more with mischief that lethal harm in mind.)
In the same ep, Tetsujin also repeats the "Do not Touch the Ki-Stone" rule, also explaining why (magnetic pull of the earth - sidenote: that's why u can also see this magnets idea in how people in Neo Edo carry their weapons - magnets are everywhere in Neo Edo and that's how the cars and some of the appliances work for example)
As the series goes on, we see Usagi get gradually worser reactions after each time he has touched the Ki-stone. In ep 5, trapping Hakai, we see him step back and yell in pain, holding his eyes closed and covering them, staged in a way that makes it seem both the info and physical experience were tougher to experience. Trapping Sakuran in ep 6, he stands in shock and simply rolls down from not being able to stand on his own anymiore, lying down for a while when Tetsujin and Spot approach him. He says "That hurts a little more every time." At the end of the season, once he's seen the final scene with his ancestor, he holds his head again, but in slightly less pain. This could be explained how the whole city saw the scene and is "sharing the brainload", as we see everyone from Gen to the city police rubbing their heads in shock. Ironically, the only person to recover quickly from this is Lord Kogane (for humor, but this scene was genuinely funny with how it's a comment about history changing in a 1000 years)..
Anyway, this all to say that it's an interesting internal consistency within the show world x3 Usagi is the only one who survives touching the Ki-Stone, presumably bc of his connection to Miyamoto Usagi, who was able to also survive connecting to the stone and even cut it thanks to Willow Branch, his own personal weapon. I had a theory going in my head a while back that perhaps, despite him not having a legacy left after the murder of the fake shogun, what if the Ki-Stone decided to "save" Miyamoto Usagi somewhere? I probably forgot to post on it, but that first scene with Usagi and Usagi together in the white space of the Ki-Stone made me think. the older Usagi "wakes up" in a similar way, as if his spirit has been asleep for a 1000 years. We know he wasn't in the Ki-Stone like the Yokai, bc we see at the end of s1 that he survived that interaction + in s2 that he sent his sword away,.. but what if he had to send it for safe-keeping with his family not just because he was sure he would die and be captured, because he knew the sword would be needed later? "Willow Branch is a special sword" as he puts it in the ep 10 flashback. (and more abt this theory another time then)
At the end of the episode, we see that Yuichi connects to the Ki-Stone again, but this time, not to remember and not with his yoyo but to return Omurasaki to the Ki-Stone as it was the piece that his ancestor cut, was passed down instead of a sword, and now sit's on his auntie's Edgewing, at the pommel.
Maybe it was this connection to the Ki-Stone that also saved Usagi the first time? Whether it was the connection itself (having the sword with him, with the stone still spiritual/magical) or the Ki-Stone knowing that the piece was back in the city, and thus choosing Usagi based on it in the first ep. But the stone saw that he needed his own spirit weapong, and so it opened up the vault for Usagi to pick the most suited weapon for him. Again, I wonder how much the Ki-Stone in it's magic/spirit sentience actually foresaw or predicted some of this?
(I also find it interesting that the piece of Ki-Stone attached to Edgewing is named after the national butterfly of Japan, the Sasakia Charonda, or, ō-murasaki " (オオムラサキ - "great purple") - but all that for another time)
Giving the piece back the Ki-Stone throws Usagi back so far that he's actually left unconscious for a longer time, enough for the Ki-Stone to pulse with some sort of energy to close the big energy portal in the sky, go wireless and for his friends to basically finish fighting the rest of the warbotto.
Side-note: Like. he actually looked kinda dead in this scene and while being a longtime cartoon fan I knew it probably wouldn't last long, I was kinda convinced enough just to be like "no way. they're not gonna kill off a main character!" at it haha x3
Now, for the other times that Usagi touches it, he uses the yoyo, which basically seems to act as a conduit between his spirit and the Ki-Stone (which is basically a spirit-energy stone, going by the name), even tho he feels worse each time, he can still endure the memories and connection without bigger harm. Does this mean the other's in his orphan crew also get this ability with their Kaikishi weapons in s2? or is it special to just Usagi's yo-yo? It's also intersting that while both the Ki-Stone and the entire city feature magnet-related features as does the yo-yo (being able to connect to metal, but also spirits), it seems the other weapons do not have this ability. Except maybe Chizu's arrows, which she can change at will. Kitsune's new batlle fans can also disappear at will, matching her personality and skills, but the disappearing "woosh" energy also resembles the Ki-Stone itself, being purple. Gen's new war clubs can change size, but also connect into one big version which he is able to lift with ease, so that could also be a connection to the magnetic theme related to the Ki-Stone. Kinda wish we'd gotten more of the others or to see more of these weapons secondary skills, but alas, 10 eps is what we got.
But would this ability to connect to the Ki-Stone via weapons, mean that the others would also have more backstory and lore to explore if the show went on longer or even just for another season? More of those 2D cutscenes where characters remember or imagine something? What kind of story ideas did the writers and crew have simmering underneath all the stories they had to cut for time?
Also of note: While the rest seem to have standard features + super-natural ones which reflect their users + some hidden ability we don't know about, it might be that the yoyo also has one more secret ability?
Usagi's yoyo can act as a normal yoyo. When lit/glowing, it acts as a magnet and Yuichi can use it creatively in a lot of ways. It's nigh-indestructible, which seems like a feature that would be common to all Kaikishi weapons. It can capture anything magnetic and in episode 3, Possessions, we see it can also capture a yokai in place. Dare Mo, the yokai who takes auntie's appearance to fight Usagi, is surprised to see him sporting a Kaikishi weapon and begs him not to "use [his] weapon's power!"
So that has always made me wonder if there's more to it than what we see later? Because we see with ep 5, capturing Hakai, that if Usagi asks respectfully, the yoyo will "calm" the yokai into not struggling or resisting. It's about Usagi learning to respect and trust his weapon and learn to not jump into a fight all sword-crazy. But also, if it's part of it's spirit we could poetically state that it's about Usagi learning to trust and listen to his own soul as well.
In any case, this "calming" effect of the yoyo seems the most obvious third extra power, but I get the feel like there might more. (again, sorta wish we'd gotten to see more of the rest of the Kaikishi weapon's special powers x3) And then, if the other spirit weapons are not there for capturing yokai + we've already seen their secondary powers, what else could be there?
What's subtly interesting about Usagi's choice in the yo-yo, is that the Ki-Stone seems to have wanted to pick Chizu at first (she's the temple student and in reality an experienced fighter, but also, not being picked is a visual gag here), but then comically turns to Usagi, giving him the spotlight... but also making him react in a way that to me at least speaks that "that stone took his spirit-orb and sent it to the weapon door". We see him pick the yo-yo impulsively, but we also see. So it makes it feel like the Ki-Stone picked him deliberately, as if knowing he'd pick the yo-yo, instead of something sharp that could cut her, since we know that a sword is usually a samurai's spirit (and probably why in this show, Willow Branch was able to cut it at all).
In s2, after saving the city from the Makkine attack with his spirit-samurai form, granted to him by meditating while connected to the Ki-Stone by his yo-yo again, Usagi says that it's probably something he won't be doing again. It almost seems as if this drained all of Usagi's own spirit energy, and then some. The Ki-Stone gave him a boost upwards and he got some heavenly spirit-power to transform into a spirit-suit basically - with Usagi himself in the "heart" of the mech.
Interesting design. (I've made notes about this before). It's really cool! Also cool that it mirrors the end of UY: Senso in this way too. The show's showrunners and other creative staff were such big fans, they put something like this into the story, but it still makes sense internally.
also just because: of COURSE it ends with a bit mech vs kaiju fight!!!
he is much more like his ancestor than he thinks he is haha
sdfsdfs i love thinking abt the connections in this show x3

FIXING THE MORO & GRANOLAH ARCS
This is a long post. But, here I will rewrite scenes to make the arcs better because there are a TON of flaws & bad writing. Ppl are OOC, abilities get nerfed without explanation, things are said that contradict the entire series (like 17 & 18 not having life energy when they have been shown to donate life energy to the Genki Dama in the original series). And there are things said that have no payoff and end up being pointoess inclusions. So without further ado, here we go.
GALACTIC PRISONER ARC:
Moro's magical abilities stay consitent. Grand Supreme Kai lost most of his godly energy to seal Moro, so that means barely any of it would be given to Uub. Uub is mentioned, but he does not get involved in any kind of way. Vegeta training with the Yardrats does not happen because he doesn't use any of those abilities after that arc, so it was pointless. And most importantly, there is no "Angel in training" Merus in this. We barely saw Goku train with him and didn't see them form a friendship. We are just told it happened & are given a quick flashback AFTER Merus sacrifices himself. (I dont see any value Merus added to the story besides being a plot device that dies, comes back, removed from being an Angel, and is never mentioned again in the following arc. Toyotaro added an Angel but had to make him not Angel so it does not conflict with Toriyama's future plans.) A lot of things only happen in the current manga arc, then aren't shown again. Toyo makes something up that ends up conflicting with what Toriyama has planned, Toyotaro finds a way to backtrack. So here are my fixes...
Jaco comes to get Majin Buu for help. Goku arrives and asks whats going on. Jaco explains that he was told to awaken the Grand Supreme Kai within Buu. He ends up asking Goku and Vegeta for help since they are actually on Earth & not training at Beerus' planet.
They learn about Moro, Moro escapes and uses his magic to drain the life energy of the prison gaurds. Moro also releases the prisoners. Still at the prison, Goku and Vegeta arrive & fight the prisoners but the two end up getting their ki drained and having to retreat to a ship when Moro destroys the prison. The prisoners were all saved by Moro and put in ships. Goku and Vegeta teleported to Jaco's ship.
At this time, Buu awakes and leaves the ship to fight Moro in space. The Grand Supreme Kai emerges. Their magical battle is what makes them somewhat even but in the end, Buu is defeated and Goku has to turn SSB then teleport in space to save Buu then go back to the ship.
Defeated, they plan on what to do next. They decide they need to train with Whis more. Vegeta DOES NOT train with the Yardrats. Instead, he went to train with Whis more, but ends up training under Beerus. Meanwhile, Goku trains under Whis.
The warriors of Earth fight 7-3 and other minions. Jaco ends up buying them time to train. (This can remain the same.)
Moro arrives with his army who are amped up by his magic. But despite this, the Earth's heroes are victorious. Everyone defeats the minions. Gohan & Piccolo defeat 7-3, Krillin defeats the panda bear guy and he and Roshi defeat the 3 fused women, Yamcha beats his dude up, Tien & Chaozu beat the metal man up. And 17 & 18 fight in some battle too.
Moro decides to get his hands dirty himself. Everyone tries to fight him but get beat up by Moro.
An impatient Goku senses the battle and uses Instant Transmission to get to Earth to help his friends. He fights old man Moro using UI principles while in SSG & SSB. He ultimately loses.
Then Whis & Beerus arrive on Earth with Vegeta. Vegeta shows off his Hakai technique he's been working on. He gives old man Moro a scare by destroying one of his arms.
Moro manages to escape, absorbs 7-3, and regains his youth (I dislike the knock off Cell appearance so this will be young ram Moro). Vegeta tries holding him off but cannot do so alone. Goku jumps in to help along with the others. But they all get defeated. Beerus thinks about helping out, but when Goku sees everyone defeated, Goku finally taps into UI Omen.
UI Omen Goku defeats Moro and finishes him for good.
Since the Earth warriors were made honorary members of the Galactic Patrol like Goku & Vegeta were, they are all in a picture with their medals instead of just Goku, Vegeta, & Buu.
GRANOLAH THE SURVIVOR ARC
Granolah and Gas dont learn Hakai out of nowhere. That's dumb. And Gas can't use Instant Transmission either. That's dumb. They only have amplified versions of the skills they currently have. Monaito does not suddenly get his healing abilities amplified. He just does the best he can.
Goku and Vegeta get back to their training. Goku can use UI Omen at will but is training to use MUI. Vegeta is trying to learn more from Beerus. We actually see Beerus use a purple flaming aura.
Goku & Vegeta fight Granolah. Goku goes first. Once he goes SSB, he thinks he defeated Granolah then gets knocked out by him.
Vegeta fights Granolah and taps into the power he saw Beerus tap into. Vegeta manages to win. And Granolah is surprised that a Saiyan does not kill him. Then, Monaito explains how a Saiyan once spared them before. (Not "save" because that contradicts a lot.)
Flashback; There is an invasion on planet Cereal. The people are fighting for their lives against the invaders but they have mostly lost. Then 7 pods crash land on the planet. From there, Bardock and his crew hop out and start fighting as Oozaru since the moon is out. They kill all the space pirates with ease. Then one of the surviving the Cerealians Flayk destroys the moon to stop the Saiyans from slaughtering them next. From there the pirates kill Flayk then go attack the last few survivors as well as attempting to attack the Saiyans. But the Saiyans finish the pirates off. Bardock's crew leaves, but he decides to stay behind a while. He smells something fishy about these pirates and wonders why somebody other than Freeza's army were attacking the planet. So he looks for clues.
Continued flashback; While searching for some sort of information, Bardock sees a passed out Granolah being held by Muesli and Monaito. In fear they ask why didn't he kill them. He says he saw the destruction from space and just wanted a good fight. He wasnt even supposed to be there & he has no reason to do battle with an opponent who won't fight him (referring to Monaito & Meusli). Then, the Heeters show up. Elec has an high-tech eyepatch over his eye that he uses to detect Bardock. It's his version of the scouters Freeza's soldiers use. Elec asks what the Saiyan is doing here & threatens to tell Freeza. Bardock tells him go ahead and tell Freeza how Elec and his family are trying to take planets from him by hiring pirates to wipe the inhabitants out, then sell the planets to Freeza at a higher price. Elec shows irritation. Granolah wakes up and sees Bardock and yells "Saiyan!" Monaito quickly tries to put him asleep & Meusli covers his mouth, but a beam shoots through the house and hits Muesli. That's the last thing Granolah sees before he passes out again. A Saiyan & his mother being struck by a beam. But it was Elec who killed Granolah's mother.
Continued flashback; Bardock then fires an attack at Elec and his family, but its blocked by Gas' barrier. Then, the two fight with Bardock having the advantage until Gas releases his instincts and hulks out. Bardock is losing, but keeps fighting. Meanwhile" Monaito summons the dragon to wish Bardock and himself and Granolah away, but Bardock says to wait. He wants to beat this guy. With great effort Bardock fights and uses skill to outmanuever the "mindless beast" Gas. Bardock wins, but he collapses from exhaustion.
Continued flashback; Elec arrives. He is angry at the defeat of Gas and plans to finish Bardock off himself. When he pulls out his gun, Bardock blasts it out of his hand as he smirks and begins to pass out. In a fit of rage, Elec removes his pendant & releases his instincts. BUT his transformation is not shown yet. At that exact moment, Monaito wished for Bardock to return home and Bardock who was barely concious & only thought about returning home. Then Bardock is gone & the flashback ends.
Then Moaito in the present explains that a furious Elec found him and threatened to kill him and Granolah if he didn't do as he commanded. Monaito explains that Elec was the one who killed Granolah's mother and he wanted to make Granolah his own personal Saiyan assassin, but the Saiyans were wiped out some time after. Granolah angrily takes off his eyepatch that was given to him by Elec. Monaito picks it up & asks why Granolah did that when he upgraded the eyepatch himself & even named it Oatmil. Granolah says he wants nothing from the Heeters. They've lied to him and used him his entire life.
Then, Gas shows up as the new strongest in the universe after a wish was made and fights the heroes. They all get defeated until Granolah unlocks his second red eye (his true power) and beats Gas who just released his instincts, but lost control again. Elec gives Gas a pep talk and Gas controls his instincts. Then Gas slims down and fights Granolah, defeating him. Gas also damages his right eye that is unique to his people. Then, Elec shoots Granolah in the stomach. He falls unconcious.
Goku and Vegeta power up and prepare to fight Gas. Their plan is to make him lose control so they can find openings as Bardock did. They do so while Monaito heals Granolah. The plan is working and they manage to defeat Gas together as UI Goku & UE Vegeta (or some similar form), but are exhausted & depleted on ki.
Next, Elec walks up to Gas. Gas begs for help. Then, Elec pulls out his gun in order to shoot Gas who is now useless to him (kinda a refernece to how Vegeta killed Nappa). But, Goku shoots the gun out Elec'd hand with a ki blast & smirks. Elec gets reminded of Bardock. He tells Goku that there is no dragon to save him this time (as if he was talking to Bardock). Elec takes off his pendant, unleashes his instincts, and transforms. It was foreshadowed in CH 80 page 24 that all the Heeters can unleash some sort of instinct power, so why not make use of that?
Elec pumels Goku and Vegeta while saying he may not be the strongest in the universe, but he can handle two worn out Saiyans like them. (Elec is revealed to have been the strongest Heeter until he wished for Gas to be the strongest in the universe.) Before he can land a killing blow on Goku & Vegeta, a blast is fired through Elec's chest. A barely healed Granolah is using Oatmil to assist his aim and shoots elec with his own gun, killing Elec in a similar way how Elec killed his mother. But, Granolah killed to protect others instead.
They all lay tired as Monaito goes to heal them. He heals Goku & Vegeta a bit, then Freeza's ship appears and Freeza leaps from it. He asks where Elec is and sees him dead on the ground. Freeza says its a pity because he wanted to kill him himself. He "asks" if the other Heeter want to work for him. But before they can answer, Gas, who is still following Elecs orders, rages out and fights Freeza. But Freeza effortlessly kills him. Freeza says he'll ask again. Oil and Maki agree.
Freeza looks at Goku and Vegeta who aren't in any kind of fighting condition. He slightly powers up with a powerful aura then stops. He smirks then tells them that killing them.now wouldn't be satisfying. He plans to defeat them at their best to make them bow to him. He would rather they live with the fact that he is above them once again. (A parallel to how SSJ Goku wanted Freeza to live with the knowledge that a "lowly Saiyan" was now far above him.) Then Freeza departs as he says they will meet again.
Soon after, Whis arrives and heals everyone up. Goku asks if Whis was watching the entire time. He says he watched most of the fight. Then the oracle fish adds that none of them looked like the strongest that would rise. Goku & Vegeta are surprised. Then the two part ways with Granolah & Monaito to return to their training. Monaito says he will make a wish to heal the planet & then deactivate the Dragon Balls. Granolah asks if he can make another wish. It's implied thst he wants the Cerealians to cohabit the planet with the Sugarians like how the Cerealians onces cohabited Planet Cereal with Namekians. But it is never shown.
Boom. Done. It aint the best, but its better than what we got. There is a pay-off to things foreshadowed, subtle references, Bardock's personality isnt changed & he retains his DB Minus/DBS: Broly attitude, Goku isn't being nerfed, Vegeta actually wins with his new form without it making Goku look bad, things remain consistent.

Oooh, now I'm curious to know about this (because I'm a bit stupid lol sorry) :"D ("I headcanon there is 9 angelic trees in the realm, each receiving different amount of power and care from the Grand Minister and Zeno for their different roles")
Don't be, I'm happy to expand any details as you like, or I am happy to clarify anything. It is welcomed and my ask box is open for that such thing as well 💗
I believe all of the Angels are not created the same or else we have more than 12/18 angels in our multiverse.
I was thinking one tree produces different generations of angels for different multiverse, and there are nine in total planted and created by Daishinkan.
The Second Angelic Tree Example
For example, the second angelic tree produces angels are assigned with a special class of Kais in a multiverse (I call it Multiverse 2) that produces souls for all of the multiverse bodies to enter when they are a fetus/inside an egg during their development before they are born/hatched for example. Yes, the souls to enter about to exist bodies in development for all Multiverses, not just Multiverse 2. This is because I don't believe the Supreme Kais and the Kais in our universe have time or capability to produce souls in their universe whilst doing their duty of watching the living world and the afterlife. Can you imagine how many people are born in one universe at the same day? Crazy, right? These angels act as an attendant to these Kais, to take care of their needs, to make sure everything runs well and to heal and report any troubles/acts like spies for the Daishinkan. These angels get very little of Zeno's power, and they don't have the ability to do hakai. This is a precaution so they don't accidentally do hakai some of the souls.
Our DBS Angels We Know (and love hehe!)
For DBS Angels, they are from the Angels from the 7th Angelic Tree that received the most of Zeno-sama's power so far, same with Daishinkan which they are able to do hakai effectively and other techniques.
Every Angelic Tree is still growing some cosmic angelic hatchling and never stopped but it is a very slow progress. But it got this feature in case it replaces any erased angels or any angels had fallen or needed to be retrained with new angels taking over a role/duty.
I hope this answer helps a bit. I am still thinking about this part as well in terms of the development, it is still in the development stage. I am currently debating if Merus was from the 7th Angelic Tree or the 8th Angelic Tree, I am still deciding.

WHY GOKU WOULD BEAT SONIC THE HEDGEHOG
Hi, so this is something I wanted to do and now I'm gonna do it so here we go.
Goku Vs. Sonic a matchup that's one of the well knowun ones and it was one of my favorites and even though it longer isn't I still like it, but one problem I have is when a lot of people say Sonic would win and some say easily and even I do think Archie Sonic would easily beat Goku, I don't game Sonic could and so that's why I decided to explain why Goku would beat game Sonic and I will be using game Sonic so no Archie or Fleetway and as for Goku I will be using the DBS Manga so no anime feats only manga, so let's begin.
Now let me start by saying that Sonic is faster than Goku, but that deosn't mean Sonic can speedblitz Goku for you see after future Zeno destoryed Future Trunks' timeline Zeno destroyed the universe and timeline since we do see a time ring vanish, this means that when Goku came back he was in a void where there's no time and space and yet Goku was able to get Zeno which means Goku's speed is inaccessible
And not to meantion that Goku has instant transmission whitch would help and yes instant transmission isn't speed, but it still can help against Sonic.
Now let's get in to power and strenght, now people use the Solaris and Time Eater feat by saying sonce Sonic defeated both of them this means his multiversale, but there are two problems the first being that Sonic didn't do it alone, he needed help in the case of Solaris Shadow and Silver and with Time Eater Classic Sonic helped him, in both of those cases Sonic didn't defeat them alone he needed help and also even though Solaris and Time Eater are pretty powerful they do have a weakness that being there core, now yes you may that it doesn't matter but actually it does, haveing a weakness or a weak spot means that they can be beaten easily, like for example Superman, Superman's greatness weakness is kryptonite and even though he has godlike abillities he can still be beaten by a human or anyone who uses kryptonite like for example Batman, Lex Luther, Doomsday, etr. but yeah if somethings extremely powerful it doesn't mean it can't be beaten easily and now yes I what your going to say "oh that's just Superman, Solaris and Time Eater have no weaknes and are extremely powerful so why are you saying this?" Well here's the thing they do more specifically a weak spot that being the core
Both Solaris and Time Eater have a weak spot that can be used to exploit and sure may that both are still pretty powerful, but like I sead if they have a weak spot they can be beaten easily and Sonic needed help against both of them and that's evem meantoning that Sonic and Elise needed to go back in time to destroy the Solaris flame to erase it, so yeah in short Sonic didn't defeat Solaris and Time Eater alone and they both have weak spots whitch would make it easier and alos that even meantoning that Solaris could be a glasscanon meaning that is powerful but it isn't that durable and problebly even the Time Eater.
As for Goku he fought opponets how can destroy planets, galaxis and even universe, that for example when Super Boo screamed so loud that he could have destoryed the universe
And also when Goku was fighting against Beerus flr the first time in his Super Saiyan God form there fight was able to send shock ways that reached heaven and the kaioshin realm whitch be the way both exist out side the macrocosom and Goku did this while he was tired and if the battle gone any longer there fight would deatroy the universe
And that's when Goku using SSG for the first time since then he's gotten way stronger and powerful and thanks to his saiyan heritedge he can become stronger and adapt and not to meantio he has techniches that can help him and yes Sonic does have cool and powerful moves especially in Sonic Frontiers, but still Goku has multiple techniches and hax like hakai and not to meantion that in the manga Goku can use Ultra Insticnt at will and has gotten bettwr with it.
Also just want to throught some stuff out of they way, Sonic's Super form has a time limit on how much rings Sonic has whitch can be knock out and also just want to meantion that Sonic beating Chaos and Dark Gaia aren't impresive that Solaris and Time Eater since Chaos and Dark Gaia are both planet leve. While Goku fought people who are galaxy level and universal like Goku Black and Jiren and others.
So in conclusion Goku would beat Sonic because he has the strenght, power, hax, dueability and experince. Now I will this isn't a easy win it can even be a close one, but I still do think Goku would beat Sonic.

[The DragonBall fan boys have to be the grossest fan boys, and that's beating hentai fan boys. Under the cut because. Good fucking grief it's gross. If you're an actual Goku fan, i suggest avoiding this one. Goku isn't my favorite character, but I like him, and this made me want to tear off my own limbs and eat them.]
[So I'm absolutely not surprised that this kind of garbage is created and spewed by this fucking fandom, but this once again proves the fan boys of this series want to project SO HARD onto the characters to live out their gross little fantasies with fictional characters. Which you know. Fine. But theyre doing it this time by tearing a character to ABSOLUTE SHREDS to do it. So they come up with this. That somehow, the most loyal and probably borderline asexual (demisexual maybe? His libido isnt fucking high guys thats obvious and he isnt a damn horn dog) character bangs all the "attractive" women, leaves his wife--who yes is written like shit but is attractive as well and he fucking LOVES HER as the fan boys and writers of at least Super conveniently forget--and has...a couple more kids with three different women? Like this is so fucking nasty I don't know where to BEGIN.
Like...fuck. the art is nasty and hyper-sexualizes at least Vados with big tiddies and her nipples showing through her wedding dress in one image.
Then there's the fucking ChiChi abuse. And you know. I'm not the biggest fan of how ChiChi is written, and I know this is a staple for the fan boys. Toriyama and Toyotaro really just made her a walking, awful stereotype like they've done with Bulma. But good grief. The "artist" first of all is wishy washy with her with this...fucking weird idea of ChiChi being okay with Goku shacking up with Vados, and serving them in bed? Like there is so much wrong with that from the obvious to like some gross societal ideas that once a woman reaches a certain age she's only worthwhile in a servile role. Unless they look like Bulma that is, who abuses the dragonballs to maintain her youth a d appearance BUT you get me. And despite that, the artist still has Beerus kill her for some reason? Because of course. And then the picture they have of her above the milk jar that I imagine is supposed to be her urn (even though I'm pretty sure a Hakai leaves nothing behind but why am I even trying to find a shred of something that is potentially accurate to the lore in this, when this is already steaming hot garbage and the lore is inconsistent anyway) is of her being angry. Like...fucking God. The idea that Goku doesn't love ChiChi is atrocious and flat out wrong, and he would NEVER select a picture like that to honor her. But I guess at this point who fucking cares because he's brought his hot angel mommy into their marriage home, so who cares about a little more disrespect, right? And that's not mentioning how the rest of his family is just a-okay with this.
I don't even know what to say about Heles and the Zeno baby. Like....wtf. you were fully into this Vados idea but now he's having a kid with Heles who he....literally never talked to. I'm not sure he ever really saw her.
I'm honestly a little surprised Bulma isn't somehow included in this atrocity. I say a little because she's probably not because that would mean taking their king Vegeta's wife from him and we can't have that. Also like...what does it say about the fan boys' masculinity when they want to make their Shonen anime into a literal, raunchy soap opera rather than a series about overpowered warriors fighting evil? Idk but that's not very manly....🙄🙄🙄 (disclaimer: I don't actually care about that kind of thing and men can absolutely enjoys soap operas; I only bring it up because they care about their very fragile masculinity being challenged). I mean these are probably the same people that whine and bitch about the filler in Z that's by and large actually not bad but stan everything Super has to offer, even the absolutely trash filler.
This pervasive shit is what makes it so hard to be a fan of this series, especially as a girl who grew into a woman watching this series since she was 6. And like yeah. Sure. Toriyama wasn't writing this shit for us. The target audience was boys. But damn. I know Toriyama and apparently Toyotaro are a lost cause on the sexist front, but it would be really nice if the fans didn't take their sexism and dial it up to 9000.]
#.:ooc:.#.:discourse:.#gross ass shit ahoy#im sorry i had to rant#if youre a goku fan i suggest not looking under the cut

How did you come by your interest in narwhals? It began with an interest in human teeth. I hadn’t started dental school yet, and I had an interest in anthropology. I went down to the Colombian Amazon and took molds of the Ticuna Indians’ teeth, in part to help investigate migration patterns—to figure out where these people originally came from. I kept up my interest in anthropology. In my first year of dental school, I disappeared off the clinic floor to go to Micronesia for a month. I got called into the clinic by the director, and he said, “You really need to make a decision: Are you going to become an anthropologist? Or a dentist?” I didn’t understand why I couldn’t do both. ...
The Inuit already had a much better description of the tusks than anything in Western science. They could tell from a tusk where a particular animal was from, which I found extraordinary. A shorter, thicker tusk came from farther north; longer and thinner tusks came from farther south. They knew the female tusk, when present, is thinner and more tightly wound. The tusk seems very rigid but, when we were in the field, the hunters would say, “Oh, no, no, this thing bends and flexes.” We thought, That’s impossible. So we got the material back to the lab and sure enough, it can bend and flex 12 degrees. I realized that the local Inuit were going to be the most important key link for me to get the knowledge I needed to inform the science.

💙‽ For Obito and Nagato (:
For Obito:
Sauce:
Over time, Sauce could easily develop feelings for Obito if only because Obito would probably be one of the more understanding people about his traumas and would give him the time and space to sort his own shit out. Also helps that Obito never had an obsession with him like so many of his own peers did. It means he can actually trust Obito to like who he IS rather than an idea of what he COULD BE.
Itachi:
Itachi could probably form some familial attachment to him as he is an Uchiha and that alone would make Itachi try. At the same time, it would be so easy for his mind to cross lines and for his attempt at being family to Obito could lead to his own desires making him want Obito as someone who understands him and the things he's done.
Hakai:
Obito is strong enough he could become the focus of Hakai's craving for a mate, but Hakai would also accept it if Obito felt more familial towards him. He is a demon lord and powerful beyond what anyone would expect of him with how he hides his demon side. But, if Obito found out about his demon form(s) and was willing to keep that secret, then Hakai could easily form an attachment with him. And like his father, he would never force anyone to be his mate, so if Obito didn't return an interest he would only ever be there to support and protect Obito if/when needed.
Hiashi:
Obito is strong enough to be enticing, but Hiashi has reluctance about spending time with Uchiha due to one of his genin teammates being an Uchiha and the way she would mess with him once more sharingan activated. Especially these days when he hides so much from the elders. If given time, he could very easily give into desires he tries to ignore and want Obito, he'd just have to learn to trust him before he could actually admit to such feelings.
For Nagato:
Sauce:
As horrible as this is going to sound, and I as mun don't agree but its accurate to my portrayal of Sauce because of his own self-worth issues, I don't think he'd be able to handle anything beyond platonic connections with Nagato unless he's managed to get more healthy. The reason being that Sauce already rags on himself for needing people to help him at times (its hard to carry large/awkward objects with one arm and things like that) so having a partner that needs assistance regularly (since canonically it seems Nagato didn't move much on his own anymore) would just be too much for him. If Nagato were healthy enough to move around and do things on his own, that would open up possibilities of more between them as Sauce does like partners who are powerful enough that he doesn't feel like he's being fawned over because of how strong he is, if that makes sense?
Itachi:
The biggest thing to manage any kind of relationship to Itachi would be finding a way to get him to trust Nagato and to fully believe he's not a threat to Konoha any longer. Once that trust is built, Itachi could likely go either way, platonic or romantic, as its all about how he vibes with folks really as to what feelings he gains. But he also would never be the first one to admit his feelings as he'd rather keep friends than risk losing them over something as small as a crush.
Hakai:
Demon dog craves strength in his mate, whether it be physical or mental strength. So he could fall for Nagato. Especially if Nagato took the time to learn of his past, to see how power had once corrupted Hakai as well. To have his past accepted, to be accepted for the way he doesn't just keep all of Konoha in a safe little bubble just because he could, to be seen in his demon forms and accepted as he is. The other side is if we wanted to do a dark verse with Hakai demon man could definitely fall for his strength as an ally to him as long as Nagato didn't try to manipulate him. That's the one thing he doesn't handle well.
Hiashi:
I'm not sure that they would be a good match as outside of physical attention in private, Hiashi is not the best at expressing his affection and Nagato seems like the type who would need someone more capable of not hiding everything the way Hiashi has trained himself to do. But I'd be happy to discuss things and see if we could make it work if he interests Nagato.

You know, I just realize that Toyotaro gave Goku the Hakai and never had him use it again for no reason only to then make Vegeta's move set all about GoD stuff.
He also had Vegeta seemingly outdo Goku at Yardrat training for some reason but then has Vegeta only have an inferior Hakai while Goku has the real deal.
For someone who like to overexplain himself, Toyotaro really doesn't think his stuff through sometimes.
Overexplaining things is, rather ironically, exactly how he finds himself in this position time and time again. Case-in-point, when he decided to overexplain what SSB was, and decided he needed to add the detail that it was a "last resort" transformation where using it more than once in 24 hours resulted in a massive loss in power multiplier. (I still think that was just his way of trying to cope with Vegeta losing to Hit tbh.) Then later he had to revise this and invent a "perfected" SSB that did away with this because it was very obvious that the form would have to be dipped into and out of in order to last in the ToP. We have Goku learning Hakai and then somehow just never using it again because... well, it would wrap up future plots too fast. We have Vegeta going to Yardrat and somehow mastering everything Goku struggled to learn in record time only for him to... forget almost all of it later because, again, it would wrap up the plots too fast. We have Goku "mastering" Ultra Instinct in the Moro arc, only for him to then still struggle with using and maintaining it in the next one and inventing a rule-breaking "compromise" form that he calls "True Ultra Instinct" because it was either that or invent an even higher form for Goku to have to try to reach and neither makes sense regardless. It's a recurring problem for Toyotaro.

Dragon Ball Super manga ch. 74-76
Hey, it’s Granolah vs. Vegeta.
One thing I hadn’t really brought up before was how all through this battle between Granolah and the Saiyans, the Sugurians have been terrified by all the explosions and tremors from the fighting. They have no idea what’s going on or who’s causing it, and they begin to evacuate for their own safety.
Last time, Goku took on Granolah and got his ass handed to him, so it didn’t seem like Vegeta would do much better. And starting out, that seems to be the case. I mean, Granolah wished to become the strongest in the universe, and the dragon granted that wish. How could anyone defeat him? What difference does it make if Vegeta is stronger than Goku or better prepared?
And yet, Vegeta manages to last longer. He makes Granolah chase after him, and at once point Granolah does some sort of super-sniper move where he uses his eyepiece/computer, Oatmeel, to assist him.
But Vegeta manages to outmanuever him anyway, and he lures Granolah into aiming at the Cerealian ruins nearby. Remember, Granolah’s people, the Cerealians, were wiped out by Saiyan invaders, acting under Frieza’s orders. Vegeta now knows that Granolah’s out for revenge, and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out whose cities those ruins used to be, or that Granolah would have a soft spot for them.
So how can Vegeta hope to overpower Granolah? Simple: He can’t. Instead, he relies on Granolah’s inexperience at fighting at this level. Granolah’s been a talented bounty hunter and his right eye makes him a natural sharpshooter, but how many fights as he been in? He’s only been the strongest in the universe for a few weeks, and he spent most of that time waiting for Elec to tell him where Frieza is.
Ohhhh, so this is why people ship it.
Well, anyway, as the two of them fight, Vegeta revels in the moment, and this causes him to power up into a new transformation, one that allows him to fully utilize the kind of Hakai power Beerus teased at the start of this story. It’s fueled by Vegeta’s enjoyment of this battle, and it quickly closes the gap between their powers. As Vegeta says, rankings are pointless. Someone might be the “strongest in the universe” right now, but that can change at any moment. So maybe Vegeta’s surpassed him during this fight, simply because of how much he’s enjoying the fight.
Granolah recognizes this new form as similar to the one Goku uses to properly harness Ultra Instinct, but Vegeta rejects the comparison. Goku’s body may be able to move independently of his thoughts, but Vegeta’s new power is driven entirely by his conscious thoughts. Accordingly, he calls this “Ultra Ego.”
Vegeta informs Granolah that the Saiyans were also wiped out by Frieza, which is why Vegeta considers Frieza an enemy, so they’re really not so different after all. Granolah isn’t convinced, but Oatmeel buys into it, so Granolah just takes off his eyepiece and leaves it, saying he has no need for support, now that he’s the strongest in the universe.
But Oatmeel isn’t finished yet, and it summons Granolah’s spaceship to pick it up.
As for Ultra Ego Vegeta... well, he looked pretty fucking awesome in this fight, but he’s ultimately running into the same problem Goku had when he fought Granolah with Ultra Instinct. He can overwhelm Granolah with this form, but only for so long. In Vegeta’s case, it seems like less of a stamina issue and more about the fact that he’s constantly on the offensive, which means he’s been tanking hit after hit from the strongest warrior in the universe. The damage starts to wear him down, and he realizes he has to end this quickly.
But to Vegeta’s surprise, Granolah has some room for growth as well. As he resists Vegeta’s big finishing move, Granolah’s left eye turns red and now he has... double-sniper vision? I’m not sure why that makes him more powerful, but I can’t argue with the results. Granolah blows Vegeta away.
Meanwhile, the Heeters, who arranged this whole thing, are busy tracking down the Cerealian Dragon Balls.
Vegeta seems beaten, but just before Granolah can finish him off, Goku dives in to make the save.
Vegeta doesn’t take kindly to this, and explains that he’s only ever worked alongside Goku because they had a common cause, whether it was the defense of Earth or whatever else. This time, they’re just fighting some dude on a planet they don’t care about, so he sees no reason for teamwork.
Vegeta convinces him to let him keep fighting, since Granolah will eventually run out of gas the same way they have. Goku agrees...
And Vegeta goes Ultra Ego again. Granolah is confused, but this is all new to everyone, so I’m not sure it’s worth trying to understand the rules of Ultra Ego. As far as Vegeta seems to be concerned, there are no rules.
Vegeta knocks him into one of the Sugarian towns, and then as they fight, Granolah comes across a Sugarian mother and child, which reminds him of when the Saiyans came for him and his mother, like in his nightmares.
This gives Vegeta an advantage, but Granolah’s still too powerful, and he manages to defeat Vegeta anyway.
Vegeta even apologizes to Beerus for not being badass enough to use this new power effectively. He seems resigned to death, when...
Oatmeel shows up with Monaito, the Namekian who lives with Granolah. This diversion allows Goku to spoil Granolah’s shot, but before Granolah can attack them again, Monaito drops a big revelation on him.
Yes, the Saiyans did invade Cereal and they did wipe out all of the Namekians and Cerealians living there. And yes, Monaito and Granolah were the only survivors. But what Granolah doesn’t know is that the man who saved them back then was also a Saiyan, which sort of complicates his vendetta. Oops.
Also that Saiyan’s name was Bardock, which seems like a random detail that couldn’t possibly matter...
