been thinking a lot abt growing up in strict irish catholicism and my family members very very high up in the catholic church and how being raised a strict irish catholic fundamentally altered my personality permanently and i dunno what to do with it all !!!!!!!!!!!

#coming to the realization that i do in fact have a lot of religious trauma for the first time and uhhhhh feels bad scoob #im highkey in denial i simply will not acknowledge it bc it doesn’t feel like it is bc it’s the //church// yknow #had a conversation with a lutheran friend of mine today that absolutely blew my mind #comparing our religious upbringings and my god. i didnt realize catholicism is so….
