I grew up on Wii Nintendo. More specifically Wii Sports, Wii Resort, and Wii Fit+. Nowadays, we have hundreds of self personalised Miis to choose from, but back when me and my sis first started playing, there were only 6 to choose from, the six Guest Miis.

She was Guest E, and I was Guest F, the rest we barely ever used. So here they are, with random sports from Resort I assigned to them, as well as names.

Eddie yawned, stretching his arms in the air. The sun was shining through his open bedroom window, the tweeting of birds singing outside. Letting out a happy sigh, a little bird flew through the window, singing a song. Eddie reached out a finger, and the bird landed elegantly.

"Good morning, Mr. Bird," Eddie spoke, chuckling when the bird tweeted back.

"Oh, sing a song? If you insist." Eddie spoke angelically, but before he began more blue birds flew through the window, picking up the end of his blanket and folding it neatly at the end of the bed.

Eddie gracefully got off the bed and did a little twirl, beautiful pink sparkles twinkling around him while magically changing his simple pajamas into a majestic ballgown. Curtsying, Eddie delicately danced and spun around the room.

"With a smile and a song. Life is just a bright sunny day. Your cares fade away. And your heart is young~" Eddie sang, as the birds continued to tidy up his room.

Eddie spun around, as more forest animals came through his window, cleaning and tidying without being asked for help. "It's a beautiful day! I'm glad I have the company of such beautiful creatures!" Eddie continued.

The animals stopped their work, bowing politely.

"With a smile and a song. All the world seems to waken anew. Rejoicing with you. As the song is sung~" Eddie sang, as he began to dance with the two deer in his room, dabbing.

"There's no use in grumbling. When the raindrops come tumbling. Remember, you're the one. Who can fill the world with-" Suddenly Venom emerged from Eddie's shoulder, devouring the little blue bird that was flying in the air.

All the animals scurried away, as Eddie's ballgown vanished in pink sparkles. Eddie looked at Venom, crossing his arms and glaring at the symbiote.

"Venom, you have to stop eating my friends." Eddie scolded, and Venom sighed.

Shaking his head, Eddie went on with his day. He walked to the kitchen and opened the cupboard, but it was bare of any cereal. Eddie sighed, sad that he didn't have any cereal to start his day. Until there was a knock at the door. Eddie walked over, opening the door. On the other side was a lady cop, surprisingly holding a box of cereal and munching on it obnoxiously.

"Who are you?" Eddie asked and the lady paused her munching to look right at him.

"I AM A POLICE OFFICER! Would you like some RAISIN BRAN!?" She yelled, stuffing her hand into the cereal box and stuffing a handful of Rasin Bran into her mouth.

Eddie looked at her weirdly, "I'm good, thanks."

She gave him a concerned look, "Are you sure? I heard you wanted some RAISIN BRAN!" She tried and Eddie shook his head.

"I'm sure." He said before he closed the door.

"NICE THROW!" Eddie turned around at the sound, seeing Venom from Eddie's back, his black tendrils holding a Wii remote, playing Wii Sports.

Eddie shook his head, going to sit on the couch and watch Venom play the Wii.

The rest of the day passed by peacefully until Eddie heard something behind him. He sat up straight, looking behind him. There was a giant octopus holding a jar. It approached Eddie, and popped the lid off, revealing a massive amount of peanuts inside.

"Anybody want a peanut?" He spoke in a deep gruff voice.

Eddie took one peanut from the jar and the giant octopus jumped out the window, shattering it.

Venom looked at the peanut in Eddie's hand, before stealing it and popping it in his mouth, but quickly spit it out.

"It's not ripe."

Eddie looked at Venom, confused. "What do you mean it isn't ripe? Are you a peanut expert now?" He asked, and Venom shrugged.

Sighing, Eddie looked back and continued to watch Venom play the Wii. Venom quickly gets a strike, with was very impressive.

"Wow, you're pretty lucky. I can never get those." Eddie remarked and Venom shrugged.

"In my experience, there is no such thing as luck."

Eddie pondered this statement for a moment, before looking at the TV where Venom was playing.

Soon, the day turned into night, and Eddie was finishing dinner, placing a nice plate of tater tots on his plate. Eddie sighed as he sat down, ready to eat some delicious food. Picking up a tater, Eddie brought it to his mouth. Freezing when he felt the hot tot escape from his fingers. Opening his eyes, he looked at his plate. They were all gone. The plate was literally licked clean. Groaning and rolling his eyes, Eddie looked up and saw Venom's head above him, chewing on Eddie's food.

Pouting, Eddie stood from the couch not caring if his plate fell and cracked, he would just put it in some warm milk to fix it later.

"I hope you're pleased with yourselves. We could all have been killed — or worse, expelled. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to bed." Eddie spoke in a posh voice before stomping into his room, throwing off the covers and all the pillows, Eddie faceplanted on the bed, before screaming like a wild billy goat and closing his eyes to sleep.

The night breeze gently flew through his window, and the crisp smell of the night air calmed him. He felt his body relax, he was ready to sleep.

"NO SLEEP TILL BROOKLYN!" Venom screamed in Eddie's head, startling him awake.

Jolting up in bed, Eddie looked at Venom's head as he emerged. "Dude! I was trying to sleep!"

"Sleep is for the weak, Eddie!" Venom said smugly, "And besides, I'm not tired."

Eddie groaned and looked at his clock on the bedside table. It was almost midnight. Sighing, Eddie laid back down.

"If I sang you your favorite song, would you go to sleep?" He asked and Venom pondered before nodding with a deep hum.

Sighing, Eddie began to sing. "Close your eyes, shut your mouth, dream a dream, and get us out. Dream, dream, dream, dream, dream, dream. Hit the hay, fast asleep, dream a dream, you little bleep. Dream, dream, dream, dream, dream, dream~"

Venom nodded and hummed along, "Oh, here comes my favorite part!"

"Just relax, lay about, or my fist will put you out. Dream, dream, dream, dream, dream, dream. Take your time, but beware, there's darkness in the air. Dream, dream, dream, dream, dream, dream~" Soon, Venom was asleep.

Letting out a sigh of relief, Eddie slowly closed his eyes, ready for sleep to take hold of him.

Suddenly Venom woke up to loud noise. Screaming, Venom jumped out of Eddie's head, grabbing his own head and banging it against the soft pillows.

"Ow! What the bleep was that!"

Eddie sighed and rubbed his own head. "Just because the tv bleeps out curse words doesn't mean that you have to too, V," Eddie spoke exhausted. "That was my phone, someone must be calling me."

Eddie reached out for his phone and answered it.

"Hello?"

"I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long car-" Eddie hung up the phone, tossing it across the room.

"Who was it?" Venom asked and Eddie shrugged.

"Wrong number."

That store concept is practically unheard of so it’s a big deal and I wanna go there as I’m 100% sure the BTS ones would sell out pretty fast. But they heightened the stupid COVID protocols yet again and we have to stay at home, so there’s that.

What sport are you the best at?  Table tennis.

Do you have a little sister? What’s her name?  Yeah but she’s turning 21 this year, so little wouldn’t be accurate anymore. We call her Nina at home but everyone else calls her by her full first name, Janina.

Do you complain a lot?  I do complain a lot but I also do the thing that is causing the complaint right after so I can shut myself up lmao.

Would you rather go to an authentic haunted house or an ancient temple?  Both sound fun but I’ll probably take the temple. Yay for learning something new about culture!!

What do you plan to do on your 21st birthday?  My 21st birthday started out terribly because Gabie’s family didn’t want her to hang out with me on a Sunday (the day my birthday fell on), so we were in an argument the whole day. Angela saved the day when she planned out an impromptu dinner + arcade date for me, and that was the only good part of the day, really. I’d rather forget the rest of it.

Do you have any person in your family with an addiction to beer?  I don’t think so.

What’s the most thoughtful present you’ve ever received?  A Punk shirt and Petals For Armor physical CD from Andi this last Christmas.

What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?  Andi wrote a letter for me to accompany the aforementioned Christmas gifts they gave, and it remains to be my favorite letter I’ve received. They essentially reminded and affirmed me that I’m stronger than I think I am, and that I’ve been through a lot and have grown a lot, and that that growth is seen by people around me.

Have you been diagnosed with any mental disorders?  No.

Have you ever moved to another state or country? If so, how did it feel to be new?  Just to different cities, but considering how tiny my country is, the move is quite insignificant lol.

Do you know how to properly eat food with chopsticks?  I’m 100% sure I don’t know how to properly hold chopsticks, but I have my own way and it works lol. Fake it til you make it.

Are you more of a leader or a follower? Definitely a follower, but I can step up in certain situations. < Same. I don’t mind leading, especially considering the control freak I can be lolol.

What was the first thing you ate today?  I haven’t eaten anything today. I skipped breakfast since I brought Cooper to the vet, and by the time I got back the dining table had already been cleared. It’s fine though, I don’t feel too hungry.

If you could spend the day, doing absolutely anything, with anyone, anywhere, what would it be like?  I’d be with Angela, Reena, and Hans at that insane new photocard store I talked about earlier. IDEALLY, we’d probably pick up a photocard or two if the ones we want aren’t sold out yet (lol a rarity), then we’d have some nachos and stuff right after and just talk about all things Bangtan lol with Hans cracking us up the whole time since he is just naturally hilarious.

If I were to ask you how you are doing, and you were only able to answer completely honestly, what would come out?  Content. Happy. I feel warm and loved and surrounded by the best people.

What is the one thing that you have been avoiding that you should do?  Learning how to cook is one.

Is there anything that you wish you could take back?  Not really.

What, in your mind, could make you truly happy?  Being in the purple ocean with my best friends.

If you could change one conversation in your life, what would you say differently? Would it have REALLY made any difference?  A part of me wishes my final face-to-face conversation with Gabie had been a more solid closure, just so we could finally put a hard stop to that chapter. But at that time I thought we would continue talking, so there had still been some stuff lingering in the air when we called it a day and parted ways. So in a sense we never really got closure when I finally cut ties, which the ESTJ in me remains to be nagged by, but I try not to be bothered by it anymore considering how much better I am doing right now. We didn’t know the future at the time, so it’s okay the way things turned out, ultimately.

June 7: Going through the Smash E3 Trailers

Well, the title says it all. How to best predict or understand what we might see on Tuesday? Look at the history. I should note I’ll be ignoring Melee, as the nature of how information on it came out (and how people reliably accessed it) makes it more of an outlier.

E3 2005: A new Super Smash Bros. game for the Wii, then-called Revolution, is announced.

E3 2006: The first trailer for what is now named Super Smash Bros. Brawl releases.

Veterans: Mario, Link, Pikachu, and Kirby - four of the five main Smash fighters. Samus is also shown, albeit in a way that doesn’t confirm her inclusion in her classic form.

Meta Knight (Newcomer): One of the most popular characters requested, Meta Knight follows Peach as the first newcomer revealed and part of a franchise already represented. You can also argue his placement references his (and the Halberd‘s) involvement in “The Subspace Emissary.”

Pit (Newcomer): Another highly requested character, filling the Ice Climbers’ role as an iconic retro hero. Notably, he also sports a drastic redesign.

Zero Suit Samus (Newcomer): ZSS was probably never anyone’s most wanted character. However, her inclusion is necessary; she obliquely represents the new Final Smash mechanic.

Wario (Newcomer): Outside of Sonic, Wario probably was the most wanted character - but fans assumed he would use his classic costume. This shows he will be fighting as a wildly new fighter, one who represents a sub-series that started after the release of Melee.

Snake (Newcomer): Shocking everyone, the last reveal is of, for the first time ever, a third party character into the battle, and one no one would have rightly expected. Snake’s inclusion sparks a change in the Smash community where previously laughable, mocked suggestions can “potentially” be plausible.

Alongside characters, we also see new, unnamed stages: Battlefield, Halberd, Castle Siege, Pokémon Stadium 2, Skyworld, Mario Circuit (Brawl), and Yoshi's Island (Brawl) (Shadow Moses Island would be revealed in accompanying screenshots).
