There’s so many omg 😭 but I guess the ones that come to mind rn are Shion, Rena, Wei Wuxian, Killua, Sunny, and Utena!!

Usually lotion! I don’t like overly powerful smells so I don’t use a lot of perfume or body spray much

31. What type of music keeps you grounded?

Any video game soundtrack tbh!! As well as Dreamcatcher and my other favorite ggs!

This is lowkey kind of obscure but I used to watch so many Disney channel holiday movies back then 😭 one of my favs is the search for Santa paws and its sequel santa buddies! I don’t think they’re “good” per se but a lot of it is just the good memories when I watched it back then and how I cried over cgi dogs in the movies 😭 Another fave of mine is the polar express!

-THANK YOU im glad some of my more recent works (in my more current style) are appealing 2 people! like i wanna draw my own way even though i think it gets less notes... the higurashi fanarts (hanyuu and shion) r very memorable pieces to me because its when i started doing the loose sketches with the thin lines and block colors and thats the direction i reallyreally wanted to take my style in. also the rainbow is rian my friend rian

-i draw in paint tool sai! the only program i used before that was sketchbook pro, which i didnt like because the brushes were kind of... blurry/smudgy? sai allows you to zoom in and draw pixel by pixel which is something i like, and i like the way it does its blending. its also just easier for me to understand. i didnt pay for it i think i found some deviantart page that had the link, id have to find it again

-i draw with a wacom intuos tablet! its lasted me... almost 10 years now. ive heard newer ones are poorer quality in terms of at least the nibs needing to be replaced constantly, so idk what the most recommended tablet these days is. ive drawn with my mouse and tbh it caused awful hand pain so i would not recommend this. i draw on my phone with my finger sometimes but i find doing it on my laptop easier, however it is doable once you get used to it

-the way i got into digital art... well. i still have an archive of my earliest art if you wanna see! i was 14 n just drew random shit, often lining over doodles i did on paper and coloring them in. i think esp if youre overwhelmed start with making like throwaway experimental pieces, scribble around, doodle stupid things and color them in with different brushes and see what you enjoy. and then you can just keep the files to yourself if they dont look too good or maybe itll look interesting, it depends i guess haha. the other thing that ive always found helped me was telling myself id draw every day even if it was a little scribble or the tiniest amount of work on a wip bc getting a habit going helped my art a Lot beause it helped me spend more time thinking n focusing on it

more specific advice for sai that i found useful- using clipping groups & the preserve opacity functions are both lifesavers in terms of not spending so much time trying to color in the lines. if you color in a base layer you can just put everything above it as a clipping group and just not worry about it anymore. i also really like using the filters (like multiply) to mess around with the colors a drawing has, though sometimes its more effective to just select a layer/individual color and fuck with the hue/saturation/etc until it looks good. when i color, esp when its not turning out how i wanted to, i rely on shifting colors A LOT. n also mixing colors together using a blending brush and then colorpicking the intermediate color. very useful

-for the most part i stick to uncolored pencil doodles on like, notebook paper (even though i have some fancy supplies X[ one day) but i LOVE making things with clay, wish it was more accessible to do at home. i have a handful of clay animal statues and stuff that i made in my ceramics class in high school. would looove to do more

-because my poses tend to be very pushed/cartoony using references of real people isnt always useful (though obv knowing the basics of anatomy always helps) so in those cases ill use other cartoony art i like as inspiration, i try to see what i like about their poses nd emulate that with my own. sometimes when im struggling ill just do a bunch of studies where i copy art i like to try to get a feel for what im missing. mostly ive realized i like when the pose conveys some level of like, volume and taking up a 3D space (which im still definitely not a master of but bullshitting it can be fun). and i also like to have a balance of curved and angular shapes. sometimes i try to just do a pose that conveys a specific emotion or i just make shit up lol

alsooooo i cant reccomend aimless doodling enough! just random shapes, turning the random shapes into creatures, trying and trying and trying different ways to draw something until you like it, i feel like the things my hand makes when i shut my brain off and just scribble can inspire me as well, and i try to emulate whatever i made by chance while doodling. and if your doodles turn out better in traditional i tend to consider using a photo of a drawing as a way to skip the "preliminary sketch" phase nd drawing a rough sketch over that which i then use for my drawing (or just directly color since i draw very fast/lazy...)

hey hello taku dear <3 gahh once again we haven’t spoken in too long :( anyways it mostly was bc there was zero tokrev brainrot in me buut there is now!! so i’m back here hehe.

also funfact i just fiNALLY started rereading tokrev and i’m doing it in french bc. idk i just felt like it?? i hate french but i’m actually practicing it now lol. and ngl i understand more than i thought i would-

anyways on saturday i watched la gardiennes de la planète (a movie abt whales) in the cinema and idk how but. like halfway through a merfolk concept just popped into my head n bc i obviously couldn’t just forget abt it i decided to write a tokrev merfolk au. so guess who’s writing their fourth moshion fic? me. idek why but they have a chokehold on me and i keep writing abt them. tho it’s fun so no complaints <3

well i insaned abt the fic a little... okay that’s a lie i wrote 3.5k of fic in the span of 22 hrs, beating my preccious record of 2.7k in 24 hrs. so okay i’m more than a little insane abt it- so so so plot and lore bc i cannot contain myself. firstly shion’s a merman n mochi is human. then it’s also a college au but mochi isn’t studying rn bc for plot conveniences his last semester of highschool n his 1st semester of college don’t line up so he’s got a few months of free time. i still hc that his parents are rich af but imo he lives alone in a rather small flat he pays with his own money as best he can bc he wants to. idk. well okay so basically what i’ve written so far: mochi finds shion injured n tangled in a fishers’ net at the beach while on a late night walk, and takes him to his flat to help. there he fills the bathtub with water for him, and gets the rope off his body. lastly, he treats his injuries. then he goes to sleep bc it’s the middle of the night- and when he wakes up again the next day, the bathtub is empty and shion’s lying on the floor in his corridor. and he suddenly has legs. bc in this au merfolk just transform into a human form into drying out (n then transform back when they’re wet enough. which is very wet) and shion my fav idiot tried to go back to the ocean on his own but got stuck in the hallway and got too dry. also bc i think that’s the most realistic version of transformation it hurts like a bitch bc i mean your tail literally splits to form two legs- well mochi patches shion up agAIN and they finally talk n exchange names bc my merfolk have diff vocal chords in ther mer form bc they commumicate like whales underwater. tho they can just. speak human language too in their human form for some reason. i mean they understand it bc they watch n listen to humans talk but i haven’t figured out why they can SPEAK it if they lile never do. anyways that’s small enough of a plot hole :) so yeah that’s basically where i’m at in my writing.

i still need to make them fall in love and do more things together and god what else but. i hope i’ll manage somehow bc this is gonna be longer than my usual works aj dgk gkfjsj i mean i’m already at 3.5k and they barely know each other. guess they’ll have to fall for each other quickly idk

Okay so this is just copying down me ranting about Aikatsu cuz it has taken over my mind recently-

Within the beginning of the original series, brands were pretty important to the point Ichigo climbed a whole ass mountain just for a dress for, if I'm remembering correctly just an audition, and later on in the series Yurika was pretty down in the dumps and restored her sense of like self worth by earning her new dress for her performance

In the later seasons from what I've seen, which is the original and stars cuz I haven't gotten around to friends, planet or parade, they do still include sembalnces of the brands from time to time

However Stars is, seemingly at least, seen as the best season and/or the fan fav other than the OG. But I have my gripes with it and it ties into the whole brand importance/special one thing

And it's with two things: the Planet Wings and Yume's Specialness

First off the Planet Wings

I really didn't enjoy how these wings were seen as oh so special by everyone in the show when they had a crossover episode during the very arc with the original trio. In the original series the designer of the brand was the one who decided whether or not a coord would contain wings but like point is that they weren't special in the way Stars made them special

Rather it was a sign that the idol in question had proved themselves to that designer and had deserved to wear that specific coord and it just had made it feel so much more personal and so much more deserved in my opinion

Which why I feel like the writers had just looked at the Constellation Coords in one of the previous arcs and decided the what if instead of designers who worked hard af to create those coords we just make it magical~

I'm sorry but WHY?!?! I get that they couldn't just repeat things from the original series except they kinda can?? Like having to earn your dresses from the main person leading the brand or designing a brand of your own can be pretty intereting?? It was interesting when they did that?

Like it was such a huge part of them being idols and yet it was basically swept away except for some minor parts. Also like some thing but it's pretty cool to think about how if the show didn't just focus on the main cast we could've seen more idols wearing the same brands and who knows see some competing for the same coord? Like hell maybe it has happened because the idea isn't exactly new

But there was nothing like that from what I've remembered and I think that's just a shame

Now onto my next complaint: the whole idol aura/Yume"s specialness

AURAS WERE NEVER SPECIAL!!! They were just a measure of an idol growth or potential. The whole flashy rainbow thing Yume had was just a no from me. I'm pretty certain that at some point one of the girls from the original cast had rainbows but it wasn't seen as special

The only one who ever had that was Mizuki and that was early on in the series. Also the reason why it was considered special was because she had the same aura outside of her performances and showed how advanced of an idol she was and how good she was in general. Like that was a whole episode that we had?

Also the whole "Yume was a better singer/performer/idol". I'm sorry but that doesn't translate well when we only have visual clues that don't even make much sense to prove that

I'm certain this is just a lot of personal biases and preferences speaking but like idk it just made the original series so much more enjoyable

AND TO ADD ON BECUZ YES IM VERY SALTY

Shion deserved better!! And if you don't remember her well guess what?

THE SHOW BARELY DID EITHER? Like I am forever salty that Star Anis never included Shion from what I remembered. I found her so cool and we rarely saw things like her acting career and it felt like she was just thrown into Powa Purin Power just to complete another trio with Sakura and Otome. And the reason we were given for that was because "she wanted to focus on her acting"

Listen that is valid and all but have we ever considered ya know that being in a unit group with some of the most and the most popular idol would boost your chances even more?

Kanzaki Mizuki was literally the Starlight Quuen and current top idol from that point??

Maybe I just don't know how that industry works but it seems to me that if you are popular enough you'd probs get casted even if you weren't that qualified for a role. And guess what she would be qualified!!! Because she was like a prodigy or something and she still busted her ass off to improve her and her skills!!!

The first character I first fell in love with: takashi mitsuya!!!! as soon as i saw him i knew i was gonna love him sm. ESPECIALLY WHEN HE DADDIED TAIJU UP??? iconic, no words. 

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: izana kurokawa! when he first came i was worried for obvious reasons (he appeared to be a big threat) but now i just… i want the best for him– lol. i still don’t like kisaki tetta but my big bro had me look at him differently (& want to write as him as well). he just reminded me that he cried while he shot takemitchi & since i read it kinda fast, i overlooked that seemingly small detail. i don’t think he was crying fake tears & while it could be thrown off as ‘obviously he’s gonna cry killing his longtime friend’ n shit, but i guess i think there may be more to it on his part that we don’t know. i wonder what that is & i want to understand it a bit more, ya know. 

The character everyone else loves that I don’t: i don’t hate any characters at all, which is shocking — well not enough to put it here BUT — k CONTROVERSIAL OPINION! drakken over mikey… emma lets make a trade (i’m joking).

The character I love that everyone else hates: dunno? maybe shion madarame?? he’s everyone’s punching bag, especially in the series but he has a sizable group of ppl that like him. so everyone that ‘hates’ him in this case is solely from tokrev LOL

The character I used to love but don’t any longer: i used to LOVE mikey but i’m clutching my pearls. i feel like by the time it’s all over i’ll love him again. i’m just going through the emotions that revolve around the current situations, ya know (am i making sense)?

The first character I first fell in love with: mina ashido! she was my first muse & i picked her up as a challenge in 2016 cuz my friend suggested i try rping as a side character & make her my own with hc’s! i did & it’s funny looking back at my old hc’s & threads, even some notes that survived & how close they ended up being to canon things from recent times. i also like stain!

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: dabi. he was always on my radar but he creeped up behind me & became one of my favs, he’s even the reason why i continued reading bnha. the whole todoroki family interests me in general!

The character everyone else loves that I don’t: i’m starting to notice that not many ppl like this character but a good chunk still do, i’m talking bout u izuku midoriya! (lowkey tired of his ass)

The character I love that everyone else hates: idk actually??? i like mirio togata, not a whole lot but i think he’s cool.

The character I used to love but don’t any longer: izuki midoriya & i can say that with confidence.

The character I’d want to be like: miruko, she’s so badass & i love her sm!

Higurashi Gou Ep. 7 Thoughts

Spoilers for both 2020 Higurashi, 2006 Higurashi, Higurashi Kai, and the manga. These spoilers will become more pronounced the more episodes I watch, You have been warned.

Again, please pay attention to that spoiler warning. I basically spoiled the end of the first series (as in the end of Kai/all the manga/I mean the VN but I’ve never played it). Anyways, HERE WE GO!!! Also this one is LONG because I have so many thoughts.

Okay guys here we go! This was the kind of perfect episode I wanted from this show. I was seriously blown away by it (and we aren’t even at the murder), so much so I rewatched it the next day. Now I have to put the bulletpoints of thoughts in my head into something vaguely coherent. So let’s try!

The first part I want to touch on is Takano explaining the story of the demons. This part I was first of all glad they kept the sketchy style, but secondly I was a bit confused as the original story is that Oyashiro-sama sacrificed themselves for the people of Hinamizawa, then Onigafuchi, and that was... that. I could ne misremembering, I forgot to reread that part in the manga, but either way it was of note. I guess more proof of Takano’s infallibility. More importantly, at least to me since the series isn’t over and they could explain the disconnect later, this scene was great atmospherically. Not the best, but very good. Keichii VA is really talented gotta throw that out there (no I haven’t seen the dub). Oh also his “you’re lying!” was good, although I do think Studio Deen was better at getting the Higurashi face to look more distorted. Oh well I like the new animation style it doesn’t bug me.

Next is Shion knocking off the statue head. I cannot be the only one that noticed a very deliberate slit in the base of the statue. That combined with it already being broken... I think something’s in the statue. This is a theory and a pretty random one so I’m just throwing it out there and leaving it at that. Also Takano def took something.

Next is our pal Ooishi. Am I the only one who feels he comes off much creepier in this version. I mean it might be because by the end of Kai/the end of the original manga we’ve gotten a super intimate look into his life and the guilt he feels and how it manifests in his obsession with this supposed curse. But in the scene with Keichii... he’s just so creepy. In that like oh my god old man get away from me. Still that scene was pretty good. Although the timeline and the fact they’re already asking after Takano and Tomitake seems a bit odd. I know that unlike the original Cotton Drifting arc they stole a van (Is this Tomitake getting held up or getting inject with Hinamizawa Syndrome I wonder) but still it seems very soon to the viewer and a bit... rushed? Idk I think people asking after it the day after works better. Anyways.

Oh also interesting how dialogue keeps getting shifted. For example in the original Ooishi is the one who brings up Mion and Shion aren’t even wearing the same clothes. I hope they aren’t changes for changes sake but it also did bug me, just something I noticed when I reread the manga.

Anyways now we really start getting to it. The phone scene between Shion and Keichii was an 11/10 scene for me, I thought it was spectacular. Again Keichii’s VA is amazing (so is Shion’s btw not forgetting her, she’s great at being understated in a way that makes everything creepier). And the animation wasn’t as out there as the original but I still felt a sense of claustrophobia. I think it’s the way everything’s shot super close in frame before having a wideshot with Keichii and Shion alone in their relative spaces, it gives this great feeling of being watched. I really thought the phone scene was going to be the highlight of the episode and discounting the shock factor of Rika’s later stuff it prolly is. On rewatch it hit just as hard.

This is getting obnoxiously long so let’s get to the end and talk about Rika. Her pulling a Bernkastel and just snapping on Keichii was so unexpected I half laughed in shock (also another reason you should watch the original first it wouldn’t be so offputting if you didn’t assume she said she was going to protect the kittens). I could meme on this scene, hell I already have, but honestly it’s so good. Again great angles and voice work. The way Rika looms over Keichii, who’s shadowed by her, just gives this huge sense of tension and powerlessness and Rika’s adult(/Bernkastel gonna keep name dropping my fav) voice is really great at this dejected apathy. I love it 11/10. Also of note this really makes me doubt this is a sequel. I mean I always doubted it cause Rika would just repeat what she did in the last arc (Festival Arc?) and win again, which she’s not doing, but more importantly for this episode she says Takano’s dead. Unless one of the kids went on a VERY preemptive murder spree which included taking down not only two adults but all of Takano’s “dogs” Rika doesn’t know Takano is the orchestrator behind her murder. Safe to say I’m confused.

This episode was so amazing I can’t get over it. The slow pacing of this show (slower than the last this episode ends at like the quarter mark of the last manga volume for this arc) really helps ratchet up the tension when stuff happens. But also WHAT’S GONNA HAPPEN NOW? I’m gonna sleep but we’ll know in 2 hours!

Most of the time the dissatisfaction grew right after i drew and posted them, like 80% of them. I just don’t like to see them? It’s usually because the outcome isn’t what I expected to be. (I don’t feel to redraw this)

3. Shion x Thomas. It feels so bland to me and I kept on being frustrated over Thomas’ pose I did for hours.

2. Rengoku. It’s from the tweet suggesting him with Fieri’s clothes. I guess I did this purely because I wanted to join the trend? (I admit there’s #1 but it’s too horrible so I don’t post it, I don’t post it anywhere too)

D: maybe i didnt explain or say it properly before, but, before karin, HINATA WAS MY NUMBER 1!!!!! her beautiful kindness touched me as a kid, and helped me a lot;;;; i love this girl w all my heart, what i DON’T like or like seeing is SP Hinata. :( i know she’s a great mom, and an amazing wife, i have never expected her to not be those things, but the thing is, when i see her new design, or work depicting her in these things all i can see is how SP made her into their ideal waifu,  who’s only purpose is to be “cute”

the hinata i fell for, was the girl who worked hard, had naruto inspire her to not give up even when all hope should be lost, the girl who encouraged naruto before the exams when he was down (my alltime fav nh moment probably as it sealed it to be my otp!!!)

but SP... made her into one of those movie heroines. you know,, all those heroines like sara or shion. they have a plot for just that movie, a background made for that movie, and theyre obviously not “shallow”, bc it is, after all a movie, and their character will never be seen again, so it doesnt really work w a character we ALREADY KNOW, to be so.. different? make up new flashbacks?? why?????

i mean, they ALREADY HAVE all those canon moments already, right? so, it wouldnt have been that hard to make naruto “answer” her confession after the war, (we did get that one flashback of naruto in the rebuilt village from hinata before the war, right?? where did that moment go???), but instead they make nrt forget all those things, for two years, and hinata, even though we KNOW she grew up and is confident enough to “smack” some sense into nrt, does not confront him about her feelings at all? FOR TWO YEARS? and, i could have understood that too, if she were to take care of the clan, we could have had the story about how the hyuga clan is run, now that neji is dead (and naruto wanted to fulfill his promise to change that clan????), that she has that kind of resolve to do that in his stead, or maybe not, but atleast care about her family a bit!! her sis is kidnapped and she knits a scarf.. i know this argument is old and stupid, but so is the thing in itself!!! hinata is TOO CARING to be all about naruto all the fkn time. but that is what SP was going for, they like the girl whos silent, has an amazing body, and would do everything for nrt. it almost looks like they made nrt look like a douche, so we all get the feeling of “awww hinata is TOO GOOD for him, YET SHE STILL LOVES HIM!!!” 

she WAS already a good girl, without those nasty retcons;; naruto could and would have seen her charm anyway, and fallen for her.. it couldve been awesome and instead we get a cheap love story, when it could have been more. this isnt what nh deserved. what hinata deserved!!!!!!!

SO... what i actually mean to say is, the hinata i see now isn’t even hinata, for me its SP and all the potential they ruined for her, naruto, sakura, the fact  so many important plotlines just thrown away in favor of “cuteness” and the BS that is the brt crap. 

i stand by it when i say, that nh should have had the most gorgeous babies. their kids designs are just.. sigh 

i just dont understand how, as a fellow nh shipper, ppl can be so happy about it? that wasnt the nh we fell for. but i guess at that point all that most ppl care about was becoming canon no matter how, as the manga at that time was indeed, boring

Omg! I'm who happy I found someone who loves PSME too!!! Tell me everything u love about this manga haha. I would that my favorites characters are Alice and Issei. I loved how they were the only ones (especially Alice) that questioned and wanted to reject the influence of their past lives on their current life. Also did u found weird the relationship between Alice and rin because of the age gap, I personally didn't mind but there's people that didn't like it tho. Did u read the sequel?

PSME needs more love! I wish it was more known. It’s difficult to gather all my thoughts about this series, so I’ll do the same as I did when talking about Escaflowne: so, the things I love are

- the OVAs. Sometimes I rewatch them and cry because there are only 6 episodes and those videos with moments from later volumes that only tease me >Toki no Kioku’ is the end of me every time I hear it), perfect animation, perfect everything - and only 6 episodes. The pain.

- This piece of ost. Time of Gold Flowing.

- KYAA. Do i even need to comment it? When I want to persuade people that PSME is a good read, I just show them pics of Kyaa and they usually agree with me. Cats are power.

- The Nostalgia. I know it’s supposed to be the major theme, but— I don’t remember any other stories where this feeling would be this strong (NG Life, Immortal Rain, and Furuba in a way, probaby?). To tell you the truth, I didn’t like reincarnation themed stories before (and even now it’s not the guarantee I’ll like whatever story with this theme), but even if we put aside this obvious part of the plot, I think that PSME speaks mostly about ‘previous lifes’ every single person has without needing a story about their previous incaration in some other place/century: it’s our real past and our attitude to it and ties with it. And I’ll probably stop here before this post gets too long and save my thoughts about what I just said for a post for another day.

- Other themes I liked: home (I love v much when this suject is brought up and well presented), identitity (or more like ‘what defines you as ‘you’ - I was thinking about it a lot because of Alice), and also letting go of people and memories.

- Speaking of letting go, Issei’s story line is very important. I loved how it was developed and hold dear that one frame when he sets Enjuu free. (+Listen to Akino Arai’s ‘Moon Light Anthem’ and get +100 to feels)

- My fav ‘earth’ characters are probably Alice (funny thing, i didn’t like her at all when i tried to watch psme for the first time, and now she feels so relatable and important) and Issei (I can’t really say that he’s my abslute fave, but I marked his development as A+). I also love Shinpachi, Tamura and Mikuro. Hard to tell about the ‘moon’ ones, they are all so well written and complex >

- Mokuren/Shion storyline. I somehow love this kind of narration when half of the story you learn about characters from other people’s words (’perfect couple’, ‘so beautuful it seems unreal’) and then the authors says ‘SURPRISE’ and gets you off guard with the complicated truth.

 - I never shipped Rin and Alice, it’s true, but my problem with it wasn’t the ‘age gap’: it was that Shion’s personality and feelings are way too strong in Rin for me to treat Rin as a normal primary school boy and even to percieve him as a separate character. So I guess I just didn’t get enough of ‘Rin’ to start caring about him and to understand what I think about him.

okay i love those four in any combination... idk i love them all. also brown & yellow comfort colors as well as comfort character colors fr. i think they look nice together, 8/10. kinda boring? but looks nice yes

i also love those four in any combination but my favs gotta be all four of them, draken x hanma and mitsuya x hakkai. this is probably the ugliest version of a rainbow i’ve seen tbh. but it kinda works. with some fantasy. 3/10

basic ship ik but they’re so. asfhhssfhjhfgkgf. 9/10 i really like their colors tbh they are very calm?? they look soft. makes for really fun traditional abstract af fanart (started like 2 months ago, still working on it occasionally. gotta redo quite a bit of it tho bc it started looking very ugly)

i have too many comfort ships but. them <3333 red. but the reds don’t match. 6/10 for trying and failing

.....another comfort ship!! i love them sm. fun fact: i’m responsible for 111 more words than half of the words in fics on ao3 with them as focus lol so about 5.5k words in a total of 2 works if i’m not mistaken. anyways they are like the brighter version of kokonui... 7.5/10

took me years to get souya’s color to this, still not 100% satisfied, honestly not much thoughts on the colors of ‘rindou’. guess work. anyways i love them i was incredibly hyperfixated on them for a bit bc i was hyperfixated on shion and i hc that they’re friends. they get like... 5/10 bc the blues clash idk. also 5 is yet another shade of light blue so they all match!

i also was hyperfixated on them when i was hyperfixated on rinsou lol. anyways i hc that rinsou started dating first and rahoya tried to get them to stop dating with all their might only to end up horrendously down bad for each other. a lot worse than rinsou. and they were fucking stupid about it and kept annoying all their friends. actually i should make a post on this and all my rinsou and rahoya and shion and other hcs bc there are too many. anyways their colors are a slightly better version of rinsou, just orange. 6/10

i also love them a little too much... ignoring the fact that they talked abt seeing each other as brothers in canon bc no thank you and i overread that anyway,, love the sanzu color ngl even tho it doesn’t even match his hair but together with that yellow.... well. not as much. 4/10?

1. Very hard to say since I have so many favs and my number 1 changes so often, but right now I’d say Sumireko! (Obviously) 2. Either Mamizou or Koishi! 3. Hard to say, I guess Jo’on? Mostly cause Shion deserves a better sister. 4. Again, Sumireko. Mostly because I can relate to her wayyy too much.5. Either Tenshion or Reimari, Tenshion would probably win out because I love Shion and Tenshis dynamic so much.6. I don’t really have one! Maaaybe Reimu/Yukari? Mostly cause it’s a real wack ship? idk yo7. Touhou doesn’t have ‘moments’ so much in the games as it does in the print works, so I guess I’d say the last scene of the latest WaHH, the one that spawned the Tenshion ship in the first place.
