GREYHOUND CS SUCKS

Greyhound's Customer Service is AWFUL! i messaged them on the app and explained my situation and they referred me to the CS phone number, i call and get told some by the book crap instead of getting some REAL help. my situation is that im getting a surgery done and im not sure when i will be able to travel again after said surgery and they told me the best that can happen is that i PAY MORE to change the date of my ticket so i DONT LOSE IT and then PAY MORE AGAIN to change the date once more, dont they know people are NOT made of fuckin money?! this is complete BULLSHIT!
