So I had a rude client first thing this morning...

The best advice I can give you is to utilize this saying whenever customers are rude to you: “that’s a you problem, not a me problem.” Remove yourself from their negative emotions, smile, and move on with your day :)

I try, like I know people are going to be jerks and crap, but it still sucks and the worst part is these clients are coming back in again tomorrow morning and I’m working then and I just hope they don’t try to say anything because we are going to be super busy and I just don’t want to deal with it. If I see them walking through the door I’m going to go hide because I don’t think I can deal with them again. They threatened to take their business elsewhere and I hope they do and just don’t show up tomorrow because they were so rude to me even though I did nothing wrong. I’m just sensitive and this is why I don’t like working with people.

I move in Thursday! I'm so stressed out because we have to get all the crap out of the house though because that movers are coming TOMORROW! I'm just ready to fast forward to Friday once I'm all settled and don't have to worry anymore.

1. What is more difficult for you, looking into someones eyes when you are telling someone how you feel, or looking into someones eyes when they are telling you how they feel? looking into someones eyes at all is difficult for me, but when i'm telling someone how i feel is even worse.

10. Are you the kind of friend that you would want to have as a friend? i'm not sure i would want to be my own friend, i don't even know how my friends put up with me somedays

15. What do you think would be the hardest thing for you to give up? Why would it be hard to lose? the hardest thing for me to give up would probably be my dreams, as ridiculous as some of them are. i don't think i could live a normal life ever.

No Title Could Give This Day Justice

Today, I got to hang out with six of the best humans on the planet. Two of them I had never met before face to face. Grace, Izzy, Daniela, Dalia, Becca and Bailey are seriously amazing.

I have known Becca and Bailey for many years (they are my neighbors) and Grace and I have gone to school together for the past year. I had met Dalia once before, but I had never met Izzy and Daniela before.

Sans Becca and Bailey, I met all of them on the internet, thanks to our common love of this little band called The Cab. It started with a tweet and before I knew it I was finding myself getting close to these girls. We would talk on all forms of social media and dream of one day actually meeting each other little did I know that this was actually going to happen.

We held what we call Cabmas, which is basically just Secret Santa, and thanks to the power of planes we were able to meet up to exchange our gifts. Grace, Izzy, Daniela, and Dalia met Becca, Bailey and me halfway between our cities at an outlet mall. We got there first and as soon as I got the text that they had arrived I ran out of the store we were in to go and find them.

I saw Grace first standing tall above everyone else and right next to her was Izzy. I ran straight for Izzy and hugged her as tightly as I could. I then grabbed Daniela and squished her in a hug and proceeded to greet Grace and Dalia with hugs as well. I turned back to look at Daniela and see her perched on the back of Bailey...

...and the fun didn't stop there.

After walking around the outlet mall for a while we came across a small merry-go-round and with Daniela being so small she thought it would be fun to ride it...

...this became a reoccurring thing throughout the day.

After we were done at the outlet mall we went and ate lunch/dinner at a diner close by and exchanged our gifts there. 

It was funny because I got Daniela and Daniela got me. I ended up getting her a Batman onesie because she had always wanted one. She ended up making me a photo album full of pictures of her making a grumpy Daniela face (like grumpy cat) with captions on each page. It is seriously the best and most thoughtful gift I have ever gotten (I have an obsession with grumpy cat).

After we ate we tried to find a park to take pictures in, but failed and ended up back at the outlet mall in the parking lot where Daniela put on her Batman onesie and we took a ton of pictures and created an instagramception...

After the instagram party we started taking group shots and individual pictures. I think this was my favorite group shot.

Once we were done taking pictures we went to Starbucks and Izzy paid Daniela $5 to walk into Starbucks wearing her onesie. The Starbucks lady called Daniela "Bat-Lady" and it was really funny. 

After Starbucks we went to another mall and walked around, but it was a tiny mall and we went through it quickly. So we went to play laser tag. I got the best score out of our group and then we played a very competitive game of air hockey. We declared Daniela the winner since she was on the winning team every round. 

After that it was time to saw our goodbyes. I don't think it has ever been harder to say goodbye to a group of people. For most of my goodbyes, I know a time when I'm going to see them again, but this time I have no idea. 

It was strange thinking that I had never met two of the people before face-to-face because we all acted like we had known each other for a long time (I know that sounds cliche). I wouldn't change a thing about today except maybe make it longer, but I guess that's not really possible. I got to hang out with six amazing people today and four of them I met on the internet. Whoever said that this internet is not the place to meet people was completely wrong.

I told my grandma and even she laughed. Why did he have that in the first place?

long story short: we were on this kind of fair and there was this stand that randomly took pictures of the people passing by (especially the kids) and then tried to sell you a shirt with the face on it. the thing was supposed to be for parents, like... to wear a shirt with their kids' faces, but my dad was like "no thanks" so my brother made a shirt of his own face and he wore it.
