(AD) You can’t beat fiery fresh wasabi. Super easy to grate into a fine paste. Especially true if you use a Japanese wasabi grater. You can even get a bamboo brush specially designed to remove all of the wasabi from the grater. All available from @wasabigrowersuk . I’ve been using all three to add va-va-voom to my vegan mayonnaise. Slide across for a picture. You can find the recipe on Tin and Thyme. Link in profile, then type mayonnaise into the search box.
