Why do you ship Zoe and Kayn?

I’m THAT person who ships like … Edgy, grumpy/SIlly, nerdy or Loud sweet couples and the Tall/short type couples? It’s like a thing that really attracts me and junk?? I mean, LOOK AT THESE SHIPS!

and llike don’t even get my started on the other few shoujo anime I’ve watched :’v It’s a very specific type I don’t know. For the most part, I like seeing edgy characters act a different way – or seeing how they can change or learn how to be around people. It’s always an endearing story arc for anyone who has that Edgy loner type trope – (in my opinion – Personally, I enjoyed Zuko’s and Keith’s arcs the most, learing to accept team avatar or team voltron as his new found family and all that shit blah blah)

Same goes for Zoe & Kayn. I ship them cos of that? Also cos I feel like Zoe is one of the few champions that can QUITE POSSIBLY MAYBE (just maybe) reverse what rhaast did (which is what i’m trying to do in my comic. I really love that). We can say hey yeah well the other aspects can do that too and aurelion and the other cosmic skinned champs. Well sure! Yeah ofcourse they can – i just chose zoe cos she’s naturally curious and she likes making friends. Among all of them, I feel like she’ll be the most probably one who’ll want to ask or even talk to kayn. I don’t really see leona, diana or Panth rushing to talk to some random shadow boy with a demon arm. COmpared to zoe’s who’s just off looking going on adventures, wanting to make friends. On kayn’s side. I don’t see him like bowing down to authority apart from Zed’s. He sees himself as the best and the only reason why he has this great respect for Zed was because Zed took care of him and in a way fathered him. IThey have a bond. A relationship that in itself, is respectable. Apart from that, i don’t see him bowing down to any form of authority. It’s another reason why I think he’d actually bother with Zoe? She doesn’t really blow off that “authoritative” aura figure that most champs might give or even demand. She’s just the “Hi, Hello, WHo are you? Wanna be my friend?” Casual champ. 

I see their first meeting as kayn going who the fuck are? doesnt matter, gonna kill you now. Zoe evading his attacks and Kayn getting annoyed enough to run away from her,realizing she’s this crazy weird ass psycho that he should probably avoid. And zoe realizing oh he’s actually kinda cool … kinda cute too… he’s not scared of me? Is he trying to kill me or play with me? Oh i think he wants to play! Okay lets play 1234 ready of not here i come —– And here and there. Eventually gets used to her being around cos she just wont leave him alone and she’s not really doing anything wrong. And then one day rhaast took over cos he got too complacent, she tries to save him, not for the sake of saving him but for the sake of showing rhaast that she won’t lose to him and … and then so she goes on this crazy journey, meets up with lux, talks to yordles, hears what varus has to say and then (SPOILERS LALALA WAIT FOR THE COMIC TO FIND OUT THE REST)  For the most part, it sounds like puppy love and the way I see them is somehow like that anyways.

So yeah. Long story short, The two has a potential story to be told. Okay sure, not as romantic as say Ezreal and lux, Lux and jinx or xayah and rakan – but like, even as friends, they have some sort of story to be told and I guess that’s why i like it. They’re two vastly different and complex characters that are somehow similar in some sort of way and the stories you can create about them be it romantic or friendly or sibling-y — its nice. They have that going on for them. Pls honestly, they’re a funny pair. so comedy’s always nice to tell when it comes to ships. I don’t really care if the end game of this ship isnt marriage or a family. Frankly, I just enjoy creating content and stories about them as is. Every ship doesn’t even HAVE TO end with marriage :v FRANKLY LOTOR AND ALLURA ENDED IN DEATH :’V (yes I’m still salty about voltron season 8)

as for the age thing i’ve explained my side once. Short and sweet. I don’t see zoe as a kid. that’s it. If i was so into the idea of pedo shit, I’d draw zoe to be as small and childlike as annie or Kayn to be as bulky and stocky of a man as graves or braum (older in general). Frankly i draw zoe with curves and Kayn looks like a teenager when i draw him. End of story.

League of Legends Debuts Stunning New Anime Trailer

League of Legends remains one of the top games for PC lovers to buy into. The massive title has flourished with an esports league. With the game growing leagues (pun intended) by the month, the brand is ready to hype League of Legends however possible, and it seems their latest endeavor has anime fans buzzing.

After all, League of Legends just debuted another amazing anime promo, and it has fans begging for a full on show.

"A cosmic darkness threatens to overcome three former teammates who were thought to have perished," the new trailer's description reads, and the blurb sets up the trailer's gorgeous story.

As fans watch the trailer, which is titled Star Guardian: Light and Shadow, the gorgeous anime follows two characters as they head into battle. The girls aren't afraid to use their magic to bolster their stats. However, things go awry when a third party enters the fray, and gamers will recognize the threat that is Zoe. A fighter known as Rakan comes in to console his friend and heal them, but the fighter is quick to chase after the other. By the trailer's end, fans will be feeling real emotional, and it is all thanks to one heroine's sudden entrance.

Yuumi‘s release skin is also an inclusion in the Battle Academia line – and in atypical fashion, it’s a skin worth buying when she comes out. The fancy blue particles on her Bop ‘n’ Block shield and ultimate look really nice, and she gets a killer splash art to go with the skin, but it’s still outshone by the rest of the list. Sorry, Yuumi – guess you just weren’t anime enough to compete.

The clip follows the players as they face off with a dark foe whose magic goes beyond the possible. As the music swells, fans go between 2D and 3D animation before the trailer comes to its final moments. The three fans are rescued by another heroine Ahri who comes sweeping in, and she looks ethereal in this trailer. Rakan and Xayah have got fans all sorts of emotional given how they protect one another. 

Of the students at Battle Academia, Katarina places the lowest. The lack of particles in her base kit really hampers Riot’s ability to go ham with her skins, which means Battle Academia Kat feels pretty lackluster – especially when compared to her other offerings like PROJECT. That said, Kat at least has an amazing ult animation and a pretty sick recall. Plus, her splash art reveals some saucy secrets – it looks like she recently broke up with Jayce to date a handsome Demacian…

All of the Battle Academia skins look great, but Graves sadly ends up with the worst of the lot. His auto-attack particles are excellently flashy, but the rest of the effects are either so-so in terms of quality or just overwrought. It doesn’t help that he traded out his usual beefy shotguns in favor of a tiny sword-gun that looks like it’d break in his hands. If you’re a die-hard Graves main, this skin is probably worth it, but otherwise, you’re better off spending your RP elsewhere

If you look online, fans are all but begging League of Legends to fund an actual Star Guardian anime at this point, and otakus agree. The level of animation seen in this trailer is too good to go to waste, so here's to hoping the franchise surprises us before long.

ok ok my anger has subsided so i think i should like… not ignore today even though it was saddening but maybe focus on the nice things that happened at rift rivals because i did meet a lot of cool people and had a lot of fun!!

i went with nat aka the c9 xayah quickshot kept talking about on stream lmao. she looked absolutely stunning (she always does tbh) but beauty has its price and we paid by being half an hour late lmao

but in we went and i ended up on camera bc i was sitting next to nat and i wanted it to end but oh well at least now we have proof that i was there!! i was super excited and constantly clinging to nat which eventually turned into petting nat bc her hood was just so soft and fluffy aaaaaaa

then the fanmeets rolled around and i was????? so nervous???????? because even though ive met some eu players before it wasnt all of them and the na players where a whole nother animal

but yeah we met jesiz, caps and broxah (soaz and rekkles didnt come out sadly) and they were so sweet! im probably gonna say that about every team lmao but they honestly were all so nice. anyway i didnt dare ask them for hugs yet which i would later end up regretting lmao

then g2 vs c9 happened and i was so?????? conflicted????????? but yeah i ended up meeting g2 again which honestly never gets old and i hugged them again which also never gets old!!!

then we met p1 and i asked them to sign @nekomieze ‘s sketchbook bc she couldnt be there sadly :( but they were so kind and honestly arrow’s signature is the tightest shit!! but yeah neko really put a lot of effort into it bc she drew cute lil pictures of p1 and c9 and i hope that when i send the sketchbook back to her she will post them either here or on twitter because theyre just so adorable!!!!!!!

and then!!!!!!! then we met c9!!!!!!!!!!!! like!!!!!!!

i was so shook when they came onto the stage because i was used to players looking their height on camera from eu teams right???? well!! c9 are so

smoothie and ray are roughly my height but the rest of them are much shorter i shed a few tears

and god they are!!!!! such sweethearts!!!!!!! all of them!! smoothie started asking me questions like “how are you” and got me all flustered tho… :( initially riot staff said that c9 wouldnt sign anything bc contractz was sick and should go to bed already (and he really looked like he was gonna pass out any minute) but they ended up staying. jensen and sneaky stayed behind the longest which was kind of surprising in jensens case bc i heard from na fans that hes usually not v comfortable with fan stuff but i was happy that he stayed so long!! and sneaky stayed until there was only nat and my other friends and me left and chatted with us. i’m still not over that tbh

and then we met tsm!! sadly they didnt sign anything that was kind of disappointing. normally i dont have any strong feelings about them but my brother likes bjergsen so i was hoping to get some signatures for him. same thing on the second day idk if they signed anything tonight :(( i did hug bjergsen though it was really nice!! the tsm players in general seem v nice!!

also i got a photo with kobe!!!! hes literally so adorable hes like a giant puppy

then the next day we didnt meet g2 at all which is kind of a bummer bc i only realized the morning of day 2 that i did actually have something to get signed for myself lmao im… smart

i did meet uol once again and hylissangs handwriting is so nice!! and sheepys and romains signatures are so cute aaaaaa

we took more photos with p1 and they handed out wristbands and fidget spinners for free!! eventually i annoyed nat so much with my hood petting that she handed me her fidget spinner so i would stop. i ended up petting her with the fidget spinner

then c9 once more!!! and more hugs!!! it was so nice! i tried to take revenge and started asking smoothie questions but he returned the questioning and got me flustered again aaa!! juan was luckily looking wayyy better on day 2. also sneaky and jensen stayed with us super long again!! nat actually had a Normal Conversation ™ with sneaky. like they literally talked for ten minutes about the troubles of being left handed lmao

aaand more fnc!! as in initially it was jesiz, caps and broxah again and this time i summoned the courage to ask for hugs!! and lemme tell ya hugging broxah temporarily cured my anxiety

then eventually soaz joined too (still no rekkles…. hope hes ok) so yay!! and nat was talking to finlay about her other cosplays while i was standing by awkwardly lmao

and then after the games quickshot was out there in the entry hall taking selfies with fans and when he saw nat he actually asked her for a selfie and a hug lmao it was so adorable!! quickshot is so adorable!!! i love him!!

but like the real kicker came after the games. like yall probably saw the tweets from xpecial about how much money p1 spent at mcdonalds right?? well we didnt!! and we were hungry so we went to the mcdonalds around the corner and guess who was there

but yeah that was it for me!! i went home this afternoon and while all my friends somehow managed to sneak into the studio one way or another im kind of glad i didnt pay money for that tragedy. except i wasted like most of my mobile data on trying to get the stream running while i was on the train haha and also juan apparently was buying beer in the entry hall after the games and according to nat it was adorable as all heck and i would have loved to see it but oh well!! cant have it all!!

all in all im more than happy i was there and im happy i met so many cool ppl, players and (new) friends alike!!

Gonna get a little vent-y here about really dumb shit so don’t mind me. I honestly feel stupid ranting about this but like I gotta get it out somewhere, y’know?

I’ve always really wanted to cosplay. Like, REALLY wanted to cosplay. Mostly League stuff. I’ve thought in my head how I’d do it and what I’d use and my dream is to just be able to make all these beautiful cosplays and go to cons and hang out with people and just get to show off these costumes I’ve made.

But like..I can’t.

Have you ever wanted something so bad but aren’t able to get/do it so you just see others doing it or having it and it causes you like, physical pain. It’s stupid to get that upset over something like this but that’s how much I want to be able to do it. The #1 thing I want to cosplay is Xayah. Ever since her release I have been in love with everything about her. I love her design, I think she’s gorgeous, I love her personality and her gameplay and her relationship with Rakan. I want to make this beautiful cosplay for her, I already have ideas on how I’d do it....but I can’t.

I have absolutely 0 experience with cons and cosplaying. I can’t sew, I tried making ears and they look awful, I don’t know how to make armor or attach things to other things. I don’t have that much money to spend. I’m going to college, and while I CAN spend money and I have multiple summer jobs right now, I do not have understanding parents. Mostly my mother. If it doesn’t have to do with school or working, it’s childish and a waste. She would not let me spend money on a cosplay even if we were rich. 

I have a friend in class who was showing me all the cosplays she wants and explained how her parents help her pay for them. She went to Anime Next with friends and her parents let her and she cosplayed. It just made me so sad listening to her talk about this, like...feeling physical pain in my chest sad. 

I’d at least want to make the legs myself since Xayah has digitigrade legs and I don’t want them half assed I want them the way they are supposed to look even if it causes me pain wearing them, and then her ears I could keep trying until I get them right. The cape and hood I’d want to do myself I think unless I could find someone that does the feathers to my liking so they don’t look stupid. The dress I could buy eventually, maybe her leg wraps I could try to do myself...I don’t have the money for any of this but I have a plan...

Like it’s really really stupid to be this upset over not being able to cosplay but I want nothing more than to just cosplay Xayah somewhere, preferably with my bf as Rakan too. The amount of joy that would give me would be tremendous. I would do anything to be able to do that. I want it so bad. Seeing other people get to do this with all their experience and money and time breaks my heart so much it causes me physical pain. How lucky are you that you got to learn and the got to make something and then got to go show it off. Why can’t I do that too..I’m sick of seeing “oh just practice and you’ll get good at it” and stuff like “eventually you’ll be able to do it”. That doesn’t make me feel any better. I won’t get to start learning until I’m on my own, that wont be for at least another 2 years. And then it’ll take me years to get good until I finally can make something I like...

WHAT’S YOUR OTP FOR YOUR MUSE?:   :^) I feel like if I don’t say it everyone will be clueless. Seriously speaking, Graves/Yasuo was funny enough the first thing I drew after Yasuo was released. But back then I never considered it too much outside of an aesthetically pleasing pair. I spent years really without having a strong opinion (positive) on any Yasuo pair. I never had any OTP - even the Jayce one, some of my older followers might remember. I tried to like it/ship it but truth be told it felt forced and what kept it alive was the relation I had with the mun for the Jayce blog. So yeah, after that was over with I came back to the Graves/Yas and Ireally started to dig into it and realizing how good it was, but I never had one prior to it. It’s the only pair I wholeheartedly appreciate for him and that I can call an OTP.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?:   Hmmm... as a general rule, it depends on the character. Each character gives me a different vibe and with it comes different ideas. Generally speaking, I enjoy to RP bonding moments - weave the moments in which the characters start to build a relationship. Slow but with a burning intensity. I think it comes with Yasuo as a character, but the image of him finding solace in another, to feel safe and be able to open up about his past, the overflow of bottled up emotions and possibly a break down always gets me weak on my knees. Because Yasuo is not a character who does that sort of thing usually. Yasuo bends and avoids, not because he is running from his past or he doesn’t accept it, but rather he doesn’t feel like letting people see him vulnerable or allowing them too close to begin with. His is one hard shell to crack. There was only once I had him speak in depth of his past with someone else - and the experience of reward, of having him feel like he can open up to said person, to make himself so vulnerable is a bliss. For sure one of the best experiences I had.

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?: Well, pedophilia is a big no no. Other than that so long as the age gap isnt overwhelmingly glaring, I think its fine.

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?:   I used to be less when I started, truth be told. Also for the fact I mentioned, I didn’t exactly had that ship that sparkled too much. As the years went by and I started to feel a bit more defensive on the shipping scene (at least regarding my own muse), I think Im now very selective. Not that I get many proposals to begin with haha.

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY’RE CONSIDERED NS.FW?: Uhm... I guess whenever there is sexual conotation to the text. That doesn’t necessarily means clothes off. When writing sex and intimacy I tend to be as descriptive (if not more) as I am in any of my roleplays. I think I will put in a read more at the moment I have to write something is growing within his pants (or out, depending on his states of undress), which considering the lack of intimate human contact he experiences, I would say it doesnt delay to happen at all.

WHO ARE OTHER MUSES YOU SHIP YOUR MUSE WITH?: Well, the only one I used to ship with more because of the mun was Jayce. That was pre Piltover’s new lore and honestly I’m way past that one so... yeah no one.

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?:   Yeah. I’m not one to jump in on ships with a blindfold on - or anything else for that matter unless they are casual and not serious reaction RPs. If you shove a ship down my throat without my consent, my reaction will be likely ignoring you. It’s always respectful to ask before anything - and here I am not saying this is the same as having your muse flirting. I know very well the line between shoving and otherwise. If we are having a thread and your muse hits on mine, you are still giving me the chance to say ‘no’ IC. Thats fine. The problem is when the person treats me as if we were ship partners/draws our muses together as a ship/tags me in ship pictures without my approval. Please don’t do that.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU LIKE TO SHIP?:   Uhh... its a vague question. I will do my ship fanart here and then. I appreciate it quite a lot. Roleplay wise? Its a thing but its not what I am all about. I havent really done ship RP in a while - and here not talking about the casual smut. I’m speaking about actual bonding. And bonding not as in - two people in a bed being cheesy and fluffy. I mean... peril, partnership, adventure, camaraderie and all that good stuff. I don’t see Yasuo in an overly fluffy situation full of cheesy lines with anyone - specially with Graves. I see romance, yes. I see caressing, exchange of looks, coy smiles and all the things present in a romantic relationship, sure but first and foremost, I see friends and I see the way these two characters are. Good friends, drinking together, having a good time, coping with each other’s misery, being independent and conceding each other space without giving the other crap if they walk away for some time. They are both very ‘down to business’ men and I dont think they are too big on the romantic side of things. The ‘I love you’s would be conveyed more through actions and small gestures than anything else.

ARE YOU MULTISHIP?: No, I am singleship.

ARE YOU SHIP OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS?: Depends on whats considered ship obsessed. If thats for feeling the need to ship all the time, no. If that means having very strong opinions about shipping with your muse, then yes.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM?:   Uhh... well outside of my own? I enjoy some others like Rakan/Xayah, Ashe/Tryn (this one is adorable tbh I love both ashe and tryn as characters), Tal/Riv, Jarvan/Shy, Tali/Ekko (so long as its platonic). Thats to name a few, there are some others I enjoy but might be forgetting.

FINALLY, HOW DOES ONE SHIP WITH YOU?:   Communication is key. I wouldn’t mind to be asked about it. Approaching me about it is a good enough first step. The rest I can’t honestly give you a formula - what I value above everything on a ship partner is meaning and commitment (not to an absurd extent, of course - this is meant to be for fun). I think it’s awful when you feel like you’re the only one working on your ship, that you’re the only one making content and the whole thing feels one sided. So what I appreciate the most is when the person shows me they are excited about it, when they ‘bug me’ about ideas they have, plots and... you know, that sort of stuff. And of course, I will be sure to do the same.
