I’ve spent so much time covering up my hairy body. Its just hair. To think its placement on a body causes so much distress. Isn���t it strange, everyone knows what hair looks like, but once it is on a girl’s legs, back, butt, pubic area, it becomes unsightly. The first time my brother and mom saw my unshaven legs, they were mortified. My brother gagged, like legitimate gag, not a fake gag. My mom said she had a nightmare about hair legs that night. My brother said it was so disturbing because it was like seeing a man’s legs on a girl. Before that they had never seen a girl with very hairy legs. My own family had no idea what I looked like, and couldn’t deal with my natural self. 

But I’m okay with my natural body. Its the only one I have! If my only major problem is a bit o extra hair, so be it! yay! feeling body +
