_Winters favorite_ *Gur vaali chai* Ingredients ( _for 2 cups_ ) - 1" ginger 4-5 Tulsi leaves 1/2 tsp fennel seeds 2 cloves 2 cardamoms 4 black pepper balls Pinch of dalchini powder Pinch of salt 1 medium piece of gur/ jaggery 1 cup water 1 cup milk 1 tbsp tea (varies according to taste) Method - 1. In a saucepan, take water and let it be a little warm. 2. Grate the piece of ginger to it and let it boil. Then add Tulsi leaves and give a boil. 3. Crush the cardamoms, black pepper balls, cloves and add it to the mix. 4. Add dalchini powder and salt (optional) and give a boil. 5. Now add the piece of gur or grated gur and let it melt a little. Now add tea to it and let it boil a little till proper color and melted gur observed. 6. In a separate pan boil the milk and keep it aside. 7. In the cup strain the boiled tea mix upto half or little less. Now add the milk over it. Stir it and serve.
