PSA for Realtors: Avoid Growin Estate Like the Plague

If you’re in real estate and looking for lead generation, let me save you some time and frustration: don’t fall for Growin Estate’s (GrowingEstate.com) scammy tactics. I learned this the hard way, and I’m here to make sure no one else has to.

Here’s the story: I paid $599 USD for their “Standard” package. They promised me 4-5 high-quality leads per month in my target area, all pre-screened and verified. They even threw in “live call transfers” for leads ready to make a move. It sounded great—too good to be true, honestly—and it was.

In five months, I got a grand total of 10 leads. Not a single one was legit. Some leads didn’t even match the areas I work in, and others ghosted me entirely. Those "live call transfers"? Never happened.

When I asked for my money back (as they “guaranteed”), I got the runaround. First, they wanted to “talk it over” on the phone. Then it was “we’ll send you more leads.” When I insisted, they said my refund was being reviewed by their mysterious “Compliance Department.” Spoiler: no refund ever came.

To make it worse, their refund policy is a joke. Even if you follow their rules, they’ll find a loophole to deny you. In my case, they claimed that talking to one of the useless leads voided my refund.

And don’t get me started on their fake reviews. They’ve padded sites like Trustpilot with glowing feedback, but if you dig deeper, the 1-star reviews tell the real story.

If you’re thinking about working with a lead generation company, don’t let it be this one. They take your money, waste your time, and deliver nothing of value. Lesson learned: only work with companies that charge a referral fee when you close a deal.
