in a letter to the fans of supernatural, showrunner andrew dabb revealed that the original finale of the show would end in a Kansas concert at the Harvelle Roadhouse in Heaven (with fan-favorite characters such as ketch, john winchester and even jimmy novak!) this is how I imagine it would've gone.
