Danny and Damian are twins.

Danny does not excel at majority of training. He does excel at stealth. One day he overhears a discussion regarding how there could only be one heir.

He knows he can’t defeat Damian. He also just doesn’t want to. They are by no means close, but it’s still his twin. So right there and then he plots.

Danny fakes his own death. Lighting a fire “accidentally” to “dispose” of his corpse. No risk of the pits bringing him back.

This leads to him in amity park. The Fentons were strange enough to take him in. A son story about how his family wants him dead. Jazz had always wanted a little brother.

Over time Danny realizes just how toxic the league was. Jazz helped a lot. He feels guilty about leaving Damian behind. And for having Damian “kill” him. Sneaking into the league is out of the question so he stews in guilt. Then the accident happens. 5 years later.

So he does go back. Damian isn’t there.

He ends up at a gala with Vlad or sam.

He sees Damian. Danny shoots his shot. Just popping up by him. Apologizing for using him to fake his own death and asking if he managed to realize how bad the league was.

All while dodging Damian’s attacks.

because i saw someone send in a song recommendation, and i've been on a playlist-making kick for the IWTV characters: Do You Take This Man? by Diamanda Galas is a perfect louis/armand song for me. and The Chain by Fleetwood Mac is the best song for louis/lestat to me!

... well. The level of bleeding-through obsession definitely fits :))

And yes, "The Chain" is a great song...

... though I have to say it is always connected to Guardians of the Galaxy for me, sorry^^

Winter Sol Gala Event

"Greetings one and all. I, Princess Blaze, sole Guardian of the Sol Emeralds am pleased to welcome all the the first Interdimensional Winter Sol Gala. I am aware many different zones and worlds have holidays along with those that do not. This is my way of extending festivities to everyone."

"Thus you need not wear formal attire unless you choose to. Food, drinks, and entertainment shall be provided amidst socializing. Security will be present to keep out any unwanted intruders, along with keeping things in order. Most of the event shall be held in the ball room and the gardens, though you may request a tour of the castle. I can't promise I shall have time to show everyone around, though will certainly try."

"If you wish to attend simply reply to this message saying you'll be joining the festivities or you may send a direct message to the castle. You will receive an invination, hopefully in a timely manner. I do hope everyone that attends has a wonderful time. I do request all my guests act accordingly and be civil. I shan't hesitate to have you removed from the gala and the Sol Dimension entirely if need be."

"The event shall be starting at the first day of the next month. I know it leaves little time for me to prepare, though rest assured all shall be ready and hopefully the event meets everyone standards. I have already booked several hotels near the palace for guests to stay in during the event. With that said, you are free to come and claim a room while everything is being set up. The gardens of the palace are free for all to enjoy. Along with the forementioned request for a tour of the castle. I do hope everyone will have a wonderful time when winter festivities starts."

Hendrik is completely silent, seemingly staring off into space as he thinks about the gallade’s words.

He first discerned what the “slang” terms meant. Sarah had explained them to him and showed him their meanings… He had a basic idea of what she said- “My guy” is a term of camaraderie and not a term of possession. “Play it cool” means to be calm, specifically in terms of turmoil or… romantic relationships…

He frowned in thought. Was that what the gallade was advising him on? Was this what flirting was truly about?

One other thing stood out to him, the specific mention of alcohol. He knew Jasper had had no alcohol before this event, and while he was here, not enough to become fully drunk. This meant that whatever he was doing he was fully aware of and chose to do…

Wait, he suddenly remembered where he had heard the term flirting before. He was certain Sarah and Hugh had used the term loosely once. This must mean it is something romantic…?

Hendrik froze as the realization (finally) struck him. Jasper is interested in me. Jasper is interested in me romantically.

Oh.
