this is just my thoughts on the matter and it's okay if you disagree, this is just fiction. i'm not saying this is how dkb is and this post should not be taken seriously

이찬 changmin is someone i have apparently pegged as a giver and that is not excluding aftercare. in terms of giving aftercare, he is the sweetest and i see him having experience with it to the point where he would have the basic physical aftercare down, things like cleaning his partner up and holding them close, and would be a quick learner if they'd need something more, since he is just very much open to listen and follow their needs, whether they'd need little or a lot in terms of aftercare. with emotional aftercare, he would not be as knowledgeable but only because every person has different needs and therefore is gonna have to have a talk with his partner about it, but he is always ready to tell them that he loves them a lot afterwards. now, in the case of receiving aftercare, he's a little different. he's like a doctor (since a doctor is the worst kind of patient), he is not the best about receiving aftercare, even when he needs it, which can lead to some bad spirals and physical hurt afterwards. he's so focused on making sure his partner is being taken care of that he forgets himself. he would need a rhythm of being taken care of the next day, when his mind is off being the giver.

희찬 heechan feels a bit like a blank slate to me. he had mostly not known a lot about aftercare until he has a partner that needs him to know. giving aftercare would be something that he would love to do after having a conversation with his partner about what they'd need from him. he is one that would need clear instructions about how to do it though, at least the first few times until he can read his partner a little better. would often ask what they need and what he can do, quick to jump into whatever they ask of him. his favourite thing is to rest his face against his partner's, giving them small kisses on their cheeks and having his forehead against theirs, just breathing with each other and him giving love in the kisses. receiving aftercare is something he figures out he needs way too late, in his partner's opinion. he has never thought about him being cared for after sex like that, but the first time his partner asks him to sit between their legs with his back facing them so that they can clean and rub cream on the scratch marks adorning his back, he feels loved and taken care of in a way he never has before, thanking his partner for it afterwards.

준서 junseo loves taking care of his partner after sex, even before he was introduced to 'aftercare' as a concept. giving aftercare is something he lives for, loving when his partner leans on him completely for care, trusting him to give them the best care. he can't help but adore when his partner reaches out for him to hold and to lift and carry to wherever they need to go. his reliable hands would never drop them. he would give physical attention where needed as much as emotional, not new to giving a little massage if he had his partner bent in some weird way during sex, but also up for talking about whatever is needed. if his partner needs reassurance, he would be so quick to give it and would just show so much love and care. receiving aftercare is not his priority, as he's usually fulfilled emotionally by taking care of his partner afterwards, being there for them is the biggest comfort for him, but if he feels like something missing afterwards, he would take a little time to figure it out himself before bringing it up to his partner. he is softhearted, so if he tries some things a little more harsh during sex, he might need a little more emotional aftercare, but his first priority will always be his partner, and then he'll tell if he needs anything.

유쿠 yuku loves the idea of aftercare! being all lovey and caring after sex? yuku's dream. he'd be so quick to be giving aftercare the best he can. he might be a bit tired out after sex but he will snuggle into his partner at the very least, telling them that he felt really good and asking how it was for them. yuku is a snugglebug and would love to slot himself right where he fits against his partner, giggling with affection. he would ask if there's anything he can do for them, they really just need to ask and he's on it, but he would prefer if it didn't involve him leaving them in bed. i can see him running his hand over his partner's back to show care. as for receiving aftercare; yuku would love to be taken care of as well, but he doesn't voice it a lot. he often loses words when it comes to getting instead of giving, but loves when his partner pulls him close in an embrace, feeling their arms around him. he may pull back a bit if he's felt vulnerable during sex, but that's where he needs his partner the most. being held is a big comfort for him, being enveloped in another person's warmth makes him feel safe. if he's in even bigger need of care, he would love to be hugged close to his partner with his face shoved to their chest, hearing their heartbeat.

해리준 harry would need a minute after finishing just to lay there but afterwards he's pretty chill about aftercare. i can see a way for him to be giving aftercare is just bringing both him and his partner down by talking. about whatever comes to mind really. "oh did you hear dean's new song? yeah i was jamming to it earlier." all while he's pulling his partner closer and on top of him to have them lay on him. would take a break from yapping to kiss their forehead and ask how they're feeling, if they need water or help to get to the bathroom. he wouldn't mind getting stuff for them if that's what they need. he would also get some lotion on his partner if he had left marks during sex, asking if they liked it or if he was too rough. he doesn't really think he needs to be the one receiving aftercare since he's the one topping and being rough with his partner, but it's always nice to feel taken care of, and if his partner feels like spoiling him a little, he won't say no to that. he especially loves it if they sprinkle kisses all over his skin, favourite places being on his chest and on the top of his back, but other than that, he doesn't think about needing aftercare much himself other than the occasional reassurance that he didn't hurt his partner.

and keeping up morale among the members

of course he shares the job with dongil, which he is so grateful for, since dongil is the best at keeping the kids entertained

but when he sees you show up in the background, he forgets everything about being professional right then and there

you can see his face light up from the serious and beautiful expression he has on as he does his part in the video

the only ones who aren't laughing are the staff who had to pause because of this little interruption

so he folded and invited you to come see him at the music video shoot

he said to come at a specific time, when there wasn't much left, mostly filler shots of them walking or sitting around

but alas

and gwanghyun knew so, so when you asked him if you could have lunch with him, he kissed your cheek and accepted with a smile

Dongil is the most likely to actually lean into the spanking as a punishment. i have been leaning towards him being a brat tamer for the longest time and one of your biggest tools as a tamer is punishments, so i can see him being well-versed in spanking as a punishment. he also seems like the type to want to make sure he hits perfectly, so he would definitely have his partner over his knee to spank them, instead of it being during sex.

head kisses provide a sense of safety and comfort, it's a very simple gesture that might not seem very impactful to the average couple, but to harry it is different

he is an awkward kid. and honestly he doesn't usually understand his own emotions and how to handle things. love is no exception. love to him is more just doing things like friends do with the exception of kissing and holding hands, so he's very casual about love and how he approaches it

while he may not be a super intimate person, one thing he loves is just giving gentle kisses on your head, especially when you're both sitting and your head is laying on his shoulder, he will just run his fingers through your hair and leave little kisses. it comforts not just you, but him as well

he just likes being in your presence and he doesn't need any intense emotions or actions to know how much he loves you, so he'd rather just keep it simple so he doesn't leave room to mess up
