This is one of the first pieces of art with companions (o´∀`o)
I drew this art a long time ago. It’s hard for me mentally to post some of my old work.

Wrath of the Righteous features a roster of splendidly written and enjoyable companions, but the majority of their interactions are, sadly, easily missable on individual playthroughs. A collection of camping banter made by the amazing @neverwintrians remedies this issue to some extent by making some of the dialogues easily accessible for all the players. Since the characters’ input goes much further, a good while ago, I started a project to record all their comments and interjections. The idea was to copy-paste them from the localization file into a convenient spreadsheet. Since a new wave of players pick Pathfinder games after playing Baldur’s Gate 3, and we have more DLCs on the way to reignite the interest of the old fans, I figured it’s about time for me to share the results so far. Whether you want to use it for all sorts of analyses, as an inspiration or a reference for fan content, are simply curious, or want to get a few laughs: here you go.
Now, a few notes to keep in mind.
The data is still incomplete. My current playthrough goes very leisurely, and I only finished Act 3 recently. Almost everything past this point, save for some crucial parts of the story I revisited, comes from the run during which I wasn’t yet using Toy Box. I intend to continue slowly patching the holes as I go on, but please take what you see in the later chapters with a grain of salt for now (and don't expect to see Ulbrig's lines there).
Having that said, the branching, especially in later acts, gets crazy, so naturally, I wasn’t and won’t be able to find every last bit of dialogue on my own. What you see is based on my Angel playthrough, in which I haven’t even activated most of the romances. I managed to cheat my way into some interactions that normally would be unavailable to me, but the results were mostly confusing. Cells highlighted in yellow contain dialogues that I found via game files but either have some of the information missing, or I simply wasn’t able to trigger them while playing. There are also red cells that include lines that, to my knowledge, might not have been implemented since I found them in localization files, but the blueprints folder doesn’t confirm their presence in the game.
So here’s where I have a request for you all. If anyone can help me fill in the already existing blanks or spots a dialogue is missing and can provide a screenshot or a transcript of it, please contact me. I will add it to the document and credit you. All I need to know is when and where the conversation occurs, what/who the companions are reacting to, and if there are any specific requirements to see it.
The areas of special interest are:
mythic path exclusive interactions,
romance exclusive lines (especially in Acts 4 and 5),
Greybor’s, Arueshalae’s, and Lich companions’ lines during the celebration in Heaven’s Edge
late game dialogues for corrupted Arueshalae
I also want to thank GardathWhiterock from Pathfinder reddit, who advised me to look into the blueprints folder. Once I figured out how to work with it, filling up the majority of the blanks became super easy.
I will most likely edit this post in the future to note some important updates and milestones. For now, I just hope you guys will find anything of interest in what I have gathered.

To celebrate that it’s been a year since I played Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous. And I still love the world and characters in this game.

Title: Between Light and Shadow Fandom: Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Rating: T Status: Complete (7/7) Main Characters: Knight-Commander Maebrys Tallflower, Greybor Ships: Maebrys/Greybor Additional Notes: Friends with Benefits, Opposites Attract, Aromantic Character Word Count: 8.4k Summary: She has her light, and he has his shadows, and rarely do their two perspectives align. But there’s safety to be found in the space between.
read first chapter below or here on ao3
It’s in spite of herself that Maebrys actually kind of likes Greybor.
‘Cause she’s got plenty reason not to. The man’s an assassin, for starters. No loyalty or faith in the Crusades to be found with that one, just contracts and coin. If the demons paid more, he’d just as likely be on their side right now. She can’t deny that fact sticks in her head like a burr she can’t pick out.
But- he’s not on the demon’s side. Fate has placed him on hers. And Maebrys has seen him throw himself at a monstrous creature with nothing but a dagger and a misplaced trust in the type of person who’d hire an assassin in the first place. She can’t help but admire the guts it takes to pull off something like that.
There’s also something about the way he accepts- expects, even!- that she’s got guts, too. When Maebrys first got to the city, half her time around “real” Crusaders was spent convincing them that a backwater halfling could stick her sword in a demon just as well as any knight-trained tall folk. It feels downright odd now, having those same Crusaders under her command, and sometimes she can’t help but wonder what they think of Iomedae’s decision to bless her with these powers.
But Greybor? Greybor doesn’t even blink before inviting her to ambush a whole dang dragon. And maybe that shouldn’t exhilarate her as much as it does, but there’s a thrill when they bring the beast down- and another when she shoots Greybor a smile and he responds with his own grin of satisfaction.
‘Cause he’s handsome, too, in a gruff, weathered sort of way. That also doesn’t hurt.
All together, Maebrys figures it’s no surprise when she asks him to stick around. She makes it official and everything: the contract, the bonus, the whole deal. His eyebrows raise at the payment Maebrys proposes, and he takes a moment to study her, as if expecting some trick.
“You don’t waste time haggling,” he finally says after a long puff off his pipe. “I appreciate that. It’s rare these days to find a client who knows high quality work when they see it. I’d be glad to take you on.”
“Not much point in haggling when the price is worth it,” Maebrys says, and ignores Woljif’s skeptical scoff from behind. “I’m looking forward to seeing what you can do.”
And maybe it’s impulsive of her, but what’s done is done, and Greybor comes back to Drezen with the rest of the party. Seelah doesn’t like it, but she doesn’t argue much- just gives Maebrys a warning look whenever she catches the halfling watching Greybor for a little too long.
Maebrys appreciates the concern- well, kind of- but Seelah has nothing to worry about. Greybor’s a professional, if nothing else, and Maebrys is his client. What’s more, Maebrys is the newly illustrious Knight-Commander, and Greybor is the practitioner of a rather dark trade.
So it doesn’t really matter that they have a pretty decent time whenever she joins him in the tavern for an the evening of drinking and swapping stories of past battles. It doesn’t matter that she likes the sound of his low voice and the way he looks in the tavern’s flickering firelight. It certainly doesn’t matter that more than once, she catches him looking back.
Maebrys knows a bad idea when she sees one, and she’s too responsible to chase it down.
…But that doesn’t mean she can’t enjoy view.

Part 2! When the electricity went out for a couple hours and then the internet (for a very long time already), I started going crazy. I finally got everyone finished! (Ulbrig and Trever, sorry). There will be lots of art! … Some people might be a little freaked out by the ending 🗿👉🏻👈🏻 Fun fact: my commander only calls everyone by nicknames for personal reasons. But if things get serious, it comes down to names. So I'll sign them by their nicknames! Blossom / Snake:
Tumblr media
Goody-goody :D / Saint :
Tumblr media
Spider:
Tumblr media
Bulb / Paralictor (I swear my commander won't risk calling it otherwise in front of him о___о):
Tumblr media
Regill, how do you even draw you?! I must have corrected you 10 times and I feel judged every time!
Nerd / Foxy:
Tumblr media
Uncle (thanks to Woljif) / Wolf:
Tumblr media
I can't seem to draw adults and older people… I'll also tell you what Melissa calls the others: Lann - Lizard-goat, Princess; Daeran - Angel~ (in the most unpleasant tone and no, Melissa has a good attitude about him. You know, both like to banter); Ember - Chamomile, Swallow; Arueshalae - Butterfly, Cornflower; Seelah - Iron Lady, Sun; Woljif - Curly, Lamb.
Consider it fan art? I was just going crazy, nothing special. I pray that I signed their names correctly and carefully. Description for humor's sake (I have a bad humor).
Oh, here we go... 1, 2, 3! Do you recognize them?🌚👉🏻👉🏻
Tumblr media
- Desna? AGAIN?!! - Friendship is magic :D 🦋
Tumblr media
Is it just me, or is she up to something…? (Maybe blowing something up? o___o). 🧪
Tumblr media
… I have no comments. She's a little sunshine ✨
Tumblr media
She did a little BITE! 🐉 Now I'm free to die *Disappearing like in the gif*

No pressure but I'd love to get into Greybor's head: ↻FLIP FLOP for chapter 2 of Between Light and Shadow
Between Light And Shadow
ooh thank you! Greybor's head is a tough one lol but it's fun to dig in there!
fic ask game
Greybor had thought he’d had the Commander figured out.
She really didn’t seem like much of a puzzle at first- just the model of a noble Crusader, giving speeches about bravery and justice and sacred duty. The powers she wielded were unique, certainly, but at the heart of it she was essentially a paladin like any other. She just a little extra kick to her magic.
Some may disagree on that, but truth be told the technicalities didn’t interest Greybor much. What mattered to him was that she paid what he was worth, and she was far too concerned with honor to renege on any contract.
And that was that.
Or- it was supposed to be. With all that said, Greybor hadn’t accounted on actually liking the woman.
He tells her as much when they’re stuck in the storm together, and he can tell it pleases her. She leans forward, her gleaming brown eyes taking him in not with scorn but with equivalent interest.
“Just don’t tell Seelah I’m going so easy on you,” she says with a conspiring grin, and Greybor can’t help but chuckle.
“Oh, don’t worry Commander. Your secrets are safe with me.”
The gleam in her eyes brightens. “Good to know.”
Damn it all- it’s not just her personality Greybor is intrigued by, he has to admit that. She’s a fetching woman, even half-soaked from the rain as she is now. Not the sort Greybor would ever get tangled with…but when she grins at him like that, like she might actually have some secrets worth keeping, he has to admit that he’s tempted.
When they get back to Drezen, Greybor invites Maebrys to join him for a drink. Just a drink, he tells himself, although even just a drink is already going beyond the usual rules he’s set for himself when it comes to employers. Still. It’s just a drink.
And that’s where he goes wrong.
“I’d rather just skip the drink,” Maebrys says, without fuss, “and head straight to the bedroom.”
Greybor’s not used to being taken off guard, but that does it. His thoughts clamor against each other- best to turn her down gracefully; it won’t do to alienate or offend the person who hired him. But then, he also needs to be firm, to make his stance clear and not lead her on with false hope.
The course of action would be much clearer, of course, were there not such a significant part of himself that was more than eager to take her up on the offer.
But he can’t. He shouldn’t. For a multitude of reasons.
He tells her as much. It doesn’t go well, but it doesn’t go nearly as badly as it could, because this is Maebrys and she’s nothing if not upstanding. That quirk of hers is a stroke of fortune, though it makes Greybor question once again why she would have any kind of interest in an assassin like him.
And it means that Greybor is surprised into silence yet again when, as she turns to leave, Maebrys turns back long enough to say, “If you change your mind, you know where to find me. And if it really is your professional reputation that you’re worried about...just know that you’re not the only one who can keep secrets.”
That should be the end of it. But Greybor has a long, long night ahead of him as those words echo in his head.
