PREMISE!

Obviously, Dusk is an Original Character of the player from Pokemon Legends: Arceus. She's operating under a key rule because she's seen time travel fiction: Do NOT tell of the future of the pokemon world- Being ominous is fine because it's funny. She's from 2011, so pokemon Black and White had just recently come out- she chose pokemon White.

She was one of those kids who got put into a ton of extracurriculars (girl scouts, sports, pre-AP and AP, etc.) by her overambitious, well off parents. Her relationship with them is strained- she's frankly relieved to be in Hisui. I'll be slowly having the plot of the game happen, which she'll blog about.

Dusk is not her actual name, but it's her internet pseudonym. She likes it better anyway, so is going by it in Hisui. I think she's probably a white USAmerican that only speaks English- She can understand everyone's languages, verbal and written, and they can understand her English. It's weird for everyone, since both parties can definitely hear and read the Different languages. Thank you Arceus for translation beam.

She chose Rowlett as her starter, because she's never seen that pokemon before, and is curious as to what it evolves into.

I'm Abyss- 22 years old, and a DID system- and I've made a new rule for ourself: Do NOT roleplay as characters that are the source of someone in the system. Fortunately I think Dusk will retain funny little guy status. We use plural they/them pronouns- we're a white USAmerican as well, so we WILL be doing a lot of research for daily life in the area and time period that inspired the game- specifically seems to be based upon 1850-1900 Ezo, which is currently named Hokkaido.

15. How do you come up with titles for your fics/chapters?

It really depends. An Account of Rayquaza's Chosen was suggested by Tumblr User @greyedworlds and the alt title Mare Birch's Terrible, Horrible, Very Bad, No Good Quest to Save Humanity was suggested by @oasisofgalaxies.

My only other published fic (which is unfinished and I won't be linking too) is a Three Houses fix fic called Fire Emblem: Three Houses: Fifth Path, which was originally a placeholder name that I decided to keep.

For chapter titles I try to come up with something I think is funny or cool or relates to the events of the chapter. I try to keep it fun and funny but sometimes it ends up getting a little generic. What're you gonna do.

hi!! this used to be greyedworlds, a hub blog for multimuse rp blogs that i also liked reblogging resources and psas to.

with my sideblogs, i usually did ic blogging stuff, but since i havent been roleplaying nearly as much anymore due to various life things, i changed this main blog to a personal/art blog!

my main character blogs were i think... dramamight and deathshitposts, plus drwingdingshitposter! from what i remember we weren't super close mutuals, but we were sorta in the same spheres!

... good thing i didn't change the icon yet, cause ive been considering DOING that LMFAO

I used [this one specifically], but I really only followed the prompts loosely, or used them as springboards.

There's lots of unique species in this one, a few animals I've never even heard of, and extremely unusual and specific descriptions. It's definitely a fun one!

GOD yes. last specter luke is my favorite. i wish they continued to write him with the same depth and angst from that game at least for a Little longer. maybe eternal diva yknow. oh well

     On one hand, Loboto weirds her the heck out. Peridot doesn’t know what to make of this strange guy who compares everything to teeth and, in her honest opinion, adjusted to the concept of a multiverse way too fast. She’s fully aware he’s got at least a few screws loose. Also, since when do humans come in blue? Her list of restrained inquiries is at least ten miles long, but she resists due to the obvious fact that the answers would just leave her with even more questions. Trying to talk to him makes her head hurt.

     But on the other hand, she can’t really find it in her nature to judge. Peri knows she’s weird too, and has a bad habit of accidentally stumbling across people’s boundaries and making them uncomfortable or upset. She Gets it. Heck, rewind far enough and she was even doing so on purpose! For all her condescending remarks and surface-level arrogance, she’s actually incredibly self-conscious, frequently overcompensating in order to protect her fragile sense of self-worth. To her, Loboto just seems to be a bit earlier on, before she became aware of just how much harm her social stumbling can cause.

     So in a way, Peridot finds herself curious, relating to him in certain senses that have caught even her off-guard. It’s resulted in an odd sort of push-and-pull in which she watches from a distance, but is cautious of trying to get too close.

     She definitely appreciates the frog photos though, and wishes she knew some of his less toothy interests to find for him in return.
