fan40: guys I think so high school is abt a McLaren f1 driver and here’s why. Most obvious one, in her song So High School she says you know how to drive i know aristotle, so it’s somebody in the racing world, then on her anouncement mclaren commented saying that they “loved the song” know it might just be that y/n a McLaren f1 fan but also maybe they met at the bahrain gp that y/n was in march. coincidence I THINK NOT.

|The Lake House| Part 2|

This is part two to my first fan fic 'The Lake House'

Forgive me if its too short/too long,also in case of any typing error.

I know I'm a slow writer so bear with me..🤗

Summary: This chapter mainly shows the bonding between the suitemates and their arrival at the lake house.

I'm using (*) for text messages.

In the car...

Everyone is quiet except Zack and Kaitlyn. The radio is on and they are singing 90's songs on the top of their lungs .

Abbie covers her face with her hands and says, "Oh good god.. they're going to blow away out all my creativity. For the love of my artwork stop them MC, they're not singing, they're practically screaming!"

MC opens her mouth to say something but she's cut off by Zack , "Not now ,MOM!"

Zack and Kaitlyn giggle and share a high five.

MC shrugs and Abbie sighs and drops her head back .

After a while MC joins them too.

Chris gives them an annoyed look and says,

"Look guys you need to keep it down, I can't drive if Zack keeps shouting in my ear from behind."

MC is sitting beside the driver's seat and changes the song on the radio.

The song which now plays is Alicia Keys' 'girl on fire'

"This girl is on fire!!"

Zack screams out, "fire!! Fireee!!"

MC and Kaitlyn can't help but laugh at Zack's exaggerated notes.

MC looks in the rear view mirror to check on Becca.

Becca is quiet and has her earphones on.

MC has noted that She's been quiet the whole time , watching outside the window.

Mc texts her.

*MC: "Are you okay?" *

Becca notices the message and look in the mirror to see MC already looking at her with a concern in her eyes.

*Becca:

"Yeah ,i'm fine.its Just.. this place brings a lot of memories"*

MC smiles at the text.

*MC:

"Tell me everything when we reach there"*

*Becca:

"Oh ...shoot. I was kinda hoping to make new ones with you.. " *

MC looks straight up at her to see a mischievous smile on Becca's face. She winks at her which makes MC fluster.

Becca looks down at her phone type.

*Becca:

"We'll be there in 10"*

They reach at the lake house and everyone exclaims at seeing how huge it is.

"Oh my god Becca..are you a millionaire?"

Kaitlyn elbows Zack and Becca chuckles.

Chris is about to lift the bags when Becca stops him.

"Uhh ..there are helpers for that thing..they'll take care of it"

Two helpers come out of the house and take their bags in.

Everyone goes in to explore the lake house while Abbie notices a pier towards the lake . "Perfect spot for my canvas",she murmurs to herself.

MC is still taking it in after seeing such a peaceful and beautiful place when Becca comes from behind and whispers in her ear.

"Did you like it?"

MC is overwhelmed by the beauty of the place and Becca whispering in her ear only gives her shivers down the spine.

"Ohh Becca..this place is fantastic! I absolutely love it"

"I knew you'd like it" ,Becca says,she has a big grin on her face seeing MC so mesmerized.

"C'mon lets go in, I've got the best room for you"

MC and Becca joins everyone in the living room.

"Oh my god this place is huge..we could have one of our concerts in here!" says Kaitlyn.

"The vintage look is really appealing. I love it." Abbie tells Chris.

"These couches are soo comfyyy" ,Zack enthusiastically drops himself on the couch.

"I feel like the best part is the fireplace ... it's cozy"Chris speaks with a sigh.

Every one is sharing their views about the place whereas MC is caught up after seeing the huge window which has the lake and the woods as the scenery.Becca could read her expressions that she likes the spot very much.

Becca then shows every one their respective rooms. MC's room is the biggest .MC drops her bag on the bed and says "I could get used to this."

Becca tells her that it used to be her room when she came to stay here with her parents during summer.

After settling in their rooms,the gang gathers in the living room by the fireplace to discuss their plans for the day.

Since it was almost sunset,they decided to stay in.

" I know what this calls for!" Kaitlyn exclaims.

Everyone looks at her in suprise awaiting her response.

She continues," Ladies and Gentlemen, it's time for Dare or Dare!"
