The skeleton moved his head from one side to another. Before he got to ask another question, it seemed like more flowers bloomed on the side of his skull.

"Do you two play any games around here? I know Alex used to play tag with young monsters - children need enrichment and all."

He nods along to himself, before looking around trying to find a good spot to sit down for now.

"Hope you don't mind I'll hang around here for a second, kid - my guy is probably gonna pick me up at some point."

A Sans pops up, his empty eye staring at the child in front of him. He's obviously uncertain of what he's supposed to do, yet he sighs and let's himself ask away.

"So, kid, what do you exactly do around here to have fun?" he says, a lazy undertone to his question. "Do you have fun around here at all?"

and so it started...

Welcome to my silly little Undertale AU blog! The AU isn't fully fleshed out yet, but I thought I'd have some fun here with it.

My name's Dis, he/it! Now, let's get into it.

|The first flowers bloomed the very same day the queen's children died. They filled ever corner of the castle until she moved out, deeply blue petals following after her.

At first, no one thought much of it - flowers were unusual in the Underground, but if they grew, they grew a little bit uncanny and those? As weird as they come.

That is until the word of the queen found dead in the Ruins came to people and, of course, to the king himself. When the next human got there, the king was already too sick to fight. So they stayed, their yellow soul helping with understanding what was happening.

The flowers, like a parasite, fed off the sadness, the fear, the grief of the queen and the human soul - the first human, Chara, left it behind in the same ground their parents run through to find their body and young Asriel's dust.

Maybe it tried to appease the cries of its mother, maybe it just tried to silence her for sure - but it seemingly cursed her and so us too. When the kingdom heard about their beloved queen's death, people cried and grieved even more.

While Toriel was a loving queen, the flowers left after her were worse than rot. A lot of our monsters died back then, way too many if you'd ask me, yet though a lot of years has passed, the flowers are still here and still as dangerous. That's why everyone had to join together, creating the tower of-|

THE START OF THE AU (and it's basics)

TiDe coming back "alive" as a mix of his Gasters&Sans's souls and those pesky little flowers, finally showing off BPants power and Alex aka our "Frisk" here and my version of the Yellow soul!

Here’s the first soul! I comissioned @fanikido on Instagram, to draw Them! Hyejin (Perserverance) is the oldest of the souls, being only 15.

I’m still not sure on the name, but for the moment Grieftale is its beta Name! Feel free to ask questions! (I encourage it)

The main protagonist of this au: Chara

Essentially the au is a small au/timeline that branches off, one of the Originals.

The main things is regret/remorse. The au, Have a lot of negative emotions/magic that seems into the au. This causes the people, of the au to become slight unstable. If they are overcome by regret/remorse, Them essentially they become a puppet/shell.

All the colour drains from them, and the trait that they originally used to have no longer exists.

In this Au Chara has one main Mission/Goal.Return the original Souls, Back to their normal state.

Hyejin (perseverance) Hyejin is the oldest, of the souls. Being 15. She’s a transfer student from Seoul. She had accidentally gotten lost and had tripped, falling down. Just barely missing the flowers, Heyjin had broken her arm, and hurt her head, and yet she kept perservering. Shes the one that got the furthest.

How to return Hyejin back to normal-So to return Hyejin, back to normal, Chara has to find a dull notebooks. Inside it’s full of memory’s, from with her friends and is full of pictures.

However, this needs to be last. If the other souls are not saved before Hyejin, Hyejin will deny it. Wanting The others to be saved first

Carina (kindness 14)- Had tried to help an animal, that had gotten stuck and accidentally, lost her balance. Died in the ruins

How to return Carina Back to normal state?- Find her Apron. The apron will cause Carina to remember the times, she used to have cooking and baking, with her friends and family. The sense of nostalgia can help return Carina back to her normal state.

Ricardo/ric- (Bravery, 12) Wanted to prove, he wasn’t scared. Got riled, climb down. Died in waterfall.

Ricardo- Faded Tough gloves.

Gabriela (Colombian, Justice, 11) - Tried protecting a kid from a bully, got into an arguement with sad bully and was pushed. Died in hotland.

Gabriela- Cowboy Hat. ???

Zahi (Paitence, 10) - followed Saul, and the two fell together. Died in snowdin.

Zahi- Dark Blue Bracelet. (Belonged to Saul)

Saul - (integrity, 10) the younger twin. Died, In Zahi arm, in Snowdin. Refused to move after his brothers death.

Saul- light Blue Bracelet. (belonged to Zahi)
