Looking for good Self Inserts

I've been on a bit of a self-insert fic binge lately, and want to know if you guys have any recommendations for good Action/Adventure self inserts.

I'm not particularly picky with regards to setting, although the SI's that have recently grabbed my attention have been mostly set in fantasy settings, but I'm definitely open to suggestions for SI's in other settings as well.

To give you all a reference for what I consider good, and offer my own contribution, the fics that started me on this bender were:

Dreaming of Sunshine (Naruto) A Naruto SI where the author is reincarnated as Shikamaru's twin sister. It starts rather slowly and doesn't really diverge from canon for a while, but has a fairly tight character focus and really expands upon the world of Naruto effectively, reading more like a novelization of the series than a fanfiction (in a good way).

The Black Princess (ASOIAF/GoT) A Game of Thrones SI where our author is the trueborn daughter of Robert Baratheon, the combination of the MC's flippant and often witty remarks with her genuine affection for the walking collection of character flaws that is the entire Lannister-Baratheon family combine to create an uplifting and genuinely funny story, even if it is relatively new and therefore short.

An American Geek in Halkeginia (ZnT/FoZ) Louise's summoning ritual is intercepted by our author, who Gaijin smashes Saito out of the way when he has a geek out over the mysterious glowing green portal in the middle of the sidewalk. I haven't actually watched/read the original anime/light novel that the SI is based on, and yet the story dragged me in anyway.

So... yeah, I've been having trouble finding stories which match up to these three, and would really like some recommendations, so r/fanfiction, what are your favorite SI stories?
