Longer I’ve been alive the more I’ve started to realize the singsong style of guerrilla manuals (furtively trying to spread a means of resistance) in a kind of affected prose is not thought out nor intentional, but more of a lack of understanding on how to effectively convey information. Same for anything with a strong stylistic bent but meant to be informative or viral.

#not complete thoughts but aint it interesting #guess there’s a mode of art to the idea of subversive deed that is only aesthetics deep but consistent #its like- you can tell when someone is comfortable with an instrument when they play? surprising amount of people arent with words #its also a mistake to think literal revolution and politics are different subjects #that is certainly not an error the writers make but thinking of tumblr here #also tangentially: emotional impact is important but its just extremely- people dont think of it right its not emotional VS factual
