The effects of “diversity” hiring really become apparent when you visit corporate chains in small towns. When you visit a small town there’s lots of local shops and the people who work there are all representative of the community. It’s mostly white so most of the workforce is white. However if you go to the towns one chain fast food place...there are zero white people. You’re telling me in this town where 99% of the teenagers are white none of them applied to subway? You’re telling me the town has 6 indian people and all 6 of them were the best candidates? It took me 15 minutes to order a sandwich because the guy doesn’t speak english but he certainly meets the isn’t white requirement doesn’t he.

This is also why the local shops are so popular because they actually hire people who are good and not based on their race or skin colour. If you hire zero white people in a majority white neighbourhood your hiring policies are racist. 

Applying for a corporate job these days...you either better have zero non whites in your neighbourhood or you better hope every single one of them massively blows the interview because your application is automatically being filed underneath Gurleen and Jamals applications.
