Reading thru elven lore for DA to see what exactly I should take into account for Amaris if I want to expand on him and realizing that, by making him a Mourn Watcher with Veilguards given background, I've effectively placed him outside both Dalish and city elven ways of living like at all, and this was by pure accident on my end.
