I am such a sucker for cake it’s not funny. Don’t get me wrong, I love cookies, but cake will forever be my fave.

Piano or guitar?

I’ve always loved piano more than guitar, especially when it comes to instruments I’ve wanted to learn.

Snakes or lizards?

This one is actually pretty hard! I think I’d have to go with snakes as I’ve had more interactions with them.

LoTR or The Hobbit (or the Silmarillion)?

This one I have to answer two ways, with movies and books separately. For the movies, I’d have to choose Lord of the Rings, mostly for “Return of the King” on its own. But when it comes to the books, I really really love The Hobbit more, though I also enjoyed what I read of The Silmarillion.

My Quiet Rituals tea subscribers are is for such a yummy treat come May! This beautiful blend of luscious rose, chamomile, lavender, and hibiscus alongside rooibos and moringa leaves makes for a delightful cup. It's mildly floral with tart lemony notes and a smooth finish of berries and sunshine. Moringa is relatively new to me, but I am already vastly impressed with it's strengthening, nutritive and protective qualities. I know it seems like I've been admitting to lots of tears these days, but so many people have reached out and touched my spirit profoundly lately. I received this wonderful card from Rosemary Gladstar today (forgot to check the mail yesterday) and I won't pretend I didn't melt into grateful tears reading her wonderfully inspiring words to me. When I signed up for her Herbalism course nearly a decade ago, I couldn't begin to imagine where it was going to take me.
