some of my favourite mlp headcanons is when the ponies are physically changed by the events that happened to them
the most obvious example being, Rainbow Dash since there is a headcanon that before she did the Sonic Rainboom, she looked like a normal pony, and the rainbow mane came from doing the Rainboom!
Yeah, headcanons like that I ADORE.
