#stay with me#i'm actually rereading addicted#even tho it's suuuuuper toxic i really like it#gu hai (wu bi) is so violent in addicted tho#like he literally almost killed a classmate who insulted luoyin (su yu)#i read it in 2020 i think so with my goldfish brain i forgot almost everything about the two books#but i do remember that their relationship gets quite violent at some points#like stay with me really is the cute version of them#and i remember a lot of angst and PAIN#i don't want to watch episode 24 bc it's where the pain starts and nooooo i don't wanna#whereas i can read addicted and enjoy them being cute for hundreds of pages before their separation happens#hmmmm
