You’re Gabriel green goblin at sound both cute and chaotic. Do you have any headcanon about the au? Also how would gabe change the the story/movie? (Aka would Gabe being there make the whole mikes case thing not happen?)

Here's some ideas I'be had for the au:

- Gabriel starts vigilanting by basically following Spiderman Miguel around without him knowing at first and helping in the sidelines

- Lyla forces Gabriel to learn self defense for his own safety since he has no physical fighting knowledge (she shows him youtube videos)

- When practicing for using his glider, Gabriel practiced on a hoverboard

- Gabriel is kinda feared as a vigilante because if his plan of leaving everyone unconscious without fighting doesn't work out first then he whips out his guns and starts shooting

And indeed! it would mean Gabriel was there for it all...probably yelled at Miguel too because of how he was acting

how did the society, or spider gang specifically, feel after finding out that Gabriel has an older brother that is ready to kick ass and break stuff for him in your spider gabe au?

Boggled, mainly, because hadn't Gabriel told them his brother was dead? That not being able to get his brother away from Alchemax was his canon event? And the whole reason he went into another universe was to save his brother and that's what made him so intense about the canon thing??

And then scared shitless because Gabriel's big brother is indeed his big brother who is all talons, fangs, infernal speed and terrifying strength. And you know the Prowler. He doesn't quit.

The thing is: Miguel turning up alive doesn't make it any better. Gabriel is much different from Miguel but they're both broken in the same way. When Gabriel snaps, he fucking snaps.

As said by @collarka in a discord chat about Gabriel....

"Mmmmm well if canon events aren't what shapes a spiderman, and aren't what makes the web destroy itself.... Then why does it keep happening? Why does it happen again and again and again? Maybe he starts wondering that his canon event hasn't happened yet. Maybe what he's doing/wants to do is to move the web how he pleases. What if he can be the one that decides whether someone suffers or not? What if he could prevent it all? Miles is the perfect test subject indeed. Let's see what happens when he intervenes"

We know from the late comics (yeah the green goblin thing isn't canon but it's still an interesting bit of characterization) that Gabriel can absolutely go too far sometimes. He goes a little Mad Science God Complex and you know, why shouldn't he be the one in charge of the web? He's the one whose been holding it together the whole time!

Miguel gets mean and violent and downright homicidal when he's slipping.

Gabriel gets megalomaniacal.

If you've ever played Edge of Time (or watched a Let's Play), consider the final boss and what's going on with him. That's kind of similar to how Gabriel's been breaking apart.

.... It's fine, Miguel frees the kids and then talks Gabriel down (by sitting on him and actually holding him down while he talks him down). It's fine.

Are we going to have Hawkmoth be like a (incorrect) Jekyll and Hyde with Gabe not realizing what he's doing as Green Moth? Or will ir be closer to actual Green Goblin which in that case how do his actions benefit his goal of reviving his wife that he couldn't do as a rich man.

Eh I think we'd prefer the latter given Canon!Gabe though we have had an au or two where Gabriel and Hawkmoth were different entities.

Villain Luka, Miles Morales, Lukagami and more

Hey,

I loved your idea for villain Luka and Paved with good intentions. Yes that would fit nicely and honestly anyone would be a better villain than Gabriel. Without Nathalie he couldn't find his way out of a paper bag. I still hope after the season 4 finale we get a new villain.

Also Gabe's reaction to Adrien being happy is so him. I mean in 'Partycrasher' he is practically all like "Joy in my house?!!!! Impossible!!!!'.

I also seen your appreciation post for Miles Morales. I love our boy and am happy that he is now incorporated into more and more Spiderman shows and materials. But people often overlook that he first appeared in animated form in the Ultimate Spiderman cartoon. And with his proper backstory as he becomes Spiderman after Peter Parker is killed by the Green Goblin. It is when Peter travels through the Spiderverse and meets alternative versions of himself or Spiderman in general. Miles later gets pulled into the main universe and we get to see his dynamic with Peter and the rest of the characters and he is a joy as usual. While the cartoon in general is a lot hit and miss and not for everyone, there are some story arcs and episodes that are really great. It also features the animated debut of Agent Venom and other Marvel characters. If you haven't seen it, check it out.

Also I was hit at a funny Lukagami plot point. So Kagami who is now a hard core Adrinette shiper, notices Lukas simping and decedes to confront him in typical Kagami fashion (aha with drawn sword) so he doesn' t ruin her ship. So she starts talking/threatening him and in the middle of it the arrow of cupid strikes Luka and he falls hard. He calms her down, explains that he just wants Marinette to be happy, also ships them and proposes to team up. Kagami is suspicious but agrees. So we follow a Kagamil, who is completely clueless about his feelings, how she comes up with outrages manga based plans how to get Adrienette together and Luka being a hopeless simp for another girl.

Another thing is how they make remakes of a lot of 80's series. And while a lot of them turns out simply outrocious, the are some good one. I personally recomend Hawaii Five-0. One series I would like to see is 'Hart to Hart'. It was a simle crime series, where a young selfmade milionair and his beautiful wife strumble into various crimes and solve them. A cute little show with fund and symhatic characters. What was special, was that it lacked the tired 'will they or won't they', since the leads are married and sickening sweat sweathearts. So instead of dreading if they get together or not, we could enjoy them being cute. I would actually love a  Adrienette AU based on this. Them as a married couple traveling, solving crime and bein cute. With Gorilla as Max, their driver, majordomus etc. There are so many AUs where there are spies or some sort of agents, that are still single. Give me a married AU with action and this premise is perfect.

UM this is a great fucking idea?? I would actually suggest that maybe David is the Green Goblin (WHAT IF ITS LIKE SPIDER-MAN 3 WHERE GABE BECOMES THE GREEN GOBLIN... 2 MUCH ANGST)

Okay, but for that superhero AU... Gabe is Liz Allen and David is the Vulture. Just... that scene in Homecoming in the car with her and David oml.

Gabe as Liz and David as Vulture is so interesting! Now that I’m thinking about it, it’d be cool to have Marlon be some kind of Green Goblin (like James Franco in original Spider-Man type of shit) and then have David be Vulture.
