Thanks to @lillayalightfoot for tagging me. For this one... I think I’ll go with Kae Seong, or ‘Many-faced Seong’.

1) What was the first element of your OC that you remember considering (name, appearance, backstory, etc.?)

She's a musician was the first aspect of her that I created.

2) Did you design them with any other characters/OCs from their universe in mind?

No, not really, I designed her to be in the company of Kung Tae-Won the Devil Doctor, if that counts

3) How did you choose their name?

Random name generator for the first and last names. The most obvious nickname in the world for her title.

4) In developing their backstory, what elements of the world they live in played the most influential parts?

Bold of you to assume I have her backstory figured out.

Though she is Magicless, a musician and running with some travellers so I sure I can think of something.

5) Is there any significance behind their hair colour?

No. She has black hair.

6) Is there any significance behind their eye colour?

No. She has brown eyes, it’s a rather common colour.

7) Is there any significance behind their height?

About 5″5 regarding height and not really.

8) What (if anything) do you relate to within their character/story?

The fact that she is basically mad as a bag of spiders, (I guess)

9) Are they based off of you, in some way?

No, not really. Though there is a bit of my fantasy minstrel personality in there. So that might be something.

10) Did you know what the OC's sexuality would be at the time of their creation?

No, not really. I'm still not sure, a small part of me wants to make her Pan, but on the other hand, it would kinda have unfortunate implications making one of the maddest characters a pansexual.

11) What have you found to be most difficult about creating art for your OC (any form of art: Writing, drawing, edits, etc.)?

How exactly she would act according to the world and how people view her, I mean, I have hinted that she might have a few screws loose, but not totally unhinged. 

Though I'm trying to balance the typical Magicless lack of care for social norms with the community spirit that travellers would have, so I have to figure out her mannerisms.

12) How far past the canon events that take place in their world have you extended their story, if at all?

Well, I haven't fully figured out her story, though I have moved the entire story of A Court of Romance and Arrows back 5-ish years in the fictional universe, so there is that.

13) If you had to narrow it down to 2 things that you MUST keep in mind while working with your OC, what would those things be?

She is basically Jungian psychology on steroids and that she can lie like there is no tomorrow.

14) What is something about your OC that can make you laugh?

I find the fact that in the scene where she is introduced, she's basically lazing around playing a Pipa instead of working to establish camp, not to mention her fatalistic humor.

15) What is something about your OC can make you cry?

The fact that she is a Magicless would mean that she would be subject to massive discrimination for most of her life so that would mean that she would hiding a lot of mental scars.

16) Is there some element you regret adding to your OC or their story?

She kinda has multiple 'masks' that she slips on depending on the situation. I kinda regret adding that element to her, largely because it makes her seem duplicitous.

17) What is the most recent thing you've discovered about your OC?

She speaks several dialects of dead languages from around the Sea of Storms. (Old Sabi, Old Anlu and parts of Old Yuna. Not to mention several regional dialects as well)

18) What is your favourite fact about your OC?

The fact that she is completely and utter unimpressed by the threat of punishment. It makes her a foil to Qian Yi (a POV character)
