The universe was spinning.

Atticus had shut his eyes as tight as he could, afraid to open them to whatever wild new reality was waiting. The low grade buzzing feeling that had reappeared in his veins was starting to fade away, and he was left only with the sound of his own racing heart.

“You’re back!” He heard Quinn cry to the side, and before he could process what they might have meant by that, he felt two arms pulling him into the biggest tightest hug in living memory.

Having known Quinn for most of his life, this action in itself was not a bizarre one, but it was definitely not one had had been expecting after the last couple of weeks. The realization of what was happening struck Atticus like a missile, the mental puzzle pieces fell into place, and all at once his eyes shot open.

He was… himself?

Live at West Hall

So, I wanted to play around with Procreate Dreams and I thought it would be a good time to try making my first animatic.

This scene is from Chapter 9 of @ratcatcher0325 story Nobody's Fool. If you haven't read it (and I suggest you do!) it's set in a world where tiny people are kept as pets and disregarded by humans as nothing more than that. One such pet named Penn finds out he has musical talent. A band decides to give him a chance as their frontrunner. This is his first song ever performed in front of humans.

So please enjoy 2 minutes of some really terrible drawings but some really good music.
